Garbage even from an anime standpoint. Like at first I was wondering how the fuck they are going to pick 140 western cartoon shows without picking them all or going into kiddie shit like blues clues, but now it makes sense when they start reaching for anime.

They put nu PPG over old PPG. No regular show but SU makes it. Sword art online is in there, and once piece. How the fuck are they going to sit there and tell someone "Yeah an essential TV show to watch in your life is a 890 episode series." Like this long running hundreds of episodes shoen series should be excluded from the list no one should be suggested to view those as a "essential animated tv show". Fucking yu-yu hakusho didn't even make the list.

Despite all of this, the real thing that burns my ass is them not putting in batman the brave and the bold. That shit deserved to be in the list without a doubt, regardless of questioning the ethics of putting in all of these animes that are mediocre, and leaving out shit like big O. Brave and the bold should have been in that fucking list.
