There are still plenty of people who would argue Wendip, which even had its own moment in the finale. Pacifica ended the series getting cucked out of her inheritance and if Daddy Issues Manlet had gotten his way entirely she would've been a wagecuck at the diner getting no tips. No ship on GF ended up decisvely endgame like for instance Starco.

Korrasami was hated because it was pandering and came out of nowhere. Kataang is only hated by Zutarans who are ridiculed by most. Starco was handled less than adequately sure but it doesn't have an extensive hatedom yet.
Usually, these endgame canon hatedoms form well after the show ends. One I can think of is Danny/Sam, which was pretty dominant during that show's run. Eventually, the fans of these couples having been given closure move onto something else or get bored of it, as do most of the fans of the show in general, while a few extremely vocal and militant supporters of off-pairings that didn't happen (in that instance, Danny/the niggress), skulk about in their fandom's ruins screaming to any soul that wanders by that their choice was better and that they had the support of everyone all along and hoping to God this somehow retroactively changes their bleak fate.

The trouble with endgame canon ships is that there is no where for them to grow to. Most of the fun of a ship is in the interactions of two people falling in love, not so much two people BEING in love. It's rare that a show can pull this off without it feeling overly sappy or awkward. The last season of Kim Possible comes to mind. Kim x Ron was just weird. Bout the only show I can think of off the top of my head that feels natural is the Tangled series.
