He's reassuring everyone that it isn't the black suit driving him to kill. He just used it to make the job easier and feel better.

Not too glad Cates has been writing him though, but at least he fucked off elsewhere. Ewing will treat him better.
Speaking of, my submission.

I am too, but I do wish he could get something more than guest appearances in minis every 6 months.
Cameron Rivera
What is this from?
Jonathan Stewart
It's a meta story about Superman's meaning to the DC universe. And it's written by Morrison. Superman is a character larger than life and this story is the kind of story Superman's deserves, different from "jobbing to kryptonite and villain of the week#3414 storyline"
Xavier Russell
Good choice.
Dropping this one from Zdarsky's Spectacular Spider-Man, with Pete having to escape a SWAT team unaware that he's Spider-Man. Cornered, he has an unexpected escape plan.

This one pissed me off.
Zachary Murphy
Is Hal the strongest out of the main 7 JL?
Xavier Gomez
...So is that supposed to be Odin? It kinda looks like he has an eyepatch in the last panel and maybe a splotch in the longshot, but he's got both eyes in the closeup.
Zachary Murphy
>Got into the “main storyline” DC comics via Dark Nights Metal
>Keep on reading into Snyder’s JL while anons are moaning about how everything’s trite dumb powerlevel shit
>No fucks given, enjoy trite dumb powerlevel shit for what it is (plus the JL act like actual friends which is weirdly rare coming from Marvel) and because it kinda reminds me of the DCAU
>have a good laugh at the dumbness from the totality to the sixth dimension
>Got to this issue
>Haha, Supes did what
>Yea Forums collectively jizzes itself
I find it hilarious all it took to make Yea Forums love Snyder’s JL was the Superman punch. Like I’ve just been enjoying the sheer saturday morning cartoon silliness of how Luthor is a born again believer in manifest destiny and justice & doom are now metaphysical constants and the Anti-Monitor having a mom while everyone else is pulling their hair out from the lore rape, but then this whole sequence comes out and almost all is forgiven.
John Smith
it's future thor fighting god emperor doom at the end of the universe
Camden Cruz
Oh, okay, so he doesn't have an eyepatch then and first and last panel were just odd coloring?
Elijah Morales
It’s Thor gorillions of years into the future where the universe(?) is dying and shit, and he’s been remembered as the archetypal Allfather. I say universe, but even Galactus is an oldass man-cosmic entity looking fucker because apparently there’s no more planets to eat and the afterlives started dying out so fuck if I know if it’s intended to represent Cosmic Abstracts aging and dying too.
Apparently he’s going to fight an evil Loki and the Necrosword in his own series, because of fucking course an evil Loki and the Necrosword survive to the end of the universe and implicitly the rest of the Asgardian pantheon
Brayden Carter
Sebastian Morris
In theory, he should be. In practice it’s always going to be Superman even when it logically shouldn’t. The writers have come to the point where they have started writing vast, overarching metaphysical systems and benefactors supporting Superman’s role in the cosmos to justify an ayy sun boi beating out a man who merges with the Speed Force in the future and a woman who is either a demigoddess or construct of the Olympians for strongest JL member.
Everyone’s stronger in their solo title where they can get huge powerups anyway.
Mason Ward

It is not Spiderman who is gonna kill him, Peter is gonna kill him. Damn, are you faggots retarded or what?

More should be done to show how small time they all are except for Ra's. Instead they get elevated and the Joker can out think Luthor. I did like Zoom running into the Batcave and beating the shit out of Batman
Dominic Baker
Jacob Watson
>she's the capicu
Oh god, this is insufferable.
Christian Ward
One of the saddest moments too.
Jace Bell
Forgot my image because I'm a fucking idiot.
Jaxon Morales
Issue with Hal and the GLs, when they’re in their own books they’re awesome. Even Kyle fought against a super empowered Zod, he got his ass kicked but he was able to hold his own. Hal comes in, kicks Zod & Zod’s families ass then leaves as the Guardians show up and ask everyone to leave. When they’re in a JL book, GLs are weaker than Batman.
Ian Morgan
Thanos is lame, shouldn't have been kept around the Marvel universe
Blake Ortiz
Bentley Baker

i just want see DOOM taking all earths broken powers to himself
Dominic Baker
This particular issue of Marvel Two-In-One was full of great, badass moments, but to me this takes the cake: the Emma Frost of an alternate, dying universe, assumes the role of Lifebringer and uses it to restore it by giving back all of the energy Galactus (as Doom) had consumed.

