I don't like the characters because they look bland, not because they don't look like the MCU actors. The tiny bits of gameplay in the trailer look boring. The setting seems generic.
From what I've heard from people who played the demo (or saw demo footage) the gameplay is very basic, and all the characters play mostly the same. Iron Man's flying sections are on-rails, and Black Widow's boss battle sounds incredibly tedious.

Yeah, the tutorial is single player so you get to learn how each plays differently then after that it opens up to a Hub based world with missions and a campaign. 4-player co-op, everyone fights at once, which is why you get a chance to play as everyone in the Taskmaster tutorial mission

I mostly hate Cap and Thor's outfits. Both look like they're wearing something two sizes too big for them. Cap especially looks like a middle aged dad with a gut. It's too bulky and tacticooled. Thor is just too busy and again looks like CaC from soulcaliber or something with I'll fitting armor.

That's not the issue the issue with Live service games it's there's always a goddamn issue whether it's the story being trash, lack of content,lack of good content, lack of a satisfying endgame, walling off the good content behind season passes, I could go on but Monster Hunter World and Warframe are probably the only "live service" games I've played that aren't shit PLUS next year especially early on is going to be packed with games that will probably be much better like Cyberpunk, FF7,and Vampire Masquerade 2

Also a complete redesign of the characters. If that's the alternative, I actually prefer them to just emulate the MCU as much as possible. For all it's flaws, character design is something the MCU is almost always a consistent 9/10.

Graphics are 360 tier, widow looks like a dude in a wig, all of their models are wonky and frankly too fat, we have yet to see gameplay for a game that was announced years ago which is never a good sign, voice work was fine but nothing "good", and the team/idea wants to bait movie casuals yet didn't even ape the costumes or body types properly even if they couldnt use actor likenesses.

Didn't show enough gameplay and the trailer was terribly mixed in terms of audio. You could just barely hear the person talking underneath it all (who was probably Kamala). I'm willing to chalk all this up to teething problems though and it'll probably turn out OK in the end.
