All right, I 'm here.
5 more to go.

First of all, why?
Second
>no jazz
Tasteless hacks.

>no hip hop either

Attached: 167E026B-EB47-4160-BDBF-756EB46CF8FA.jpg (700x906, 475K)

jazz is funk
pop. rap is the only thing "missing"

I like how stuff look, they really look like "crafting material world", I kind of like the songs they have.
So interested to go just to watch pretty colors and music, the story sound clitche but what ever.

Also feel that the 5 second intro scene spoils the theme and the "joke" so it should have started from here

I ship pink Poppy with blue Poppy

The new villain is hot.

There is as much music type they can fit...
What I feel weird is... "harp" is a type of music?

>only one McElroy character barely shown
Boooo

As probably the only person here who unironically enjoyed the first Trolls, I'm excited

2d poppy > 3d poppy

Attached: TRL-character-poppy.jpg (300x300, 22K)

I went in on Trolls with the intention to fap but the music wasn't that great so it threw me off. Trolls should have been a Sia movie, change my mind.
Sequel looks neat though.

same here, expected nothing and fucking loved it.
premise of the second movie seems pretty interesting too.

I hope for more Poppy´s upskirt scenes.

The first Trolls movie was really entertaining and had a great visual aesthetic. There, I said it. I'm excited for the sequel.

>The rock Troll plays the first seconds of Crazy Train
I just want another Megamind media so badly

>Metal and Punk
>call it Rock

Stone Protectors when?

youtube.com/watch?v=zoA3k4-iOPA

Oh, nice. I didn't know about this. I like the first movie and I like the premise of this one.

Wait... so.. The movie thats main target and appeal is towards younger girls/children or overly cutesy women with modern pop songs...
Is now making an extreme focus on hard core rock?
Who are they attempting to attract with this?

Side note; Digging the Techno Trolls. Pissed it looks like they're the first ones to be caught by the villain and excluded from the rest of the movie.

rock is a dying genre so it needs attention

If the third act involves music type battles, I'm honestly down.

Bonus if the finale involves some kind of song that combines all of the genres listed and it won't be cringe.

>classical
>a bunch of babies in wigs
I've expected old sacks of wrinkles to make old people jokes.

I forgot this was even a thing

also shamelessly replying to myself but

>2d show made for netflix to fulfill a quota had original songs (nice ones at that)
>aaa movie that's by all appearances a musical goes the licensed route

whyyyy

>dying genre
Sad but true
i'm still so fucking surprised that they didnt make Reggeaton Trolls

I find Hollywood's aversion to Rap hilarious considering that the former biggest movie star in the world, Will Smith, is a rapper and that Hip Hop is arguably the most popular genre going today.

did you not watch the end of the trailer? hip hop is the future

But it's not just the future, it's the now. It's been the noew for a decade.

trollworld is just a little behind, like who the fuck still makes funk music

>nobody is waifuing the evil punk rock troll

Is Yea Forums having an off day?

>No reggeaton Trolls
Thanks God

Do you really want studio mandated, child friendly version of rap/hiphop though?

probably. think she have potential and stuff.

I think that just there are just that few people that actually care.

I'm waifuing the thick country centaur and no one can stop me

Let's count how many pop song covers there are in this one

First movie was a hit.

Finish the trailer.

>this gets a sequel
>while "your" favorite movie cartoon doesn't

Why!

She's not that good looking

Attached: 1537443523860.jpg (180x180, 9K)

I actually do like her design.

and eagerly await her porn

Imagine how bad Barb must smell.

by Shadbase

I hope we get a lot of lewds of her

Lol Ozzy is the Troll King. Who would have thought he would voice a character in a family friendly movie during his prime?

>extreme focus on hard core rock
Even the trailer, the cutesy characters get most of the screentime. Rock is portrayed as the villains' gimmick; you don't need a roadmap here.

the rock troll isn't wearing pants

Looks like good designs and cartooning. The "six legendary genres of music" thing is dorky as hell but hey it's Trolls, I don't expect an award-winning script.

Love the texture on the rock troll's guitar, really looks like a small prop for these tiny-scale characters. (Like something you'd see in a classic stop motion short.) I hope they use that look throughout the film.