John Clark
>the author in the bottom left
>America is the future
>series cancelled less than a year later
God I bet she thought she was so clever.
Eli Sanders
Does anyone else not find fight scenes in comics to be particularly 'badass'?
Don't get me wrong, it can be a cool visual or a good looking page, but the powerlevel of comic characters is so inconsistent that any feat of strength feels devoid of any meaning beyond "well, you just spent the last 20 pages punching this guy, but we need the fight to be over so THIS punch is the best one. You can tell because we devoted most of the page to it."
It almost never feels earned. Its too mechanical.
Thomas Miller
Superman BTFO by a butler.
Dominic Taylor
Are you... are you being intentionally retarded? The year is 1938. The time is clearly 7:45.
Daniel Hill
The series wasn't really cancelled though, she was paid for the entirety of the 12 issues she set out to write, which is more infuriating since, as someone who actually likes the character, Rivera was allowed to ruin her thoroughly from beginning to end.
Well at least everyone since then has ignored the run.
Austin Edwards
>The series wasn't really cancelled though,
If an ongoing to no longer ongoing it's been..?
Joseph Cooper
I just view it as each punch building up to the final strike,
Gavin Price
> Well at least everyone since then has ignored the run.
Everyone but the readers, you mean. I haven't seen anyone discuss America Chavez as anything other than a cringeworthy joke ever since.
Julian Lee
>Kent_family_punch.jpg
Mason Johnson
Sounds like you’re reading particularly bad fight scenes desu
Jeremiah Wilson
I don't think it was ever meant to be an ongoing though? It was allowed to have two full volumes even though Rivera had ran out of material around #8. Loveness' Nova and Thompson's WCA ended at #7 and #10 respectively, those were indeed cancelled.
What I'm saying is, they didn't have material for an ongoing and it showed, yet they let her go on like no big deal.
>Everyone but the readers
Except nobody who actually liked her cares about the run, only outrage peddlers who didn't even read her in anything else before or after bring that up.
Asher Watson
I love Moon Knight, goddamn
Isaiah Kelly
Not even Bill's most badass moment
Leo Evans
Daniel Baker
I think its mostly a problem with fights involving super powers, because super powers don't have any realistic expectations to constrain them.
Cyclops's eye beams are only ever as strong as the plot wants or needs them to be. On page 5 he can shoot the bad guy and it dramatically does nothing, but then on page 20 Scott just 'lasers harder' and wouldn't you know it that's enough to knock the other guy out without actually drawing blood, just make him collapse so you know the fight is over.
Moon Knight is fine, because when in Moon Knight things are kept as a level where the weapons involved make sense and have to play by more or less consistent rules. But a lot of cape comics don't have that, they have "welp, time for Superman to SING the enemy to death in the first, last, and only time we are ever going to bring up this power".
Jacob Gray
Christian Watson
That’s why prefer magic in capes. When there are no truly defined rules writers can go all out and focus on stuff other than the act of fighting itself
Nathan Martinez
Fuck off Todd
Carson Brooks

Owen Powell
True. anyway another Yea Forums moment I thought was pretty badass.
Leo Hughes
>coming from Marvel
No wonder you like Snyder's crap.
Connor Nguyen
Kill yourself, Hickman, nobody buys the crap you're selling.
Jaxson Scott
this. this was the one answer above all else. honestly, the meltdown that happened with this was fucking great
Ethan Smith
William Williams
What's the context here?
Josiah Morris
Clam down there user, I was just posting what I thought was cool, I ain't Hickman nor Am I asking you to buy anything.
Jaxson Murphy
Takes place in the Injustice comics, Suoerman’s sort of weaker there and Alfred took pills that put him on Superman’s level
Dylan Gray
Yes, and I'm telling you to kill yourself, because there's nothing cool about a friendship that was developed off screen with a fake personality for Hyperion that ignores his previous characterisation with traced art that doesn't look even remotely human, not to mention the entire thing was hollow drama that was erased from the timeline.
Justin Sanchez
Don't be a jerk.
Liam King

