This books needs a better artist. And ideally one more "90s". Seeing Spawn with generic "horror" art is weird. It's supposed to be excessively detailed roided-looking, anatomically-inaccurate dudes posing for 20 pages.

Todd's narrations read like something out of a 40s comic. His dialogue is so stilted. Like it's being told by someone who has no concept of how to tell a story other than to verbalize every detail in the most literal way with no concept of linearity or context.