He should always play a wizard. Think The Secret of NIHM's Nicodemus, but with multi-tracked vocals like we'd often hear in his music. Also his signature glowing purple round glasses.

>no adorable THICC Bergen in the sequel
Fucking why?

Attached: A9963434-0FB7-4169-8B6C-A8C71DB928EA.jpg (183x209, 9K)

>adorable
mkay

I said adorable, not cute, not fuckable, adorable

looks tryhard

Shad, making a goth punk slut version of a goth punk slut. Oh yeah and obviously the fart/incest
Make it so

Just black panties

So what pop/rock mash up song will they end up using to show that different music genres can work together?

Dr. Feelgood, and Poppy kiss

For what for? I already have the twins.

I haven't enjoyed a jukebox musical since Moulin Rouge.

>no reggaeton trolls
>no reggae trolls
youtube.com/watch?v=qXnT3LFTc-s
It could've been kino.

>METAL

Aw, lawdy. HOLD ME BACK!

Anybody else want to get sour gummy worms after watching this?

Tbh I figured Comcast would eventually just shut Dreamworks down once they acquired them.

I recognize that guitar riff. What's the song please

We don't even get good lewds of the girls from the first movie

They said that baby thing at the end was a HipHop Troll

>no Jazz

This is an utter disgrace.

Poppy's legit my waifu, so I'm incredibly excited for this!

The genres they chose are odd in general. They should have gone with some of the older types of music and then given them all the music that derives primarily from their tribe.

>Rock is villains

This is pure pop-aganda!!!

Zoomer
Crazy Train by Ozzy Osbourne

Is this Playstation exclusive?

Yeah. Also, made by Malaysians. Ergo the heavily accented yet objectively accurate English.

I don't think they know about music alot

>comments of people saying infinity war
>iw invented collect the mystical objects, bring them together, and gain ultimate power

people are retarded, what else is new

If it has a pussy, I say let´s pound it.

Where are the actual stars of Trolls: World Tour, the McElroys, in the trailer? Or did Dreamworks not want to hype them up too much since they’re very plot relevant characters?

>What I feel weird is... "harp" is a type of music?
They said "pop," not "harp." You probably thought harp because the string was on a harp.

Attached: pop-art-gary-grayson_442_442_60_c1.jpg (442x442, 57K)

I was thinking betwen Harp or Hearth, and the second made less sense.
And subs dont include the word... So im just deaf

>I like how stuff look, they really look like "crafting >material world",

Apparently Genndy was the one who designed a lot of the background creatures and helped solidify the overall aesthetic for the first Trolls

and now I can hear the word pop perfectly.

Justin might be voicing the little green square guy, he confirmed his character is in the trailer.

I thought they just have characters inspired by them and have non-speaking parts.
>But sadly, despite their résumé, the brothers have not been deemed important enough to voice actual trolls. Instead, their parts are a little more . . . creative: according to the brothers, they will be playing characters called Techno Beat Drop Button, Country Music Tear (as in, a teardrop that does country music), and Hard Rock Tear.

My kids are so excited for this

Why is hip hop a baby and techno's one of the original 6 even though hip hop is both older and more popular than techno?

I'm guessing its going to be a 'all types of music are special' message at the end?

>Dr Feelgood
Not with those lyrics it isn't

Let me fix that for you
2d anything > 3d anything

They made the movie heavily focus on music so they could have another hit like "Can't Stop This Feeling", didn't they?

Oh well, looking forward to the ear-worms.

was Trolls really so popular that it warranted a sequel? the box office was just okay and people thought it was mediocre. i kinda want more unexpected song in the sequel though not gonna lie. really didn't expect to hear Clint Eastwood and Sound of Silence in the first one

For a studio who's goal is to create big franchises that generate lots of sequel, Dreamworks had been performing extremely poorly for quite a while, so it is a notable stand out for them that Trolls did okay.

>Expecting coherent, relevant and engaging comments on a YouTube video that’s a trailer for a kids movie sequel.

That was your first mistake,bub.

As a personal anecdote both of my nephews were obsessed with Trolls and owned a bunch of plushies and such. Maybe the box office numbers weren't impressive, but I think they sold a lot of merchandise
