This is so fucking dumb

Attached: 1493369632152.jpg (500x313, 20K)

First believable leak I've seen. Well done.

Attached: hmmm.jpg (868x951, 72K)

Does fucking everything with MCU Spider-Man have to revolve around Tony Stark?

Attached: 198082A2-58DC-4F13-97F2-4863DE730ACC.jpg (283x283, 8K)

>Mysterio is a disgruntled employee who wants revenge on Stark
I swear to God this backstory has already been used two or three times already.

Yes, that's why I gave up on him.
Remember that that's 4 appearances already utterly tainted by Starkwank and he will probably make 6 appearances, 9 at most.

If the end leak is true, it's pretty dumb to reveal Peter's secret identity after only a single solo movie. I wanted to see him hit more of the neighbourhood-level threats, not immediately go into fucking space and then become Iron Man Jr.

Hopefully Mysterio is good at least.

Even Peter's villains can't escape Stark garbage, ditto Vulture. God forbid Mysterio be a cool disgraced special effects guy.

> He airs a video Mysterio had sent prior to his death, making Spider-Man out to be a villain and exposing his secret identity to the world. Jameson brands Spider-Man a menace as Peter watches hopelessly.
No way its gonna be true.

Wait. MYSTERIO DIES?

>He airs a video Mysterio had sent prior to his death, making Spider-Man out to be a villain and exposing his secret identity to the world.
How the fuck is this even supposed work with future movies? Or was this just an excuse so that Holland never has to wear a mask again?

God if this is true, worst spiderman movie ever. Jameson part is cool though

It is

OMD when?

"dies"did tony never wear an iron man visor after he was captured?

not *precisely* that backstory, but there've been several variations on it. Obadiah Stane was a disgruntled business partner, Ivan Vanko was the son of a disgruntled Stark employee, Aldrich Killian was a potential business partner who got snubbed and wants revenge, I suppose you could even make an argument for Ultron kind of fitting that description

This is fucking stupid, and I wait it's not real.

>skrulls

This entire thing is bullshit, there's no way

JJJ is true.

the JJJ, the "no multiverse", the "Mysterio is a disgruntled Stark employee", etc I can believe, the part where the leaker claims that Peter won't have a secret identity and that Hill and Fury are skrulls is retarded as fuck.

HAHAHA! I want all of you fucking morons who fell for Beck’s con to apologize. You morons

Yeah right

Nice headcanon and dubs bro

Attached: 5DimDy6p_400x400.jpg (248x248, 11K)

JJJ is bullshit made by Yea Forums retards.

>I want all of you fucking morons who fell for Beck’s con to apologize
That's a phrase that I never thought I would hear Yea Forums say.

I remember when Yea Forums said the same thing about Avengers: Endgame.

>"Thanos dies in the beginning? There's no way!"
>"Fat Thor? There's no way!"
>"Cap goes back in time to fuck Peggy? There's no way!"

For identity, I don't know. I mean, mcu has been pretty big on "no secret identities" so far. And this is going only to come up in the 3rd Spiderman movie, it's not weird for the climax of a trilogy with spidey to be revealed at the end. In his Avengers stuff, everyone knows him anyway. The skurlls seem believable, it's just a throwaway.

It's on twitter too, according to resetera. Well, not that, specifically. But something that'll make "Maguire spidey fans nostalgic" so, it's likely.

We literally just had an user publicly humiliated after he didn’t know Mysterio’s first appearance involved him posing as a hero. Yea Forums being stupid and not reading comics shouldn’t surprise you

Whatever, I'm not going to see it anyways. I swore I'd be done with the MCU after Endgame and I'm sticking to that.

>Yea Forums being stupid and not reading comics shouldn’t surprise you
Mysterio showed up in both the 90s show and Spectacular, both of which are popular on Yea Forums.
This is a new level of retardation.

The only thing that was stupid for me was Cap going with Peggy and it was still stupid as hell how they handled it in the movie, to the point both the writers and the Russo brothers declared different shit at interviews.