Ayden Adams
Feel free to post non-capeshit examples then
Dylan Lopez
Berserk is honorary Yea Forums right?
Owen King
>Yes, and I'm telling you to kill yourself
>Kill yourself over having a different opinion over a Super Hero comic
Tell me to KMS all you want because I will never be at a point in my life where I would KMS over someone having a different opinion then me over anything (let alone over a super Hero comic). While it's been a while since I read the story so your probably right on character and story part. I didn't know the artwork was traced since I don't trend to look things like that up since comics are more of things I read in my free time then anything, so thank you for the info.
William Myers
Post something else then
Ryder Hernandez
>talking to sperging autists
Don’t bother
Ryan Robinson
No. Fuck off.
Gavin Lewis
...
Kevin Gomez
Thanks for confirming Hickman is a writer for casuals who don't read comics.
Anthony Brooks
Matthew Cox
Ah you're just the sole anti-Hickman fan, I see. You can't even write a coherent argument as to why that's bad beyond "uhhh bad Deodato art!" and "they shouldn't be friends!" so you go on telling people to kill themselves.
Hell at least as an anti-Cates reader I can point out exactly what's wrong with his bullshit, but you can't even articulate what's wrong with Hickman and you call those who like him "casuals" despite having written epics like East of West, which isn't at all "capeshit". But do go on, it's hilarious to see this display of autism out in the open.
Ryder Gutierrez
>you call those who like him "casuals"
I didn't. That person admitted all on his own he didn't read comics.
Brayden Sullivan
Right? I mean, it's not like that user had to READ that COMIC to learn about that story.
Asher Turner
Joseph Long
You know what casual means, don't you, casual?
Ryan Campbell
Refer to my original post regarding your inability to articulate your Hickman hate.
Asher Lopez
Inability beyond pointing out what's wrong with the art and the script and having the other user concede my points? Sure.
Hunter Green
Oliver Foster
You simply said it was traced. I don't see much of an issue with the actual page, and by the looks of it, you're simply mad because it didn't have lasting repercussions. So fucking what?
Christian Nguyen
Jack Torres
>tfw I’ll never get to see this animated
It hurts
Ethan Evans
This thing was really good but I think it works better if you include the previous page also.
Justin Cruz
>Thanks for confirming Hickman is a writer for casuals
When did I say or make the claim he was or wasn't?
>Who don't read comics
Okay fuck you on that one, I've read multiple Inhumans stories like Inhuman written by Paul Jenkins, I've read the OG Thor stories like made by Stan Lee and even read though all of Aaron's Bullshit. Don't you sit there are act all smug thinking "he doesn read comics" when all I said was it's more of a thing I do on my free time.
Matthew Butler
Superman is the strongest getting you upset huh? MMH is probably the strongest regularly without powerups. He has Superman's strength + a lot of exotic abilities
Asher Reed
>Posting injustice garbage
Retard.
Charles Martin
Easton Anderson
I had doubts about Synder writing Superman decently but the punch was something I did not expect from him.
Nolan Hall
Agreed, it's so unfair. Get it? Injustice...
Justin Evans
Maybe one day user.
In the meantime there is always secret of nimh or redwall.
Pretty much every mouse fantasy story is a winner.
Jonathan Peterson

