Loup only looked goofy in those couple pages where he was flying. For Robot and Arthur he's going for an uncanny valley effect and it's particularly effective with Robot.

That's not how it was at all. She genuinely found buff dudes hot, and athletic birdboy, and girls if they're hot enough.

Arthur is 95% fine but his eyes are way too tiny and realistic and the line art in general has gotten weak. It’s almost as if Tom thinks he’s due for his art to advance again but it hasn’t naturally happened so he’s forcing it and seeing what sticks.
