I guess its a Vulture is Liz's dad level plot twist for most people
I guess its a Vulture is Liz's dad level plot twist for most people
>Disney now counts on their audience knowing nothing about the source material for plot points
Lmfao I hate the MCU.
I'm honestly not too familiar with spider-man, but wasn't mysterio a villain in the comics?
No he's an Avenger in the comics, MCU did a unique twist and made him a bad guy
Go back to r/MarvelStudios
Tbf the Liz dad revelation was actually something considering those characters have literally nothing to do with one another
This reminds me of when I was watching Star Trek: Into Darkness in the theater with my family.
The Khan reveal happened and a lady in the audience actually gasped. It took everything I could not to laugh.
there is nothing wrong with gatekeeping casuals.
He was in the 60s but has been another hero since the early 80s' That's how MCU made the twist work out.
Oh man this is about as hilarious as people complaining about Chipotle putting a bay leaf in their meals.
That's not what this implies. Even if you expected him to turn out a villain it's still a spoiler.
Americans are just unfamiliar with unprocessed food.
That food looks so disgusting the leaf looks like the most appetizing thing there
It's a terrible picture but yeah. Still better than that one dude/girl who found a bayleaf in their food and proceeded to eat it "as to not offend". Shit was hilarious.
>has been another hero since the early 80s'
What?
no it's not
him NOT being a villain would be a legitimate spoiler
Yeah, that was around the time Voyager was an Avenger during one of these classic rotating teams, she and him had a couple of arcs also. Check the "Fear The Reaper" Epic Collection, he features prominently there.
Chipotle is garbage food regardless
>When even Chipotle is too sophisticated for you
You're confusing spoiler and twist.
What are you expecting from MCU fans?
they have to be baiting and I refuse to believe otherwise
It is still a spoiler because the MCU is nothing like the comics. They could have easily made him an actual hero to subvert expectations.
Sure, that's why he was the only new character in a movie with no identifiable villain. They could have done that, but they blatantly weren't to anyone paying attention.
let's be honest, nobody at Disney or Marvel thought people were fooled. Literally everyone and their dog knew Mysterio was a bad guy. That shouldn't take away from the film unless you're looking to shit on it
MCU fans are idiots expecting the Elementals to be the villains.
>the Elementals
god that's fucking disgusting
Mysterio has always been a villain. In his very first appearance he's depicted as a fraud using his special effects knowledge to LOOK like a hero while he's the one putting people in danger and from then on he's been a bona fide card carrying super-villain in every single appearance. That normies thought for even a second Mysterio of all people could be a trustworthy real super-hero that wasn't tricking anyone and wouldn't face-heel turn is fucking staggering. It's literally Mysterio 101.
MCUfags are fucking retarded but then again these are the same people who argue in favor of Darkhawk being Black Widow's villain and OMD being a good storyline for MCU Spider-Man.
In the comics, in the cartoons, in the video games, pretty much in every Spider-Man media.
>these are the same people who argue in favor of Darkhawk being Black Widow's villain and OMD being a good storyline for MCU Spider-Man.
Wait, how do we know these aren't shills saying that?
>MCU IS AWSOME AND BETTER THAN RAIMI AND ANYTHING NON MCU BECAUCE MCU IS COMIC BOOK ACCURATE XD
HAHAHAHAHAHA
>MCUfags are fucking retarded but then again these are the same people who argue in favor of Darkhawk being Black Widow's villain
Dude, you realize those posts were trolling because Taskmater looked similar, right?
I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they were that retarded.
I know a Taskmasterfag was butthurt about it being Taskmaster and was deluding himself saying it made more sense for it being Darkhawk because people wouldn't care if they made Darkhawk into a villain and wasted him on Widow's movie.
Are you the guy who legit thought we were serious about that shit? Admit it.
No MCUfag knows about Darkhawk, so that assumption alone is ridiculous.