If these spoilers are real, they're dropping the ball really hard and making it easier for people to drop the MCU post-Endgame instead of endearing them to the characters that are left.

It hasn't but it's reused from MCU's stilt-man's origin from the Iron Man 2 game for Nintendo DS.

same

>JK back as JJJ
Fake no way in hell can Marvel steal someone from DC

is spiderman smelling lasers?
I wonder how they smell like haha.

Casuals I can understand, but here? There’s literally no excuse because of cartoons
>”That twist is too obvious! He’s really from another universe! Muh Ultimate! The monsters are real!”
This is exactly how I thought the film would play out, save the Peter identity thing of course. Beck faking his death too is a nice way to recast him if need be, and totally in character too

>instead of endearing them to the characters that are left
What characters? Apart from maybe the Guardians pretty much all the other interesting characters are gone.

nigga, that's the fucking point, holy shit
Make the new characters interesting to the audiences, build them up as they previously did with Iron Man and Cap.

It's either Yea Forums tourists or shills that denied Mysterio was lying. I'd guess they were shills on account that it's in their best interest to keep people in the dark about the film.

Skrulls are the new Thanos and Peter was originally going to pull an "I am Iron Man" at the end of Homecoming

The fuck are you talking about DCuck?

They've stolen like 5 already

>Skrulls are the new Thanos
>used as a throwaway joke in an after credits scene

i knew this movie would fuck up everything

it tracks with Vulture. All spider-mans villians so far are people Tony Fucked over. kinda showing pete tony isn't this all perfect man

Why not? secret identity don't exist in the MCU.

>Mysterio is actually a former Stark Industries employee

Oh look, another Spider-Man villain related to Stark.

>Aldrich Killian was a potential business partner who got snubbed and wants revenge

This is a common misconception thats made by retards. Killian never wanted revenge on stark. Not at first. He literally said his main goal was anonymity. He wanted to be a ghost. And for yrs he left stark alone. He literally says the only reason he came after him is that stark publicly called out his operation. So he had to go for his throat. He had already ling had his terror cells and shit in motion. He was content to just continue his plan to rule the west and east behind the scenes

>no way in hell can Marvel steal someone from DC

Attached: Oh, really.jpg (628x363, 26K)

>>Mysterio was fired by Tony and wants revenge by usurping Tony’s place as the world’s greatest hero.

Oh fuck right off. I am so sick of this universe. Reeves' Batman can't come fast enough.

>Karen is kill
They done my wA.I.fu dirty.

Attached: 1557016478623.jpg (2727x2945, 857K)

>J.K. Simmons returning as J. Jonah Jameson

I want to believe.

Is it really any better linking them all to OSCORP?

Who mentioned Oscorp?

Im saying I get the frustration of making everything Stark related, but it’d probably be like ASM Osborne shenanigans if not

A lot of people are saying it. Sounds legit. Multiple people coming right out of the screenings brought up Riami too.

How about making villains not related to any big corporations?

>the last scene in the current MCU is Fury not doing his job
I don't know what I expected.

>Second post-credits scene is Fury and Maria Hill turning out to be Skrulls working for the real Fury, who is in vacation himself.

Attached: heh.png (1097x805, 1.28M)

>>Second post-credits scene is Fury and Maria Hill turning out to be Skrulls working for the real Fury, who is in vacation himself.

So... still no LMD?

Any mentions of X-Men, Fantastic 4 or any other character that has yet to be introduced?

Attached: X-Men_First_Class_Vol_1_2_Textless lizard.jpg (660x1002, 404K)

Why would anyone bother with MCU movies after EndGame?

Jeremy Irons and J.K. Simmons got axed when Affleck walked away from the role. Battison will have a new Alfred and Gordon.

Attached: I need ABPs. APBs about the Batman!.png (1268x1030, 1.27M)

I wish but you know how Studios are. Everything needs connected

Nope.

5 years

I gave up on the MCU after AoU. If these spoilers are true, I'm happy with the decision I made.

