If i cut wolverines head off will he grow a new head or a new body?
If i cut wolverines head off will he grow a new head or a new body?
It would be extremely painful
He's a little guy
Whichever is faster
Both. Now there's 2 of them.
His head will reattach to to the body while somebody fixes his neck.
The only way to kill Wolverne is put him in a regeneration loop
I've often thought about this with Deadpool. Like how does a healing factor know which parts to regenerate?
Whichever is narratively convenient.
xavier files says decapitation would kill him except for the fact you can't cut his head off.
Or just throw him in the ocean where the currents would leave him stuck a mile away from air.
You would have to be able to cut through his adamantium spine/skull to cut his head off. So good luck with that.
Like this guy said.
>mfw imagining wolverines huge head on a tiny body calling people bub
I don't know about the neck but he is vulnerable at the joints, If you did pinpoint damage you could sever his limbs.
Shouldn't you be able to tear his head off by ripping apart the ligaments in his neck?
Regeneration loops involve him not being able to escape. If you just through him into the ocean, he'd be aware by regeneration #1000 and hold his breath sequentially, but getting him stuck somewhere would be worse than going to hell
Would be interesting to see some do that. Hyper focused laser cuts that just start popping his limbs off like lego pieces snapping off.
>Holding him in a tank with a glass view port
Are they stupid?
You can't healfactor oxygen back from the carbon dioxide he just breathed.
yes
He can. He is the best at what he does
If you cut of his head he might die.
It would be extremely painful
They're comic book villains. What do you think?
Cut him into tiny pieces. Put each piece in a 3"x3" concrete box.
Could he get out?
Correct, but I'm also thinking about plot armor. Like a blowfish swimming around as he holds his last breath, or a friend saving him, or air bubble spaces
I don't know shit about the sniktbub.
Is adamantium indestructible?
Cant you just throw sniktbub into lava?
How about you make him listen to 1000 women at once so he wants to kill himself?
Why would he need to?
I remember a comic where he was fighting Hellfire club mercs, and him commenting that he was really lucky that he didn't cut in half by their rifles.
sure, but you aren't actully killing him,he is trapped and unable to do anything but once oxygen is reintroduced to his body he will "revive"
It ain't as simple as just cutting the neck and ripping pulling the head, you need to be quite precise to cut in the right place and pulling it the right way or it will get "stuck".
Nigh
Yes
Possible
Depends on the power level, he might just die or recreate whatever is the fastest option.
>Cant you just throw sniktbub into lava?
Really that depends on a few things.
Assuming his ligaments don't get fucking destroyed (since apparently comic book writers don't know what those are), it depends on how dense adamantium is. It can't be that dense, considering Wolverine has a body full of it and can still move around, so I'd assume that he'd just kind of float on top of the lava, screaming in agony as his body continuously healed the intense burns he'd be suffering.
Of course, when he gets out of the lava, he'll probably immediately fuck up whoever pushed him on the lava in the first place
More importantly, if he loses any limb, when it regrows it would lack Adamantium coating.
Good luck reapplying that.
>Cant you just throw sniktbub into lava?
He canonically survived a nuke.
Make sense depending to how close by he was.
What usually kill is the radiation if you are not in the immediate blast zone.
he weighs 300 lbs when hes has adamantium in him. w/out it hes 193. he has natural super strength etc like a smaller sabertooth due to his mutation. maybe even more explosive. w/out the adamantium he'd be bouncing all over the place
>Actually, the water in the cells in his body would literally be turned to steam over an over again. Basically, he'd be hovering over the lava like a "hovercraft" and would slid across the top. If he's lucky he'll steam right over to an edge and maybe crawl his way out. Otherwise he'd be like a puck on the air hockey table constantly going back and forth around and around.
He'd also heal faster without the adamantium poisoning him all the time
I'm no scientist, but I'm pretty sure if Wolverine's skeleton were that heavy compared to the rest of his body, he'd probably constantly be tearing apart his flesh and muscle just my moving around.
I think this might be an example of comic book writers having no fucking idea what they're saying.
Fuck you're probably right.
And that also sounds hilarious.
For everyone
His muscles probably adapted to it or just grew in strength. Also a healing factor would make weightlifting stupid effective.
