I think Springer would make a good Green Lantern as well. Maybe Ultra Magnus too, can't say I've ever seen him scared or squeeming from a fight.

Your list is shit. Megatron would be a Yellow Lantern. G1 and IDW Cliffjumper would be a Red Lantern. Overlord and The DJD would be Black Lanterns. Arcee would be a Violet Lantern. Deathsaurus would be Indigo if anything. In the IDW comics, he left the Decepticons because Megatron treated his troops like fodder and in the Victory cartoon, he loved humans. And if any Transformer could usurp Atrocitus' role as Red Lantern leader, it's pic related.