It's weird that out of the two Spider-Man MCU films both villains used stolen tech to become villains due to having an axe to grind against Stark. I have a feeling that if we ever do see Osborn he'll be somehow tangentially attached to Stark, like a former business partner, or maybe someone that does a hostile takeover of Stark's Company.

I mean all the speculation has been that Oscorp is going to be moving in to the now vacant Stark/Avengers tower.

If you want LMD watch AoS

Vulture also came about because Tony brought in Damage Control for the NYC clean up.

>Obadaiah "STARK RUINED MEEEE"
>Whiplash and Hammer "STARK RUINED MEEEE"
>w..well they are Iron Man movies!
>Killian "STARK RUINED MEEEEE" again???
>Vulture "STARK RUINED MEEEEE"
>Mysterio "STARK RUINED MEEEEE"
the MCU is a fking stupid shithole, thanks to Downey

>skrulls working for fury while he's on vacation
Honestly makes a lot of sense. Already set up Skrulls as good guys in this universe. Might as well take advantage of their abilities.

Yes, and I love the reaction people like you have to it. The impotent rage, the whining, the grinding of teeth, the little manbaby tears. I hope MCU Parker actually gives up being Spider-Man and wears an Iron Man suit full time, except he calls himself Iron Boy so we always know he's lesser. He should also change his name to Peter Stark, because it's revealed that Uncle Ben is still alive and a selfish, two-bit con artist whom Peter is instantly repulsed and disgusted by.

Sounds shitty and bland enough to be true

take your meds, Cletus

Doom will be related to Stark too, fuck the MCU!

So... still no canon LMD?

>Could you imagine being dumb enough to respond to obvious bait almost as bad as replying to yourself

>How the fuck is this even supposed work with future movies?

Sinister Six go after him in the third movie, threaten his family and leads to Peter's death. Movie ends with Miles getting bit by a spider as set up for a fourth Spider-Man film.

Too depressing, Holland will stick around for a while

>I was only pretending to be retarded

So fucking dumb that I believe it.

I would be surprised if the movie even acknowledges that and not just take the "Of course they are evil and that's why they hated Tony Stark" route.

>Mr S-Stark... c-can I fuck MJ? p-please!

Fucking tired of this Spider-Man and people saying it's the best one only because is part of the MCU... the worst part is that a whole generation of kids will believe Spider-Man is the Robin of Iron Man, a fucking sidekick! I wonder how much they will ruin X-Men and Fantastic Four, maybe even more than Fox, but people will love them because "muh accurate costumes, muh it's all connected" and all that shit while they make them a joke as a character.

It's the only reason I would consider watching the third MCU Spidey in theatres. Finally we get Spider-Menace and glorious JK Simmons.

When will you learn, nobody cares when you incels REEEE

Attached: 66768886544.gif (400x225, 986K)

People only say that because he's the latest Spider-Man and because he's in the MCU. Once he leaves and the MCU is done the next Spidey that comes in theatres will be the best one.

>Once he leaves and the MCU is done the next Spidey that comes in theatres will be the best one.
Image actually believing this.

The nickelodeon cartoon made Blizzard and Melter into former Stark employees too

I believe this one. Surprised that the exposing the secret identity to the world is here, but then again, it is so fucking awful that I can see Feige pulling it off. Jesus Christ. How can you miss the point of a character so badly?

Attached: 1561108413468.png (371x333, 76K)

I mean, it's not like revealing his identity was one of the biggest mistakes Peter ever did.

Attached: Peter-Parker-Spider-Man.jpg (968x681, 80K)

>The nickelodeon cartoon made Blizzard and Melter into former Stark employees too

Wow, so... they made two Iron Man villains former Stark employees? I can't believe this!!

Kek, I was playing PS4 Spider-Man and got to a point where Peter gets evicted for failing to pay his rent on time. My little nephew is watching and then asks me if Spider-Man is poor in this game and why he just doesn't ask Tony Stark for help.

Hey you! don't talk bad about the MCU and MCU Spider-Man, they are perfect!

Mr Feige, your dick is delicious!

What would Image specifically care about that?

