Why isn't Vpcahse her live interest ?

Google has failed you.

>netflix shill
hide

Just because I liked a bit the show doesn't mean I shill, retard.

I hope not I was hoping for some futa Sandiego.

Oh just ignore "it". It's just some Yea Forums tourist who's still mad about Dear White People.

“Jewflix”? Is that like Jdate?

Yea Forums is a sad, sad place. What did happen to Carmen Sandiego?

I thought they’ve announced season 2

>Where in the world is Carmen Sandiego season 2 you ask?

>Well, it’s officially returning on @Netflix! Keep those red fedoras on and stay tuned for more details. #CarmenSandiego #FollowtheFedora

>Spoiler
What happens to all Netflix shows. It aired and people liked it, but the Netflix format fucks discussion. Even though I like the show, there's fuck all to talk about. No lore, no potential plotlines to discuss, and the show is fairly apolitical so no angry rants from Yea Forums remind us that the show exists. It only lives on through shitposting like every other Netflix show.

Do you honestly want them to rush production after the way She-Ra and Dragon Prince's second seasons turned out? Let them take their damn time for a show that's actually amazing, they can phone in their "you'll still watch it for Catradora" and "I can believe it's not TLA" shows.

Why does she need a love interest?

It’s like when people tried to ship the Mystery Machine with the Magic School Bus.
It’s entirely unnecessary.

MM x MSB isn't unnecessary, it's fucking hilarious.

It would be unnecessary in Carmen Sandiego, tho. They have more than enough material to fill episodes just by looking for clever ways to slip in geography facts.

Hey, don't shoot the messenger. I just reposted the Tweet since nobody else seemed to want to look at it.

What? You support MMxMSB? How does an idea like that even get started?

But, okay at least we agree on CS.

I thought you were >implying that since we haven't heard anything since February that it got cancelled.

This was the first time it had ever even occurred to me and I'm still giggling like a retarded hyena over how hilarious it is.

And if it exists, there is porn of it. No exceptions.

I don’t even think I want to know if there really exists porn of this

>more than a month without a sequel
>dead show
OP is a little daft once again.

>I thought you were >implying that since we haven't heard anything since February that it got cancelled.

Oh, I didn't mean it to come off like that. I was just posting the date for context. You know, to point out how long ago it had been since Season Two was announced, and how OP obviously did no research before making this thread.

>Why does she need a love interest?

Everyone needs love user

Even the lowly axolotl?

>rush production

why didn't they just make the episodes at the same time as the first season ??

>Vpcahse
what?

They do. I have it on good authority that they already have enough episodes in the can and are waiting on Netflix to put them out.

I just need more Tigress. I'm weak for white-haired smug villains.

You're not the only one

>special snowflake hair
>just calls herself "tigress"
WHY ISN'T HER CODENAME WHITE TIGRESS

sod off CIA psyop

I guess she earned her stripes in a different way

Netflix can have my money once this show comes back. Right now I'm sitting it out.

Carmen Sandiego has tons of lore.

You can tell by the pathetic amount of smut it produced that the fanbase just isn't there, sadly

>measuring fanbases by porn

I mean, it's a useful metric. Popular shows get their characters defiled online

No. A second season was confirmed a while ago

Both of those were really good.

no, they weren't. What the fuck, do you eat your own shit every morning?

>apolitical
But isn't that a good thing though?

New Ivy is cutest

It is, but it also means nobody will give a fuck about the show once they used it all up. Shit like The Dragon Prince encourages discussion about the world and the characters, Bojack does have arguments about contemporary issues, and She-Ra threads at least argue about whether or not the Creator's personal beliefs make their way into the show (I argue no, but that's just me). It's nice that Carmen Sandiego got spared from that quagmire, but there's fuck all to talk about.

I'm actually surprised that the show didn't go the Hilda route and just be mindless shitposting considering how popular it was.

>Bojack does have arguments about contemporary issues

For a show that shows the ugly side of
the Hollywood industry and messages on social justice i like the show but Yea Forums will just screech if I have an opposite opinion it doesn't do well with Yea Forums and half the time when there's a thread about it, it'll get twelve replies and quickly goes down, whereas shows you mentioned like dragon prince, she-ra and Hilda gets four hundred replies and plus.

Hell Hilda is a apolitical show to me, and once season two of CS flesh out their characters and it's story we'll have a huge discussion about it.

I really hope you're right. I like all the shows I mentioned, but Carmen Sandiego is the only show I can call good without having to put a disclaimer.

Yeah it's swept under the rug unlike most cartoon reboots and I get what you mean. I'm surprised that thundercats roar gets alot of attention even though it's not out yet.

>Jewflix
Neither of the founders of Netflix are jews. You might not like it but Netflix is the white mans fault

I wish the really good shows got more discussion. Hilda and Carmen Sandiego are both Netflix's best cartoons right now but even for something as popular as Hilda I only hear it discussed on this board.
Shows like She-Ra will get tubers making a fuckton of videos all about it and how its supposedly bad and ruined everything(I never watched more than a few episodes so I don't care)but the same tubers don't talk about Carmen Sandiego despite both of them being reboots of beloved 80's-90's properties. The only difference is that Carmen Sandiego wasn't divisive and is usually considered good by those who watch it.

pretty much this

“Fault”?

The free market chose Netflix.

Production isn't actually the issue, it's Netflix trying to recover from getting everyone addicted to binge watching and losing interest in their new original series that don't already have several seasons to keep them relevant for weeks by doing stupid shit with the release schedule and parts of the story where they decide to insert season breaks.

It wouldn't surprise me if She-Ra and TDP both have another batch of "season 3" episodes setting on hard drives at Netflix HQ ready to go, because both of their season 2 finales did not feel like season finales.

Both of them had solid first seasons with great world building. Both of them also had flat second seasons I had to double check had actually been fully released because literally nothing happens.

It wasnt very good.

I don’t think they were flat.
What perspective did you use to come to that conclusion?

>Not that user

I personally think season 2 of both shows were just weaker than their predecessors.

She-Ra season 1 ended with the princesses joining together and defeating the Horde army, Shadow Weaver gets indisposed and replaced by Catra. That's cool and is a nice bookmark for the series so far. Season 2 however had a focus on the Horde and while I (like everyone else) like the Horde, I wanted to know more about the princesses. There could have been more episodes exploring why they're such a shit fighting unit, their relationships with the others, and more telling less showing (Swiftwind's bond with Adora). Shadow Weaver showing up at the end was cool, but it felt that it happened too soon.

Both seasons of The Dragon Prince suffer from the same problem and are longer than they should be, but at least season 1 had tighter focus. The only thing I can say about season 2 is that "stuff happens". They spend the first 3 episodes in the same meadow where fuck all happens.

I wish Carmen gets more clothes in this show. I like the cliche of "different clothes of the week" in most cartoons

That’s fine.
I don’t really think the next season being “weaker” is that bad.
It’s almost expected that a show isn’t going to be as good because the idea isn’t as fresh.
Most shows drop in the ratings between each new season.
I don’t think that makes them bad

Kitty got junk in the trunk

Well can we say The 4400 is dead?

Man, that's how I feel about Stretch Armstrong and Kulipari as well. Both are flawed shows, but not really any worse than She-Ra or Voltron, yet there's little coverage or interest.

We know this is true with She-Ra, since Noelle said there's 52 total episodes in production. Also, Dreamworks Netflix shows have a set number of episodes and seasons, so they get to have proper beginning, middle, and end.

I saw alot of positive reviews on she-ra than the negatives but that's just me
