Would you like to see more Grand Design style books with other characters?
Grand Design
Yes they're great.
Sure why not
Absolutely yes.
But collected in Oversized hardcover, not super-oversized.
Yep. Scioli FF, Fiffe Spider-Man...
Depends. What others characters does Priskor likes ?
No, it's terrible. There's no story at all, just dry narration.
He’s doing a serial killer thing next
>it's terrible
I could say the same for your post
not really. Ironically the silver age x-men worked great in that format, the rest not so much. It sucked
your music taste sucks Piskor
Yes I think it is a great way to present what is and isn't canon. DC could use something like that since I have no idea what happened their stupid timeline strangeness.
We know it is you.
Great youtube-channel tho
This for sure.
I know Scioli could do Fantastic Four justice.
Fiffe on Spidey MAYBE... it'd take years to do, though.
It'd be cool to see one about the Avengers; wouldn't know where to stop, though. Right before Heroes Reborn?
>DC could use something like that since I have no idea what happened their stupid timeline strangeness.
They already did: Hypertime.
Basically, it has ALL happened. All of it. The characters themselves might not remember it all; we the readers might not have seen it actually happen... but it all happened.
>It'd be cool to see one about the Avengers; wouldn't know where to stop, though. Right before Heroes Reborn?
I don't really think so because Avengers didn't really feel like Avengers right before Heroes Reborn. I guess either the end of Busiek's run maybe? Or Avengers #339 as that one site that was trying to map "The Original Marvel Universe" did.
>Would you like to see more casuals spoonfed
No.
I haven't read it yet but isn't Spiderman Decades kind of the same thing?
No, because Zdarsky's going off in his own direction more drastically.
Grand Design still goes by the stories from the 60's to X-Tinction Agenda even if he altered things, and the characters don't age too much. In Zdarsky's comic, characters do age in realtime, and Kraven is the one who gets the Venom symbiote.
>classic artstyle
Absolutely based
Oh I see.
Is it worth it though? I've been very away from the big two but I'm just burned out on the stuff I've been reading, and as I started looking for decend mainstream stuff, his name popped up a lot.
DC does a very piss poor job with presenting it though.
Yeah, it's pretty good. Surprised me on account that his stuff on Howard the Duck and early issues of Spectacular didn't make me think he could write Spider-Man, but once he did the JJJ issue of Spectacular he got vastly better.
Life Story is pretty good mainly because there's the added bonus that things aren't set in stone, so even if you go in knowing about Spider-Man stuff from the 60's to the 90's, there's still actual twists and turns. The only flaw is that it really should've been either two issues per decade or like one issue per decade with additional pages, but I still felt like I got my money's worth.
My dream project is a Legion of Superheroes one but I can't draw or write
show us ur tits then
