The theme song's lyrics said they would have a frenemy dynamic. They're literally just two passengers who fell out a plane.

It's telling that despite Brandy being able to walk on two legs and talk to humans, they still treated her like cargo an she was in a pet carrier. Hell, the few flashbacks we got that showed her in human civilization showed that they even made her walk on four legs despite the fact that she's fully capable of walking on two.

This cartoon had excellent voice acting and an obsession with details. Characters would remove gloves to push the button or would remove mechanical arms to replace it with another just to push a button.
