He’s not wrong
>Dobson
How does Dobson manage to be wrong on literally every subject? Is it intentional or is he that thick?
>Trump
Free from the rules of comic books Superman would be in Mexico dealing with the cartels.
He really is that thick. Although he prefers to be weightless.
Except they did that already and it wasn’t very good.
I’m so fucking tired of this guy’s inflated ego.
>inflated
Ohh, i get it
after crippling the number one exporter of terrorism, the US military.
He'd also probably harbour a dislike for Trump, though. Most depictions of Superman are fairly pro-immigrant and generally benevolent to people of all creeds, races, and nations.
I get the feeling he would not enjoy a president who openly opines about the virtues fo killing terrorists' families to send a message, or invading countries for "humanitarian" reasons and then demanding their oil as recompense, and I imagine the "Muslim Ban" and The Wall would both make him somewhat uncomfortable.
Yeah, he'd deal with the cartels, and when asked for comment, say he was disappointed with both sides for not passing immigration reform in the 33 years it's been fucked and for playing politics with human people.
Superman has two focuses. Solving problems and being a moral paragon for humanity. He knows that picking a side in politics would be a big nono.
After blocking a US drone strike from killing a bunch of women and children.
Is this what people actually believe on both sides?
Sure is a funny way to spell Islamic fundamentalists.
Trump doesn't have a problem with immigrants. He married an immigrant. He only has a problem with lawbreakers. People who want to come into the country illegally are by definition criminals, and Superman puts criminals behind bars.
Superman would think Trump was an asshole but he'd also have a broad perspective on issues that wasn't just regurgitating talking points from cable news. He'd be a centrist who thinks both sides need to work together and do better.
but punching thinngs is fun the fat fuck has no friends
How does he manage to sound like a complete faggot all the time?
This is why I hate Red son so much, along with Injustice. It implies that Superman just taking over would instantly lead to concentration camps and everyone being murdered/lobotomized. That's the justification they use to never change the status quo and never try and improve the world.
It's his superpower
But what would he do the other 364 days, 23 hours, and 59 minutes of the year?
Having Superman deal with political issues may not always land, but challenging him with more complex issues than fistfights is generally a good idea.
Stop American Soldiers from raping iraqi prostitutes
>literally an "and everyone stood up and clapped" ending
What's the point of Superman handling moral dillemas when all his stories have to end with things going his way and him being right, perfect, and wholesome all the goddamn time? Superman's a morality tale. He's always right.
The irony of this world is that despite comic books being derided for being simple or too black and white, attempts to make them serious ignore the fact that there are a lot of issues in the real world that are incredibly black and white.
In response to this post immiediately everyone started going on about The United States Military and fucking asinine issues that are dwarfed by horrible shit going on in other countries.
Superman would be too busy fixing the obviously broken shit in our world to care.
It's that or the tacit if not outright admission that might makes right, and that kind of goes against the founding principles of our nation and wouldn't sell very well for a hero.
>Yeah, he'd deal with the cartels, and when asked for comment, say he was disappointed with both sides for not passing immigration reform in the 33 years it's been fucked and for playing politics with human people.
>After dealing with several groups of genuine psychopaths killing each other and innocent people, Superman would talk about immigration reform which is something American's are whining about
He'd tell people to stop doing drugs as naive as that would sound or at least stick to ones that are humanely sourced.
> He'd be a centrist who thinks both sides need to work together and do better.
Yes, probably.
>People who want to come into the country illegally are by definition criminals, and Superman puts criminals behind bars.
Quick: do you think if Superman saw or heard a Central American family being torn apart at the border while he was in the area, he would just ignore it? I'm not saying he would bully the authorities into letting them into America to settle there, but he would probably not approve of the border camps. I sincerely doubt he would round up and jail illegal immigrants for the government. Maybe he'd help them clean up their home countries rather than settling in the USA, but to actually drive them back seems utterly incongruous with his general philosophy in most comics, and his personality.
>Trump doesn't have a problem with immigrants
Trump has a problem with whoever it is politically advantageous to have a problem with, but he does say and retweet a lot of stuff that is nativist. He does a lot of fearmongering about immigrants, and generally doesn't really like international multilateralism. He is willing to stir up or use anxieties around immigrants and foreigners to his advantage in a really callous way.
I think Superman's centrism would definitely guide him towards, if nothing else, more moderate and outwardly-compassionate Republicans.