You missed Ultron, Zemo and even fucking Thanos having a special hateboner for Stark.

Attached: 1559394358873.jpg (875x875, 119K)

Well, Thanos makes sense, he was an Iron Man villain in comics.

Zemo hated all of the Avengers

Why am I supposed to know what corporate executives think?

>Inb4 b-but Thanos debuted as an Iron Man villain

And it was such a mistake, both intertextually and extratextually that it led to the worst retcon in the modern capeshit history to set right.

But hey, if Feige somehow fucked up the best moment from JMS' run already (May finding out), he'll totally redeem OMD, right?

>First post-credits scene is J.K. Simmons returning as J. Jonah Jameson, now a talk-show host.
>Jameson is now Alex Jones
I'd be completely on board with this.

Attached: ale.jpg (800x450, 69K)

Play Spider-Man PS4.

>>Peter uses a mobile workshop in the Stark jet to design a new suit, with no A.I
> No Karen
Bah.

It happened with Garfield who I didn't care much about and it's happening with Holland. People move with trends. Next Spidey has to be abysmally bad to be worse than Holland.

Of course people will still be butthurt about a previous Spidey being better in their eyes. And yeah once Holland is out it's not like Sony won't try to do another Spider-Man movie with Peter.

Unless we get Miles in the MCU but even then it's not unlike Sony to not want to mill Peter in some form or way.

How much is Peter fanboying over Mr Stark in that game?

Just terrible

I thought you fags hated Karen

I personally played the whole game with the Stark Suit, so quite a bit? It just looks nice

Learn to articulate your thoughts better.

Lol too late

His debut in Iron Man was between a fight with him and Drax. Iron Man just kind of got in their way.

Trying a little too hard there, champ.

He's fanboying over Otto Octavius instead, but it's more of a dignified mentorship based on shared interests and ideals and less of a "Tony senpai let me lick your anus" kind of shit.

How can you not love that doting, disembodied voice? She was one of the few good things that came from Peter's unhealthy Tony Stark connection.

Attached: karen.jpg (618x412, 46K)

His boss fight with him at the end was full of Peter being a butthurt fag

Given how off the rails he goes for the sake of petty vendetta after we all saw how genuinely admirable he could be, Peter's behavior was completely justified. I'm hyped for that Spock redemption arc.

Yeah but don't expect anyone who says Thanos is Iron Man's villain to have read that. It's obvious Starlin just used that IM issue to debut Thanos, Drax, Mentor, and Eros more than anything. But he fleshed them out in the Captain Marvel and Warlock series.

It's not like with Mystique and Carol where she was an actual villain in her comic before moving to the X-Men.

They’re not doing Spock you dunce

Stay mad

>Movie ends with Miles getting bit by a spider as set up for a fourth Spider-Man film

there's no way they kill off Peter in a live action movie

Why is Mysterio trying to be a better hero then Tony Stark a bad thing.

He's engineering a threat and putting innocents at risk to appear greater than he truly is.

you'll be back for Shang-Chi or whoever else

>set building on fire
>rescue people
>turn into a hero
That's not how it works

>>Mysterio was fired by Tony and wants revenge by usurping Tony’s place as the world’s greatest hero.

Attached: 153068932.png (472x472, 443K)

Sorry, I missed that.

Never thought I’d see the day when Stark-wank replaced Batman-wank

I'm going to be honest. This sounds fake. I heard it wasn't J.K. Simmons as J.J. Jameson.

There is no way they'd put an important plot point in the credits.

At least it makes more sense.

Stark inventing some super special cosmic armor is at least better than Batman fighting down Kalibak with kung fu skills and ropes.

You heard wrong.

They know everyone learned to sit around for the credits by now. It's been eleven years.

At this point I'm wondering if Tony Stark will return from the grave with cornrows and declare he's changed his name to Norman.

Underrated comment

Nah, Norman will do the same damn thing and invent the Goblin persona to imitate Iron Man too.

>ywn have a chill af Skrull bro that fills in for you when you need some time off

Why even live?

