Wonder Woman uses lasso of truth on her. Unlike Nasu humanity DC humanity isn’t an insane omnicidal cosmic force unless primed by Perpetua so she likely gets shipped off to a cosmic nursing home somewhere.

Very well. Anyone who isn't a top-tier magic user only endangers everyone else if they get anywhere even close to her, because they were going to get turned into minions. And even the magic users are going to be in for some serious shit because she can't be killed. She is, on a metaphysical level, the very concept of life itself. Fate had to combine some very specific conceptual rock-paper-scissors bullshit to force her into a defeat scenario, and even that is strongly implied to have been nothing more than a temporary defeat. The DCU doesn't have magic of that kind, it doesn't dabble in imperial concepts.

The most likely outcome is that the entire justice league and a bunch of other heroes show up to fight her, lose, and now the few people that didn't INSTANTLY get BTFO by her are fighting not just an immortal apocalyptic being, but Superman and the rest of the heroes as well.

Using the lasso of truth on the thing in OP won't do much I suspect. That entity is more an interface for Tiamat than it is anything capable of communicating in any reasonable manner.

Normally I'd say Dr Fate has a shot, but he'd likely rush in to things all the same. Or join up with Tiamat willingly.

Let's see. Death is a thing. Underworld, hell, etc exists, so just drag her there. Then just get someone with enough cosmic power to put her down.

Too many things alive in hell for that to work. Devils and fallen angels count, even if the souls of the damned don't.

But without some way to impose the metaphysical concept of death on her, even full-on Anti-Monitor levels of cosmic power can't kill her. It just won't work.

Beasts are just the Evils of Humanity. They don't have powers that mean they're plus-one threats against humanity specifically, excluding Primate Murder. Anything is fair game to them, as Beast III shows.

For Tiamat, any kind of life at all counts towards her immunities, not just man. She's the primal progenitor concept, and from her bosom all stems , and eventually returns.

She should, but that's the thing: she won't. Likely not by her own choice, but because she's bound by laws and rules like all the Endless are.

This is also assuming she can even properly perceive Tiamat as an entity. Tiamat isn't just some massive monster with some immunity to death. She flat-out lacks the concept as a whole.
