And the 'Super Spin' being the only thing that could beat Love Train was even more contrived than Jotaro happening to have time stop powers like Dio.
Suddenly being able to use them only in the final battle with no previous hint he could thus leaving him the sole member of the group that could beat the antagonist.
Araki admits he's the kind of guy that just throws whatever random bullshit at the wall and sees what sticks, which leads to him writing himself into a corner and thus needing to pull something even more nonsensical out just to resolve it.
