It's not great, the story is bland in how straightforward and predictable it is, the pacing is bad in places and the comic relief character is awful.

If anything, overall art direction seems to have went in this direction to try and at least pretend that it isn't just an n-th WoW clone.
In both instances, the final frontier lies on a planet surrounded by two rings - planet that had been crafted in a distant past by a long-gone precursor race. In Treasure Planet, said ball of rock served as a central gateway between other worlds. In Wildstar, it is called 'Nexus' for no discernible reason.
