You could contact any of these artists, if you like their style, or look for another several sites. Pixiv is favored because Japan requires only minor censorship to display explicit works there. A few have Patreon accounts but will expect you to join. Twitter has reach but a shitty search function and won’t allow explicit pictures. I’ve found a few artists via Inkbunny despite it being furfag hell. Deviantart isn’t worth much. Tumblr is dead.
The artist should have a sample pic with prices for sketches, line art, flat color, and shaded color, as well as things they won’t draw, usually poop and gore. E-mail and ask if they have a slot open. All have day jobs and limited time to work commissions, so don’t be surprised if an artist says no. Describe what you want and make payment through PayPal. Good artists should turn around quickly. Best of luck!