And now he's dead, thank you Rosenberg!
Chase Fisher
wich comic? i miss reading mboy goji
Ayden Stewart
Woah there fella. I don’t love Snyder’s shit run. Just because three or four anons jizzed their pants doesn’t mean it’s not shit.
Wyatt Young
Godzilla In Hell
Michael Morales
Oh no
What happened to Living Lightning?
:(
Ayden Rodriguez
I still don’t like how Snyder writes him. Ever since Superman: Unchained and Batman: Endgame, it’s just left a bad taste in my mouth. The dude can’t write a proper Superman to save his life. It’s just that there are currently worse Superman writers that make his decent Superman moment look great by comparison
Austin Ward
Oh whoops sorry, no, Living Lighting is still alive, I was talking about Sunspot. I confused the two because of the haircut.
James Smith
Snyder always had a hard on for Batman, so I was surprised to see Superman doing something amazing for once. And to be fair those books were written a while ago so maybe he's improved a bit.
Matthew Cooper
thanks
Samuel Peterson
You’re welcome
Bentley Lee
Isn't that just ripping of one of the lamer arcs of Z?
Joseph Hernandez
This one, is the best non Superman, Superman moment.
Julian Moore
>Cell Saga
>One of the lamer arcs
Wow shit taste
>This being a ripoff
Saiyan arc was a ripoff of Superman then. The punch is a homage to his family bro, Superman embodies the family man concept better than Goku the shitty dad.
Matthew Price
Carson Morgan
No, but that is a great moment.
Christian Long
>Mongul shoves the game in your face
>Everything goes black
>"Hey, you. You're finally awake."
Eli Nelson
Cameron Mitchell
It's behind frieza, and sayian, leaving it above just the buu arc. This is pretty much just taking a scene and swapping out the characters, did Z ever do something so blatant?
William Wilson
Blake White
please elaborate and tell me Ewing is writing a Nova ongoing
Jose Jenkins
Anthony Price
Eli Cooper
>please elaborate
This is the culmination of No Road Home, in which Nyx (Goddess of Night in the Greek Pantheon) enters Marvel's House of Ideas to turn it to complete darkness. Vision is the only hero to enter the place since none of the others could, and he uses his database to bring all the heroes, past and present, from every era (starting from Jim Hammond's first issue), to defeat her. The idea was actually Zub's but Ewing elaborated on it.
>and tell me Ewing is writing a Nova ongoing
He's writing a Nova AND Quasar thing, no idea if it's an ongoing, but we'll know more in the San Diego Comic Con panel.
Sebastian Evans
You know what "invested" means, don't you? Look what you have invested so much importance in and evaluate your life.
Gabriel Rivera

literally the only part of this that isn't badass is that OMD happened afterwards
Evan Nelson
David Myers
Ethan Bell
I loved this mini, it had great art and was filled with these bizarre moments. Karnak is great.
Wyatt Taylor
Which run was this?
Levi Davis
Jonathan Wright
One of the few good things to come out of the Inhuman push from Marvel. I loved both Karnak's mini and Black Bolt's solo book. if the whole push had the quality of these 2 two books I would have liked the Inhuman push more.
Adrian Butler
Royals was good too.
Aaron Sanders
based
Brody Gonzalez
this is fucking stupid. Also later he off paneled Sentry which is bullshit
Henry Lewis
True, Royals was a good story and while the art looked kinda weird to me, I liked it. Seeing Medusa fight without her hair for once was interesting and reminds me of the Inhuman written by Paul Jenkins where Medusa lost her hair for a bit.
Lucas Flores
I particularly liked the future story the most, specially near the end where Maximus goes really mad with the future vision of the Progenitors destroying everything.
Tyler Morales
lemme just uhhhhh slap a metaphysical manifestation of evil in the gabber
David Lopez
that was fun and the last line is great
Brody Hernandez
>Johnny Bravo being a cross between Joseph Joestar and Flex Mentallo
That's the tight shit right there.

