I'm not sure if the OWCA special was a pilot for a show or just a bunch of Perry-centric specials.
Doof 101 was also presumably a spinoff pitch as well unless it was just a proof of concept deal to show they could work with older kids in a school setting for Milo Murphy.

From what I recall, Disney usually had this thing set up so that a show can only have an 85 episode limit. The reason being that it thinks after 85, a show starts to become stale. I'm pretty sure Wander hit that limit by the end of Season 2, and Disney refused to give them another season because of it

Wander Over Yonder had only 43 half hour episodes (73 segments). According to Craig, they just felt they didn’t “need” to make more before the second season aired. Either the ratings for the first season didn’t reach expectations, or they wanted to show to be airtime filler. The sad thing is that Disney XD wanted to make more, but the decision to cancel it came from higher position.
