So apparently the bat's a girl. I approve obviously, just wish it was made clear immediately. So much discussion I'm seeing here and there is wasted on arguing the fact. I'm still not even 100% certain, the wikias could be wrong too.

i despise the intro. it sounds so generic.

The cutesy style of the characters clash horribly with the more detailed style of the backgrounds. Gumball is a great example of that working, but here the backgrounds just look like they belong in a different show.

On cartoon network? Yes. This year? No.

I think I would have liked if the cutesy city had simpler backgrounds, while the rest of the world was more this style, but it seems like we aren't going to much go into the outside world right away, so... i'm never going to complaint about quality.

it's so weird to me to hear that the puss in boots cartoon used this premise. that's not something you'd expect. i mean dreamworks does like to mess around with premises, but i assumed puss in boots was just a shitty cash-in

Is there anyone else who's not a fan of Adorabat's voice? I get that the setting residents are supposed to sound and look adorable but she sounds like a Nick Jr. character. Not even the other characters sound that saccharinely sweet.

Only problem I have is her incessant screaming.

Genndy's show Primal, which is confirmed after Annecy to have no dialogue at all, is the most hype I've been for a show in years.

Mao Mao looks nice. And has a cool voice. Too bad there isn't much scenes with him being buff and flexing his meaty pecs, haha.