Yeaa I know Yea Forums doesn't watch normie anime. But this is literally stolen from an episode of Dragon Ball Z
Joseph Gutierrez
I mean that's not really similar to it at all.
Julian Taylor
Juan Morgan
First arc of Simone's Secret Six ongoing series.
I think it's in the second thick trade collecting the series
Jaxson Williams
What happens when you beat a living timeline to death?
A reset
Carter Martinez
I don't have time to get all the pics but i love the panels where a Superhero that was retired comes back and the main bad guy had been killing the fakes but immediately recognises the real hero.
Like Superior Spider-Man, Kraven's last hunt, qThe Dark Knight Returns/ Rises, The Return of Superman and Knightfall
Camden Roberts
Then why do three different people botice it immediately? Quit lying my guy.
Luis Lee
It's an image of a family member being nearby while the main character is fighting. That's pretty fucking vague for it to be stolen. The actual situations, the nature of the images, what the images are doing, the lead up to the event, what it actually means, all completely different.
Blake Myers
>Mabel in yoga shorts
unf
Hunter Walker
Yeah DBZ doesn’t own that
Jace Ramirez
this is pretty close to the punch from the end of the Bojack movie, I think. Too lazy to look up a screenshot though
Mason Sanders
Read more comics
Evan Foster
Me at the bottom.
Jackson Price
Considering he referred to Superman singing a guy to death in Final Crisis as a single use of a special power I don't think he reads comics at all, just inherits opinions.
Oliver Cruz
So it isn't an image of Superman drawing from the love/strength/essence of his dead family members to hit the bad guy with some form of devastating blow?
Adam James
>Backs against the wall
Odds are all against you
Adrian Jenkins
No, it's Superman remembering what's important by recalling memories of his childhood, giving him the motivation to be Superman and continue to fight. If I remember correctly the devastating blow was more from flying through a fucking sun immediately afterwards.
Juan Stewart
>Superman embodies the family man concept better than Goku the shitty dad.
Goku was never supposed to embody that concept anyway, retard
Jack Green
Oliver Johnson
Gee, Thor! How come your mom lets you have TWO hammers?

Thomas Gray
What are these from?
Dylan Wilson
Superman’s Punch is from issue 25 of Scott Snyder’s Justice League and Hal killing Krona is from Johns’ Green Lantern 67
Andrew Miller
I just looked this up
why is this event significant?
What does this mean for Hal's power-level?
Alexander Ramirez
Not even close
Andrew Hernandez
Krona is a corrupt guardian
Guardians are immensely powerful
The rings are designed not to kill
The rings are designed not to hurt Guardians
Hal is so obstinate he defies programmed parameters and hacks the rings with will alone
Liam Nelson
jesus fucking christ but Hal feels boring as fuck. I miss space rouge Hal.
Carter Fisher
Did a 6 year old write this?
Cameron Jackson
>The rings are designed not to kill
>The rings are designed not to hurt Guardians
That is long gone my friend.
David James
Today, I will remind them...
Jayden Morgan
Cameron Long
Considering how much of Goku's story was lifted from Superman, I'd say it's fair.
Ian Lee
That was explicitly why the Guardians kicked Hal out of the GLC after this. They were scared of him because he wasn’t supposed to be able to kill Krona but did anyways
Jose Perry
Cell > Buu. And Goku bring the last of his race and being sent in a pod crash landing to Earth is pretty blatant. Broly movie made it worse turning Gokus prents into Jor El and his wife 2.0
Seething. Why are you faggots whining about an emotional punch and calling to a Z rip off then. Family tribute and emotional attack isnt a DB exclusive. Superman was justing thinking of his son and dad by him and knocked out Forger with all his might. Gohan struggled with Cells beam until Vegeta distracted him a bit and Goku urged him on. Not a blatant copy.
Adam Cook
Yeah but Bendis himself has written decent shit, even in his Superman stuff. A broken clock is right twice a day, so don’t be surprised to see some shit like that now and then.
Landon Bailey
It’s actually the second Broly movie with the three family members Kamehameha
Camden Long
Also Krona was host to all seven emotional spectrum entities, Hal overpowered the equivalent of the central power battery seven times over.
Daniel Russell
im not the one who said it was a blatant copy, the only one seething here is you
Andrew Barnes
Yea Forums: NORMIES DONT KNOW ABOUT THE DB RIPOFF!!! HUR DUR. SUPERMAN COPIED FAMILY FROM DRAGONBALL. Fucking low IQ. Who cares who copied which. Everything can be traced back to something else these days, nothing is 100% original you retards. As long as it was done well and not a reskin its fine.
Noah Watson
Liam Nguyen
Was this the arc that the “No Jean Grey, YOU are Gay!” edit came from?
Benjamin Wright
>I pulled out a bad guy inside out and saved the universe. What have you done lately?

