it was about the group, but TJ was the 'face' of the group, spinelli was the second in command, with the rest of the group being near filler, the problem was that TJ being the main guy meant he eventually turned into a nothing character, while spinelli and the rest of crew kept evolving, and since she was already in the forefront of the group comparatively she ended up getting a lot of focus, while still being a group effort.
