There was nothing wrong with MCU Ultron’s character. The issue was the script and his screen time
I never said he was a bad character, user
>bumbled around so hard when they time traveled they created multiple new timelines by freeing a non redeemed Loki and Cap talking to himself in the past
>Cap also goes back in time and messes around in another alternate universe to make up for terrible things that happened in the past, thus dooming it to defeat/decimation in the future by Thanos
Aaaaand we're done. Goodnight everyone!
Ultron's attempts at being a threatening villain were disappointing, but his ass wasn't
kys
so fucking based
in theory it is assumed that the other cap thinks it was loki
but seriously endgame was a mess
>other cap thinks it was loki
yeah until he saw the locket, then he was really confused
Simultaneously based and cringe. Nice.
I honestly think the Time Heist could have been improved by them fucking up multiple times before finally not fumbling it.
>montage of them accidentally murdering the other avengers, outing themselves, changing something pivotal, Stark making out with himself, Scott getting stepped on, Hulk noticing and smashing Prof Hulk, Cap getting arrested by his younger self etc
What got me with the Cap vs Cap thing was that past Cap was almost evenly matched with present Cap. Cap at Avengers 1 was still going on his old WWII era training whilst present Cap had received modern combat training between Avengers 1 and TWS. Present Cap should have had a bit more of an easy time with his past self since he had already gained better training.
Perhaps younger Cap was simply more spry.
Young Cap thought he was fighting Loki and going all out, old Cap didn't want to hurt his young self
Can't wait to see him in the big screen
The issue was his racial design/rendering. The uncanny valley disgust.
*facial but hey maybe this works too
>racism against robots
You disgust me.
i know right, right? they made him look too asian
... He's a robot, user
an asian robot
He was literally built in New York by 2 white guys
>2 white guys
>new york
he was adopted from china
Loved Ultron. Loved Spader as Ultron. Should have let someone else helm the script and direction and changed the title though. God I fucking hate Whedon.
He’ll be back.
Whedon or Ultron?
The only time I ever felt like he was threatening was when Hawkeye killed one of his drones and then another one came in to finish the statement. I thought it was a neat moment that showed how vast he had become. Aside from that and Spader's performance, MCUltron fucking sucked. I'm still pissed they wasted that talent for a forgettable villain, same with Mads. I'm worried that if the Keanu casting rumors are true he'll also get the shaft as a shit villain.
This guy gets it
You's need and awfully BIG screen for such a BIG Wheel
I want whatever you're smoking
>Stark making out with himself
^This
Both. They'll form Whedtron
He's a DC villain, retard. Try again
Best villain and best girl.
Criminally underrated
Ultron is shit senpai and I loved Spaders voice.
why did he have to die
I want hug Ultron
*to
You Quiptronfags never fail to give me an aneurysm
>Getting an aneurysm over a fucking typo
He was actually right in AoU. For some reason they made him into Jared Leto Joker in Black Panther.
Whedtron Sigma
I didnt even think he was that bad in black panther either, I liked Serkis's goofiness
meant for
idk, he didn't seem too much different in BP from how he was in AoU
I hope he comes back, no reason he couldn't have miraculously survived.
>there was nothing wrong with MCU Ultron's character
what about "super-advanced murderous AI" makes you think "yeah he should constantly be making quips and joking around like a bad looney toons character"
Wasn't he insecure about being soulless AI, though?
Infinity War Thanos: Good
Endgame Thanos: Shit
>Post great villains in a genre that only has a handful of villains
Son you retarded
the fact that he was designed by tony stark, on tony stark's system, in tony stark's building?
ok so its basically metal tony stark who wants to kill everything for some reason
wow
awesome
so scary and imposing
such a threatening, villainous and menacing character
>'he says quips because he shares some traits with tony stark'
>OMG BASICALLY LITERALLY EXACTLY METAL TONY STARK
kys
AI isn't something to fuck around with. It will likely wipe us all out if we are not careful. youtube.com
Alexander Pierce is best non-thanos villain.
Reminder that Cap cucked the Steve Rogers who was still frozen and undiscovered in the timeline created when the gem was removed, and that Steve Rogers woke up to a world that never missed him because he had been replaced by our Cap, who then stole that timeline's shield to take it back home and give it to the guy who couldn't even keep pace with Cap while jogging.
who says he din't unfreeze him for threesomes?
I loved Klaw in Black Panther. Not a "faithful" transition of the original, but I think he was as close to Comic-Book-Villainy as we can hope to see on thr big screen, and it was AWESOME. IMHO Better than the main attraction.
Vulture in Homecoming, was pretty neat as well.
