I know I'm a bit late on this, but what did Yea Forums think of Love, Death And Robots?

It reminded me of reading Euro anthology comics (Heavy Metal style, but I'm Yuropoor so the originals) with varied stories with different artwork and themes but with a tendency to the twist end and explicit sex.
I enjoyed most, except for Zima Blue which did nothing for me. The one with the furry asian prostitute vigilante had nice art but gave me thematic whiplash, it was all over the place.
Pic related, this kind of mag.
Typical Netflix-tier "#WOKE" SJW pandering garbage.
Some hits, some misses, though no two people agree on which are which. Worth checking out given the short length and variety.
I might have liked Zima Blue the most. Reminded me of a good Animatrix short.
There he is, the user who comments without watching the show.
>cool art
>a monster fight or something?
>"fuck you white men"
Never made it past three minutes so I'll never know.
For the most part the series was simply style over substance. Many of the shorts were too obsessed with earning that mature rating that they gratuitously added sex and violence to everything without actually considering how to implement it into a meaningful way narratively. personally I really only fully enjoyed 3 robots, Zima Blue, and Lucky 13 because while simple they each felt like they had a focus on what kind of story they had to tell. the rest really just didn't utilize they're narratives to their full potential, were just plain boring, or were overtly pretentious.
I liked it, but hope LDR2 has more robots. Almost half the shorts didn't have any.
Triggered?
Nope. The opposite actually. I decided it wasn't for me and I stopped watching. Didn't screech and make twitter posts about it. Just watched something else. Hope you enjoy the show, just not for me.
It had sex and edge for the sake of it instead of for any real reason and most of the shorts felt like pilots for other shows than an proper anthology.
>but what did Yea Forums think of Love, Death And Robots?
90% of it was garbage and the rest were either really excellent or good but needed more time to expound upon the themes and ideas they were presenting.
But user.
LD+R is a compilation of stories. Not liking the first episode and dropping the WHOLE FUCKING THING is retarded. The following episodes aren't related to it and don't even use the same artstyle.
Also
>3 minutes in
Nice bait, not even the monster shows up that early
>Gentlemen we need to SHOW these goys animation is a SEWIOUS BUSINESS
>TITS AND A DICK
>TITS AND DICKS AND GORE
>TITS AND DICKS
>JUST DICKS
>VAMPIRE DICKS
>STEAMPUNK TITS
Liking Zima Blue
Why would I watch Netflix's SJW trash? I'm an enlightened heterosexual that accepts the way reality works.
>Many of the shorts were too obsessed with earning that mature rating that they gratuitously added sex and violence to everything without actually considering how to implement it
This. Felt like sjw rage. At least it was written like that to me.
"didn't screech and make twitter posts about it"
didn't you come into this thread specifically to screech and post about it?
Exactly. Because only libtards and SJWs go to Twitter to screech.
Enlightened conservaCHADS go to where their intelligent fellows are.
Understood.
The random naked lady in the Secret War made me burst out laughing.
Hilarious people think this was made for SJW considering how much of these shorts were literally just an excuse to animate some titties.
I really did enjoyed it at first
but someone i truly despise also likes it
so now i hate it