Attached: Sip.jpg (960x960, 142K)

Is she actually MJ

I'm glad that the Skrulls remain good if they're working for Fury. I don't like the idea of doing Secret Invasion arc in the MCU.

She's the MCU's MJ, yes.

Mary Jane or Michelle Jones?

Michelle [last name still unknown]

they did the same shit in Runaways with Molly > Hernandez

Attached: molly-1511268137.jpg (780x439, 34K)

>Vengeance from the grave
>Kills the people he once saved

>Norman will be wearing a Skrull’s skin as his Green Goblin suit
Calling it.

>when you realize that the arms weren't making him crazy and he'd been planning revenge on Osborn for years.

I didn't like how Mr. Negative hogged 80% of the screentime but overall the game was great.

>multiverse shenanigans
>Portal opens, Natasha steps out
>Helps Peter with some baddies
>"You're alive?"
>"Nah, just a different universe. We've been watching yours. My husband and I are here to lend a hand, he's a fan of you."
>"You're married?"
>"In my universe."
>"Who's your husband?"
>The AI in Peter's suit starts playing "Shoot to Thrill"
>"Hello Parker, I've been wanting to meet you."
>Rockets knock off more baddies.
>Stark in a superior/ultimate like armor mix shows up
COOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOME OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON

>there's no way they kill off Peter in a live action movie

Apparently, you never saw Infinity War. They already killed him.

Not only does literally everyone stay for credits in Marvel Studios movies, most people stay for the credits in most popcorn movies these days anyways due to the MCU. At any rate, early reactions claim that the credits scene is like, mind boggling and all other kinds of big exaggerated descriptions so it wouldn't surprise me if what he's saying is true.

Yeah, not buying this.

Then would was the point of that end-credits scene with Vulture?

>Then would was the point of that end-credits scene with Vulture?

Showing that Vulture is honorable and not beyond redemption by having him protect Peter's identity when he had every reason to want revenge.

How mad would you be if his name was Peter T. Parker in this universe?

Want revenge for Peter saving him and his daughter from death?

Peter ruined an eight year operation and sent him to jail.

Mendelsohn was amazing in that movie, I really hope he comes back for inevitable Captain Marvel sequels

>Second post-credits scene is Fury and Maria Hill turning out to be Skrulls working for the real Fury, who is in vacation himself.
Another fucking great comic moment usurped by a shitty fucking joke. I hate Fiege's bullshit I hope Sony take back and ruin Spider-Man to spite him.

>Norman's "goblin formula" is a retroviral solution that transforms him into a human/skrull hybrid that gives him enough limited shape-shifting ability to transform into his more physically imposing "goblin" persona.

Attached: ultimategoblin-markbagley.jpg (200x293, 22K)

>Another fucking great comic

? Like every "character was a skrull" moment was dumb clickbait at best and lazy excuse to resurrect a dead character at worst.

Skrulls are basically filling the role of life model decoys now.

Tony died saving the universe, I don't think a couple disgruntled employees are going to change his or the audience's mind.

Didn't you mean Peter A. Parker, idiot?

>Female
Alfred, if the director gets their way.

>Legendary Goji cosplaying as the Lizard

So will normalfags call him lame now because there was no "epic" twist?

Normal casuals who never even heard of Mysterio will buy it, wikifags will get pissy about it and call it a lame twist.

I didn't. I always left after credits started and i remember few people were confused when they saw me and few other leave.
>b-but muh end scene
I don't give a shit enough about these movies to stay longer than i have to.

I don't think so. I can see normalfags complain that how lame Mysterio is because his powers are not real.

>First post-credits scene is J.K. Simmons returning as J. Jonah Jameson
Holy shit based.
>now a talk-show host
Fucking booooooooooo

Hulk-Goblin was always the fucking worst.

I have a crazy theory.
This has been a multi film planned series.
Now that Spider-Mans Id is known.
All of his friends are in danger.
They will all get new indenties from shield.
Ned will be ganke. Betty will be Gwen. And mj will Mary Jane.

