I don't have any clips or images offhand, sorry, but I'm pretty sure in a lot of Tiny Toons episodes by them it's pretty common to see various characters point straight up in the air as Buster's doing in that image, and I wouldn't be surprised if you could find that in other stuff they worked on too.

Compared to the dance it's not as weird or specific to them, but I feel like they did it a hell of a lot.

TMS, no question. Great animation of faces and movement, actual comedic timing, great production quality, appealing characterization. Most other studios did wierd springy, floaty animation where the characters didn't even have their own mannerisms.