>Muscles grow by healing from being broken down
>Healing factor decreases the recovery time to seconds/minutes
>Get Olymbic levels of fit in two weeks
That’s just normal Wolverine
This isn't an issue of not being strong enough, this is an issue of "the strips of metal that cover his bones are far, far denser than literally anything else in his body."
yes
>Make sense depending to how close by he was.
Close enough he could see the Enola Gay drop the bomb
Shouldn't the radiation fuck him up?
Shouldn't his healing factor make cancer way deadlier?
Oh, shouldn’t the metal coating be gone after taking a lot of damage if he loses a limb
>he'd probably constantly be tearing apart his flesh and muscle just my moving around.
Having a body that's constantly getting injured as he moves would explain a lot about Logan's personality. Especially the drinking and lowkey masochism.
>Especially the drinking
Also keep in mind that it's canon that he has a difficult time even getting drunk thanks to his healing factor.
His healing factor makes it impossible for him to get cancer.
Yes
its supposed to be perfectly smooth as if each individual bone was dipped in a metal coating but somehow this was done through injections etc. i think the idea is he was chosen bc his body, ligaments, etc were overly strong enough to handle the wight and his healing factor was crazy strong enough to handle the rest likesaid w the poisoning. in universe it makes sense why they want to clone him so bad bc it a small list that can handle that and are natural hunter/killers w animal senses
Hes walked back acoss the bottom before. Hes not happen about it but it doesn't kill him.
He got burned to clean bones once and healed back. Why the fuck do dead brain cells matter? You have to find a way to kill the narrow in his adamantine bones.
Metal skeleton no one decapitation.
I hate how bullshit overpowered his healing factor is.
Adamantium is the plot device to prevent that.
If you cut Wolverine like this, he would legit regenerate into 2 Wolverines
Why the fuck would the marrow matter? If he can grow back from that, it really doesn't matter, unless you like atomize him, he's coming back, clearly.
This. Originally his healing factor made him durable and let him take more of a beating than a regular person, and recover a fair amount faster. He was still in danger from pretty much anything that could kill a regular human. It's hard to imagine but there was a time when Pyro could've easily killed him, and he knew it.
Over the years it just kept getting more and more potent and now he's literally unkillable.
I don't read comic but i heard they send wolverine to the sun and he lived? Is that true? If so, is it wrong that i find that stupid?
basically, if you send Wolverine into a black hole, he would just regenerate once he reaches the actual mass of it
Who's regeneration is better? Hulk or Wolverine?
In the Immortal Hulk Devil Hulk was literally cut to pieces(we're talking about cutting off his internal organs and putting them in the bottles next to his severed talking head) by Military and yet the fucker was still alive and regenerated while voring a guy that was standing too close to his organs!
pt 2.
>How about you make him listen to 1000 women at once so he wants to kill himself?
he would adopt all of them.
Couldn't Magneto just rip his head off
I still need to read more of this. I liked the first volume a lot, and loved the little recap of all the times in Marvel history Hulk bad been killed off.
Who would win, LooL or GannaG?
Why did they give Wolverine an entire Adamantium Skeleton anyways? Why not just his arm bones?
wolverine is barely in the top 5 of healing factors
number 1 is the hulk: who's healing factor even improves with hulks rage
number 2 is deadpool
Number 3 is Mr Sinister
number 4 is X-23 (only her claws are adamantium so her healing factor does not have to constantly fight the toxic metal)
number 5 would be logan or his son dakken.
I'm almost certain this happened.
His head grew back. His old head didn't grow a body, but was still alive. He kept it as a pet, I think.
It could be explained he's adapting to whatever kills him making his Regeneration closer to 'Reversion/Recreating'
deadpool's healing factor is probaly close to Lobo's healing factor. who can regenerate from a single drop of blood (and in the past could grow an intire army of lobo's from spilled blood until he asked vrill drox to remove that)
That’s not how it works. If anything his healing factor makes it worse, like Deadpool.
Makes it harder to kill him
>Bullets less likely to pierce skull and destroy brain
>Can catch blades on his forearms since Adamantium is near indestructible
even if his bones are unbrekable, a skeleton only stay together thanks to the flesh around it.
Hulk, even before the Devil Hulk shit.
Deadpool, Mr. Sinister, even Morbius also
You need the ligaments and muscles for the bones to be in place.
ultimate marvel whent that way
