Depends on the extent of the apocalypse. If most of society is destroyed and it’s rebuilding from the ruins then yes. If there is a visible threat that is making it near impossible to rebuild past temporary level like zombies it would be too dangerous to attempt such a market. Human slaves would be too difficult to keep when survival was threatened daily.