This is much more believable than the last "leak"

I hate this look. It's not green enough and where's the purple jumpsuit and red eyes from the concept art? That was sick. They look intimidating there.

I believed it up to the end of the first half where you went full retard

Read this.
This is retarded enough to happen.

>Spider-Man puts chemicals in the webs that turn his villains gay.

There could be Spock down the line but I don't know that a redemption is in the cards for him. 616 Spock heard about game Otto and was disgusted by his actions.

If you feel that way I don't know why you'd subject yourself to them at that point. My foot's halfway out the door myself since Endgame is over and Fox properties are supposedly a ways down the line.

I really don't like J.J.J. ratting out Spider-man's identity. It kind of fucks over how much i liked him in the Riami movies.

>Peter has a crush on MJ and competes for her affections with Brad Davis, a dude whom they met as an ugly kid and grew into a handsome chad in the five years they were dusted.
Isn't that pedophiliac in a way?

What about Adrien Brody?

Not in the movie.

Iron Man's only mentioned once or twice. The only character in the game who didn't debut in a Spider-Man comic is Taskmaster, who serves as an optional boss.

>Flash Thompson changes his name to Poo on Loo
>another kid named Flash Thompson is thought to be Peter's friend, Flash and is attacked by villains and is crippled
>now hates Spider-man and his Rogue

They subverted are expectations. Rian Johnson would be proud.

> Interacts with almost every character.
> His relationship with Tony is to emphasize his importance and make audiences see him as Tony's successor.
> They even made every almost female character in the MCU part of his "Harem". That makes him a chat in the eyes of audiences. A classic example of "You may not notice, but your brain did."

You can measure a character's future prospects by the number of interactions with other characters. Spidey interacting with so many people shows he is regarded as important, and is seen as having alot of potential. By contrast the characters who barely interact with anyone all ended up on Disney Plus.

>tfw no buff skrull bf to hold hands with.
>he could also turn into Thor, Cap and [spoilers] Thanos[/spoilers]] so you could fuck them too!

For audience tearbait with the intention of bringing him back in the very next film.

>"You may not notice, but your brain did."
Not everyone is as stupid as you.

I knew the monsters and stuff was gonna be fake but I thought he really was gonna be from another universe and the reason they couldn't tell it was fake monsters was going to be because they didn't have tech anywhere close to the other universe

>those twitterfags hyping this shitty movie just because jk simmons made them feel old
yikes

killian is fucking retarded

>>Peter uses a mobile workshop in the Stark jet to design a new suit, with no A.I.
Please make this true, I fucking hate Iron Man Jr.

But the MCU already has LMD tech, the perfection that is AIDA.

You don't need skrullshit

Peter inherits Tony’s A.I. glasses and discovers that Mysterio is actually a former Stark Industries employee.
Mysterio was fired by Tony and wants revenge by usurping Tony’s place as the world’s greatest hero.
The Elementals are illusions created by Mysterio, who uses drones to cause the destruction that is attributed to them. His stories about the Multiverse are fake.

Fucking obvious since the beginning. All the normies are gonna get their brains blown.

First post-credits scene is J.K. Simmons returning as J. Jonah Jameson, now a talk-show host.
kino

Second post-credits scene is Fury and Maria Hill turning out to be Skrulls working for the real Fury, who is in vacation himself.
dumber than a truck full of dykes

Still gonna watch it because Mysterio is one of my favorite villains from Spiderman's rogue gallery.

well so far we've only seen morally good skrulls, just freedom fighters, we haven't seen the bad ones. so its obvious the good guys are going to be designed to have an approachable look to them

Spidey is literally a cash cow manslut who has no in universe inportance or role to play but to look and pose like the soulless mascot he is.

They don't give a shit whether he looks bad or dies, as long as he sticks around to appear in other media and gimmicks to do the same as he does in last installment.

>Peter has a crush on MJ
My suspension of disbelief has already been shattered.

>we haven't seen the bad ones.
They don't exist.

Kevin Feige already said that they do.

Doesn't the post credit just undo all the development Fury and Peter go through?

