I agree with these minus ASM2. The ending pissed me off so much. Honestly nothing about ASM2 was even remotely good.
Originally I hated the if this be my destiny scene but it probably was because it was too dark for me to see some of the stuff like the reflection in the water. Upon re watching Homecoming I really liked the parking garage scene. Holland freaking out and pretty much crying really sold the fear and claustrophobia.

Famous scene in Spider-Man comics early in his career. Shows his will power and has been homaged plenty of times in the comics and out. In the case of homecoming it was in the Vulture burred him under all the ruble in the parking garage.

I agree with everything you said. I am a tad biased and for SM 3 I might have chosen Spider-Man's first outing in the black suit because of how fantastic the track is during that sequence, but the birth of the Sandman is a gorgeous scene.