It's pure wank for wank reason. There's no logic behind it.
Cameron Davis
Honestly the whole moment is badass.
Thomas Murphy

Austin Scott
Slasher physics. An blunt plastic umbrella point can pierce bone if the script calls for it.
Camden Jones
Hal a shit
Jordan Baker
In theory the top 4 most powerful Leaguers should be:
1. Hal
2. MMH
3. Superman
4. The Flash and specifically the pre n52 Wally West version
In the stories themselves it's :
1. Superman
2. Wonder Woman
3. The Flash, any version
GL and MMH get bumped down hard as designated Jobbers, getting less spotlight than Batman, Aquaman, or even Cyborg.
Ayden Sanchez
True, Hal really does job when in JL books, it’s only in GL stuff that he shines
Liam Campbell
Everybody in the League should have moments where they shine, though often it doesn't work out like that unfortunately
Nicholas Carter

thor has a few
>did you forget who the fuck i am?
moments
Brandon Wilson
In theory, peak power where they max out their limit that we know of without any outside help:
1. Superman (sundipped like the time he punched Forger)
2. Hal (killed Krona with pure will)
3. Flash (speed steal everyone)
4. Fernus MMH
5. God Mode Wonder Woman
6. Hellbat Batman
7. Peak Aquaman (whatever that is, waterbearer hand, PIS scenes, strongest trident)
8. Poor sales
9. Cyborg
In reality:
1. Wanked Batman
2. Superman
3. Flash/Wonder Woman
4. Jobbers
Zachary Lewis
Samuel Scott
>only outrage peddlers who didn't even read her in anything else before or after bring that up.
America is just a bad joke. I think everyone has put Gabby's trash behind them but her poor characterization, wooden dialogue and being instantly attracted to any lesbian in a 10 ft. range is just so bad. Any character can be redeemed, though, and I'm hoping she's one of them. Her character design makes me diamonds.
Easton Martinez
The most powerful would be
1. Cosmic Armor Superman
2. Spectre Hal
3. God of Death Flash
4. God of Knowledge Batman
Zachary Brown
Yes! Thor #387-389, great arc against the Celestials and Exitar in particular.
Wyatt Wood
Damn Thor, whatever happened to you?
Blake Howard
Thor drank too much so'y that his comic book fans on earth introduced him to and he chugged it like Asgardian wine, thats what happened
Daniel Harris

i remember a page from a crossover comic between i think DC and looney tunes, specifically i remember a pretty good joke about i think flash and road runner.
anyone knows what i'm talking about?

it's pretty good, there are at least 4 more "seasons" iirc
Lantern corps, Magic stuff, more heroes, they went all out

Anthony Ross
Fucking plebbit normalfaggots. HUR DUR EPIC INJUSTICE, LITERALLY, SO FUNNY XD I LIKE DEADPOOL. Injustice is the lowest of fanfiction.
Wyatt King
Shalvey isn't a guns guy, but he's still a fantastic artist, and Jordie Bellaire's color work and usage of the blank white is top tier.
We go over this everytime the Ellis MK run gets posted.
Thomas Richardson
Is will an emotion?
Luis Cox
it is according to DC
Charles Ortiz
No. Geoff Johns is dumb for making a rainbow light force in DC. It could have been called anything else and would have sounded less retarded.

I also like how this comic portrayed Lucifer as being handsome among a landscape of ugly entities. The contrast is great for all the right reasons.
Leo Campbell
He won at the end though
Sebastian Sanders
Perfidy.
Lucas Hall
Good, Sentry is a faggot OC donut steal
Ryder Cruz
Regardless, the page (and arc itself) is fucking stupid. Cates is a huge hack.
Joshua Hernandez
Your not wrong
Adrian Myers
Every comicbook character was an OC donut steal at some point.
Parker Butler
Sentry is cringey as fuck, I love when he gets shit on

"My guy just wins, ok" isn't badass. It's cringe inducing, shameful garbage.
Hal's been a lightning rod for cringey shit and cancerous fans for literally decades, but it's really stepped up lately.

