I noticed that the Gaang tend to go barefoot a lot during season 3. They didn't have this habit in the first two seasons

It's funny how classy they act when Toph is a literal princess and they're just hut-dwelling eskimos.

It was the summer season of the series. Their fire nation clothing is also suited for summer and you'll see them not being cold and of course you had the beach episode. That's also why they are always barefoot on Appa but they wore shoes while on Appa during other seasons.

Aang went full barefoot against Ozai.

I don't get why people wear shoes inside their own house besides the entrance lmao. Like you literally don't have the freedom to get out of your bed without exposing yourself to outside germs that get in. Unless you live in some clean nature area, your shoe soles are tainted with public bathroom piss germs and random bits of food and vomit that the rain washes over.

That tuft around Toph's neck is adorable and Toph Sokka being flirtatious is so good that it breaks my heart that they didn't immediately transition into their own relationship in the comics and the the fluff surrounding TLoK.

1. They weren't in cold, damp, or sweltering conditions in S3 like they often were in S1 and S2.
2. They sat around not doing much in S3.
3. Fire Nation shoes are silly looking.

Aang was only with Katara for a fraction of an episode of the 4 part finale.

Zuko and Katara stayed together and we're partners for most of the 4 part finale. Zuko even took a bolt of lightning for her, and Katara was weeping when she finally got to heal him.

Katara magically falls for Aang even though their last romantic scene was Aang kissing her in Ember Island Players and she told him to stop.