Genuine question. If you're dating a girl in high school, she's 16 and you're 17, and then your 18th birthday hits, do you have to stay away that entire year and whatever's left for her to be 18?

It’s because the only things the MCU solos had going for them was the end credits tying into Endgame. No one could tell you what the fuck Ant Man or CM was about, but they could talk about the end credits scene all day.

]Peter and Mysterio become friends, while Fury keeps chewing Peter out for wanting to take a vacation (important later).

>First post-credits scene
OH SHIT

Yup he is a real hypocrite.
I'd bet he even took Goose with him. Motherfucker.

Yeah RDJ said goodbye to the character permanently

That would be sick

>Didn't Madame Hydra die or what?
AIDA died, she was Madame Hydra in the Framework only
High Evolutionary died
The only ones that can make LMDs now are FitzSimmons and they're busy (being not canon) IN SPACE to give a fuck

>Second post-credits scene is Fury and Maria Hill turning out to be Skrulls working for the real Fury, who is in vacation himself.
This makes me not want to see the movie.

Glad I won't be wasting money on this tripe.

Did Stark rape you

YES
AND I'LL TAKE REVENGE ON ALL WHO AIDED HIM WHILE HE WAS STILL ALIVE
STARTING WITH THAT PESKY SPIDER-MAN
I'M ASKING-FOR-IT-MAN, PREPARE TO DIE!

Never forget; there was a portion of Yea Forums that actually believed Mysterio.

>>People were excited for this film to reveal what the future of the MCU will be like.
>>People all thought we'd get Norman Osborn credits or Multiverse
>>Instead we get a fraud Mysterio who apparently deserves death and Fury ending up a Skrull

Sounds like a whole bunch of Filler. Like, "Surely they'll find Sauske in this episode" filler.

Nigga everything Spider-Man does is filler.
That's how it's gonna go until Sony gives back the Spider-Man rights.

Yeah, but you'd think they'd do something to show the promise of the future of the MCU.

This is the post-game, user.
Current heroes need to chill out, finish arcs and move on from the Infinity bullshit these next 5 years and slowly build up Fantastic 4 and X-Men in Phase 5
Spider-Man is just being Spider-Man, keeping his adventures at street level and sulking about the friend he lost.

>is stories about the Multiverse are fake.
>Despite this, Mysterio actually cares about Peter and wants Peter to join him, but Peter refuses.
This is sad D:

All solo movies are filler now and Feige had full creative control over the MCU Spider-Man from the start. And Sony's not gonna break up the partnership since the Mouse is basically doing offhand free promotion for their own shit. Them getting the rights back completely wouldn't make anything better, in fact, it would be only worse because there's no way we'd get anything like Spider-Verse ever again. Also this is what Marvel wanted from Spider-Man. If you think not having to share the character with Sony would mean that Spider-Man would suddenly stop orbiting around the other MCU properties at the expense of his own stories, you're delusional.

Gordon is off his meds again.

It's true. One journalists said that the post-credits scene is going to make fans of the Raimi trilogy happy.

I can't believe some people actually thought Mysterio was from the multiverse.

You are forgetting the biggest one.
>Mysterio exposes Peter Parker is Spider-Man through JJJ in the post-credits scene.

Yeah, but you saw all the excitement about the "Osborn" stuff was. And now how deflated the film feels without any future hook.

FFH IS MORE SOULLESS THAN TASM2.

OH NO NO NO NO.

>the villain is motivated by his envy for Stark
How many times have they repeated this already?

Sounds exactly the type of shit Talos would do, honestly

>Revealing Peter's identity to the public in a post-credit scene

C'mon man. At least try to come up with believable fan fiction.

Is Goose in this film? Someone tell me.

>show the promise of the future of the MCU
Its going to be in the theatrical re-release of Avengers Endgame next week.

Gwen Stacey doesn't appear in this?

Sounds like a lame twist with Disney just reusing the Incredibles plot. Any chance that Mysterio isn't lying?

No.

No.

Am I the only one not seeing what Mysterio does deserves Death? Like, he fakes being a hero, sure, but does that deserve the death punishment?

