Dick Tracy, I guess? Cartoons often have a "Private Eye" special episode. Some like Dog City or Batman TAS (especially when detective Bullock gets involved) take this Art Deco, Film Noir, 1930s-ish stylization and make it a central point of their aesthetics.

Droopy and Dripple had several detective stories in Tom & Jerry Kids. I happened to have some of those segments on VHS and I watched them a lot.

Based on Hardboiled definition on wikipedia, Spider-Man Noir is a bit close, though it's more action-oriented with mystery themes.
