Even in the shorts where he took a more comedic role, he didn't really take anyone's crap. He is immensely successful, and those who work under him, though eccentric, are capable of doing the job done. I don't believe there has been a show like this where the villians were competent.

I really like the style, it reminds me a lot of older Cartoon Network. Which it makes a crap ton of references to. Sure references aren't jokes, but I love seeing Cartoon Network references. That halloween episode of OKKO is one of my favorites.
The voice acting for the English dub is hit or miss for me. Flug and Black Hat sound good, especially Black Hat. I like the voicework in the spanish version better but I catch jokes way better in the english version. I wish I had just taken 1 more year of spanish class now.