I should have done pretty much the whole storytime to give context to the image, didn't wanted to take space from other anons. I think it still works even without the context though, but yeah, it would have been better.

Marvel kept doing ""Ongoings"" for a while, which were just mini/maxi-series that were disguised as ongoings, they did the same with that Kingpin book that only got 4 issues

Morrison doesn't have a monopoly in high concept stuff, and it's quite funny you think he somehow invented or pioneered it in comic books too. Keep trying though.

In an earlier era, Doc Manhattan vs Supes would have been like #1 on my pull list. Now, I can't even bring myself to read that shit online for free. DC is so fucked up these days.
Jeremiah Thomas
Basically, the Black Racer appears whenever it is a speedsters time to die. It literally chases them until it touches them essentially instakilling them.
Flash new that he could not do anything to harm him so the only thing left to do was to run so fast that death no longer became a concept. So he ran forward in time, so far that the universe no longer existed. The Black Flash essentially ran into a trap.
Wyatt Davis
To be fair, he writes a terrible Batman too. It's just there have been worse Batman writers since that make him look better. Plus for some reason, people like Capullo's art.
Jonathan Powell
I would sell my mom to alien slavers for more Amalgam.
Anthony Davis
>Two dudes show up looking bewildered and effeminate
Awful page. Way to botch.
Matthew Cook
>our universe will die in 20 billion years
I'm sure they were going off the best predictions at the time but this is so far off now it's quaint
Nathan Lee
Yeah, you're right. The Flash: The Human Race was published in 1998. I've been reading Flash for a very long time. The writers barely have a grasp over physics and what not, hence the speedforce 'bs'
Hudson Carter
Wow. The follow up pages makes me forget all about the horseshit of Flash saving half a million people in like half a second. Now I just want to see what happens next.
Angel Long
The way the flash is written is so endearing that you can look past all of the "he goes fast" and enjoy his character. The Flash's are some of the most sefless heroes that sacrifice so much living a life of solitude.
Josiah Lee
Loved those pages of Kingdom Come
Wyatt Robinson
If you think that's bad you probs shouldn't get to the end of the Human Race. Dude literally outruns instantaneous travel.
Caleb Bennett
>fucks prime Gamora
>One Punch Mans fucking Annihilus remember? the scene with that crab guy?

Hudson Hernandez
Fucking based Black Cat
Jayden Mitchell
And now here's something we hope you'll really like!
Ryder Watson
Meh, at that point the comic had been jerking Lucifer off so hard and for so long I'd stopped caring.
Colton Lee
he had to borrow the speed from two entire worlds to pull that off.
Isaac Sanchez
You are such a dumb faggot.
Wyatt Cooper
What's this from? Punisher using Dr. Strange magic looks awesome.
William Lopez
I think that's from the Doctor Strange & The Punisher's "Magic Bullets" mini.
Brody Johnson
Fuck only 2 issues left. DC better not fuck up this fight, Superman better fuck up Manhattan or else.
Wyatt Hernandez
DC has had some very incredible moments lately and i think those perfect fight scene splash pages are gonna keep coming
super punch, whole fight scene of doc vs the league are fuckin perfect, supes vs ssj3 vandal savage at the end of n52

Injustice was the best comic of the 2010s, and it's especially impressive what it did considering that it was a WEEKLY book. Every week, on Tuesdays, I knew I had something to help me get through the start-of-the-week melancholy thanks to that series.
And yeah, it wasn't the Bendis-tier epic storytelling you are looking for. It had a simple premise that it explored wonderfully, and in the end it was an entertaining book where superheroes/villains fought each other non stop in a battle royale, and every page tried outdoing the previous one either in how badass the scene was, or how fucking absurd the entire concept is. Injustice is how the DCU would go down today, if it didn't try enforcing 1940s era heroic morals, and if it did not have an enforced status quo of "nobody can die unless it's an event, and they come back next year".
Injustice is capeshit at its zenith. If you want comics with more depth, perhaps you should not be looking at the superhero genre to begin with.
Nicholas Garcia
