To this day I don't understand why Teen Titans was so big. I remember reading it like 15 years ago for the first time and I didn't get it. It has nothing to do with age because at the same time I'd go back and read old X-Men, old Legion and so on and all of it held up incredibly well. Teen Titans just always felt like a mess but a boring mess, not an interesting one.