MCU keeps just killing all their villains without repercussions or even asking if it's right to kill them. Kind of fucked up.

Well he is doing massive amounts of damage to buildings and endangering civilians

Not everything has to be directly connected to the next Avengers movie. I wanted Spider-Man in the MCU to interact with the other heroes sometimes, not to simply become another setup for le next big epic crossover.

>First post-credits scene is J.K. Simmons returning as J. Jonah Jameson
I mean that's cool and all, but honestly I feel disappointed as hell because everyone had been hyping up how the post credit scene was some insane hype-inducing thing related to the Raimi spiderman films that had them super excited for the future of the MCU. I was starting to dream up live action spiderverse with Toby McGuire, Andrew Garfield and Tom Holland all crossing over in the same film. People were seriously "excited for the future of the MCU" because of Jameson? Okay, I guess.

He's not even dead, they don't find his body, he vanishes in smoke

I agree that its lame because it means they never get enough time to develop them beyond being 1 dimensional cut outs. Many of the one off villains theyve killed deserved to come back for another couple of films, at least in a side role.

Also it feels kinda cheap to me when they just retcon characters back to life like Loki.

Loki faking death is at least in-character. I personally liked Hela more, but she probably won't appear again

>the worst part is that a whole generation of kids will believe Spider-Man is the Robin of Iron Man, a fucking sidekick!

Or, those kids could, like, watch the other two film franchises about Spider-Man. Or of of the dozen or so cartoons starring him. Or the hundreds of comic book series, orrr...

Personally, I like how the MCU is portraying Peter. Letting someone else be the star of Marvel is good. Hell, most normies didn't know who Iron Man was until his first movie.

Apparently the Skrull covering for Fury isn't just any Skrull, it's /ourguy/ Talos himself, Ben Mendehlson cameos.

If they're using the Ultimate Mysterio story arc for him, that makes that a lead-in towards ACTUAL multiverse shenanigans.

I hope not. They've already had a "hulking" Green Goblin in Into The Spider-Verse.

Personally, I hope they don't even use Norman (or at least, as a villain). I'd prefer to see Hobgoblin at a chance in the limelight.

>Believing that the man who, if these are legit, can make illusions of water, lava and rock people from drones can't fake his death

comic book characters can't just come back to life

WOW WHAT THE FUCK SO 2 DADDIES COMPETE OVER PETER'S TWINK ASS

I'm so fucking jealous.

>>Second post-credits scene is Fury and Maria Hill turning out to be Skrulls working for the real Fury, who is in vacation himself.

I keked. I love Fury so much.

>Ben Mendehlson cameos.
Legitimately the best part of the borefest that was Brie Marvel, dude was so entertaining and compelling even with the make-up on. Solid actor

How old is your nephew? I find it funny that she/he already knows about sugar daddies.

Buddy, illusions and misdirection is Mysterio's entire shtick. Why wouldn't this be the same deal? >Mysterio is exposed as a fraud
>Decides to take his death and not only make Peter feel awful, but plan his revenge
who knows? Maybe Beck is the one who forms the Sinister Six.

>still SEETHING

Where's the shocking ending?

>First post-credits scene is J.K. Simmons returning as J. Jonah Jameson, now a talk-show host. He airs a video Mysterio had sent prior to his death, making Spider-Man out to be a villain and exposing his secret identity to the world. Jameson brands Spider-Man a menace as Peter watches hopelessly.

Why are you surprised by Mysterio being a fraud?

That's it? It's not like secret identities matter in the MCU

That billion's not because of Cheese.

>no AI in new suit
Gay. Of course the AI isn’t comic accurate but Spidey and Karen’s chemistry was one of the most entertaining things about Homecoming.

Straight. I'm glad it's gone, hated it in Homecoming.

Aw, I was hoping for the "He really is from another universe but just wanted to con this one" theory

A guy on Twitter who saw the movie said "prepare to see Adrien Brody's face all over future MCU projects". OP's leaks are fake.

That guy was the fake.
