Post comic pages, can be anything you like, but personally I want to see stuff you think does something interesting with the comic format itself. Interesting use of paneling, sound effects and speech bubbles, composition, motion between panels, whatever. Doesn't necessarily have to be done well, just want to see what can be done with the medium

Is manga acceptable for this thread? I love the dynamism of this panel.

>that bottom panel

Thanks OP I really wanted to see an alien gorilla monster's dick balls and asshole today.

I smell castration

I like this page

if it keeps the thread alive i suppose. I was kind of hoping to see more western stuff though to be honest, i visit Yea Forumss one page threads pretty regularly and could fill this entire thread with manga if i wanted to
itoh sei does a lot of cool stuff with panels though

The Adventures of Luther Arkwright uses a lot of experimental techniques. Here's one: a memento mori is incorporated as a death flag.

From Gary Gianni's MonsterMen
Those threads are mostly shit. Even the threads about paneling are the same 50 pages.

Anyone have that page where Spidey is fighting some sort of god who punches across panels?

Ok here me out, this is from a manga that published in japan but it was written by Felipe Smith who would go on to make Robbie Reyes.

I have no idea who or what the fuck anyone is you just mentioned.

has been posted before, can't find an English scnalation, hopefully the panels make sense on their own, from JErOme Moucherot - T02 - Sus A l'imprevu

a few more, should be obvious even without understanding French (which isn't that hard)

When we send our people to Japan, we are not sending our best. They are rapists, murderers, and some I assume are good people.

Geez I hadn't even seen the dick and balls until you pointed it out, and they were pretty in your face. I think my brain primarily focused on the ass area.

I liked this page from Justive League Dark, is a clever way to show the chaotic and reality bending nature of Mordru.

i really enjoyed the Del Mundo's artwork here, even though the Waid's Avengers story itself was alright

I actually came here to post a link to a comic I made. The paneling is pretty wild. behance.net/gallery/82290985/The-Funnel-Chapter-1

Always a fan of using images in speech bubbles to convey an idea, like the unspeakable violence Mask-Lobo is gonna inflict

I loved Wildcats Vol. 3

>The Multiversity Pax Americana
This is one of the most solid and engaging single issues stories I have had the pleasure of reading. It's one of the few comics where once I finished I had to go back and read it again. And then I went through it a third time for good measure.

This from Perramus

He employed a lot of interesting techniques even in the 60s.

So an Argentinian.

Winsor McCay stuff could probably have his own thread with some of the things he did. I kind of like the staircase effect he did for this

Requiem: Vampire Knight is a work of art.

Shit, now I really have to look into his stuff

Thankfully, Fantagraphics started publishing his stuff in English and high quality. I hope they collect everything he's done.
