>I just realized that Uncle Ben doesnt exists in the MCU, Tony Stark is his uncle ben and Aunt May is single.
so will it take you another 3 years for you to realize MJ is MJ?
Aunt May's hooking up with Happy. Another rumor said Tobey Maguire was deceased Uncle Ben.
ya might want to watch the spider-man movie again
It was referenced. Uncle Ben was here but died
He is in the MCU, he's been mentioned like a grand total of 3 times in four movies where Spider-Man has appeared.
>I just realized that Uncle Ben doesnt exists in the MCU
Rewatch Peter's introduction scene in Civil War. They were hinting at Ben Parker BIG TIME. It's amazing how anyone could miss that. Ben was also hinted at in Homecoming when Ned found out about Peter being Spidey. Ben is part of MCU Spidey's story. They just aren't throwing it in our faces because they expect everyone to know about it already and not be a novice like how you're coming off as.
No it wasn't. It was just said "things happened". At no point is his name uttered.
Only the director said in an interview that there was an Uncle Ben. But his death obviously isn't relevant.
Why is it every time that someone complains about the lack of Uncle Ben someone always goes "They're just not shoving it in your face"?
It's not enough. OP needs a bizarre scene with a kid's Uncle spontaneously giving an inexplicable speech about what to do with Great Powers.
Bunch of fucking retards. OF COURSE there is an Uncle Ben, civil war took place 6 months after Pete got his powers, long enough to be through most if not all of the grieving process.
He does not appear so this wouldn't be the 3rd spidy origin in film, but it still all happened the same, Spider bite, powers, U.B dies to to peters irresponsibility.
Saying Uncle Ben "existed at some point but not actually has his name said" doesn't really fucking matter when he's not relevant to Peter's character or plot at all.
It's essentially just an easter egg like many other references MCU movies have.
>also who do you think Bruce Campbell will play?
bonesaw
>“At the end when Happy (Jon Favreau) is in the boy’s room in school we had him say, ‘Oh yeah, Tony wanted me to tell you, “With great power comes… something, I forgot,” Goldstein said before adding, “It was a little too meta.”
Like Batman, all Spider-Man reboots must address his dead parental figure.
How can there be PATHOS without that death scene, over and over and over again?
Hack Snyder understood this, which is why BvS has the crime alley scene TWICE, its just so fucking important towards understanding why Bruce grew up to murder security guards.

"hey (b)eter... even if I die.. always remember.. nuck figgers! haha"
You don't need to show the character dying, but how about having more than 3 throwaway lines for a character that's the reason why Spider-Man became a hero?
The scene in Homecoming where Peter is crushed under the ruble would've been a great moment to have something like that, but instead you get Uncle Tony.
> i want superhero movies to tell new stories
> WAH WHERE IS UNCLE BEN DYING FOR THE HUNDREDTH TIME
there is no satisfying you dumb autists
They didn't show Peter getting bitten either. Guess he was just born with powers.
>Why is it every time that someone complains about the lack of Uncle Ben someone always goes "They're just not shoving it in your face"?
Because that's literally the case? Everyone who watches these movies already knows Peter's origins. We already know WHY he's Spider-man. We don't need to be told why again for the third time in film.
I think what OP was trying to say is that it feels like Uncle Ben death has no impact on Peter as a character hence he might as well not exist in this incarnation. Ben’s death was meant to be a turning point in his life but where Peter goes from bitter child to responsible adult but this Peter still acts like a kid. In fact this version of doesn’t seem like the type of guy who would be bitter about the world. He has friends, he’s not shunned for his interest in science because he goes to a special school where everyone has an interest in it, his “bully” is completely non threatening, and he already has an interest in being a hero before he gets bitten. With all this in mind, he honestly does not seem like the type of guy to let a burglar go free out of spite for the world. So it really makes you question if it happened at all
I thought dead pool failed to save him in Logan.
Actually user he got it from the spider god.
>They just aren't throwing it in our faces
Funny that they will do that with Stark