He's not wrong in principle. What makes a Superman story interesting is if there is a moral dilemma or some difficult decision that he has to make. What makes for a good Supernan villian is one who fights him on a psychological or political level when at all possible, but if pushed can be a physical threat in some fashion, because we still want to see Superman punch things.
He's always right but the world isn't always made up of black and white choices. Saudi Arabia is a brutal dictatorship, but they also pay for the healthcare and college education of all citizens. An oppressive government that technically takes care of its citizens who don't cross the line isn't a problem that Superman can punch away, or even talk away because ultimately they're a sovereign nation that can rule how they want.
>People are talking about Trump and Superman's thoughts on immigration
There is literal sexual slavery of children in some shit hole parts of the world.
Would that before or after he stops Iraqis and Afghans from raping goats and little boys?
I was hoping for a fun Dobson thread to make fun of him, not a political thread.
But then why make a Superman story about it, since you can't portray Superman as being wrong or innefectual. He'd have to come up with a solution that fixes all if not most of the problems with the ending caping with a feel good vibe about how Superman is great and literally the best of us.
Red Son's tyrant Superman is less a justification for a politically-inactive, status quo-maintaining Superman than it is a takedown of collectivism. All Superman's negative actions in that comic are a result of having been raised in Communist Russia; all of Lex Luthor's positive effects, up to and including creating a millennia-long eternal utopia ruled by his descendants, is a result of his having defined himself in opposition to communism and having embraced The American Way.
It's just a propaganda comic.
Well yeah, that's what people these days mean when they talk about "tackling the serious real-world issues".
Who cares about international crime syndicates kidnapping women for their sex trafficking rings, Trump made a mean tweet.
>An oppressive government that technically takes care of its citizens who don't cross the line isn't a problem that Superman can punch away, or even talk away because ultimately they're a sovereign nation that can rule how they want.
Fuck that. FUCK NORTH KOREA.
He'd do both at pretty much the same time, depending which abuse was happening closest at a given moment.
The American-led military industrial complex does (or contributes to) a lot of that awful international shit, so while they might not be Superman's only or primary focus, he'd probably still make an enemy of them pretty quickly and would have to fight them as well.
>What makes for a good Supernan villian is one who fights him on a psychological or political level when at all possible
Give me names. Lex Luthor doesn't count because he's always shown to be psychological deficient and politically wrong.
>Superman spends an entire day with a jumper to keep him from committing suicide, but does nothing to stop human trafficking of female sex slaves
Superman is misogynistic and problematic.
>Who cares about international crime syndicates kidnapping women for their sex trafficking rings, Trump made a mean tweet.
That's the thing that annoys me so much about people who try to deconstruct superhero comics by saying things are more complicated than black and white issues.
You could make a running list of things that need to be solved by somebody showing up with enough guns, that have the moral complexity of baby raping murderers that need to be put down, and you'd have enough stories for years of content.
>The American-led military industrial complex does (or contributes to) a lot of that awful international shit,
Oh my god. You will not stop jerking off about how evil the American Military complex is.
>The American-led military industrial complex does (or contributes to) a lot of that awful international shit
It’s also been a stabilizing force the world over. You know what’s fun? Europe not needing any real standing Armies because America has subsidized their defense. You know what’s not fun? Proxy wars like we’re seeing in the Middle East or a repeat of the first part of the 20th century. As much as everybody loves to piss and moan about the American military they always turn a blind eye to the benefits they reap.
>The American-led military industrial complex does (or contributes to) a lot of that awful international shit
deal with it nerd
All I can imagine reading this thread are two idiots yelling at Superman about SJWs and how Trump is evil while he is dismantling a slave auction and trying to figure out how set up an irrigation system based on what his Da had in Kansas.
There are many Superman stories where he remains a moral paragon and a symbol of hope who does the right thing, but the complexities or specifics of the situation prevent him from achieving a perfect and lasting victory.
The current Justice League comic even has an entire bit where a cosmic villain trapped Superman in a prison of his own darkest imaginings and anxieties, and that turned out to primarily Superman's fear that the compounding effect of him always trying to stick to his guns and do the most morally upright thing possible could disappoint, hurt, or doom people because he was unrealistic about a complex scenario or failed to consider a variable that made the expedient, less-right choice preferable. Since the JL had recently wrecked space-time to stop a villain and then failed to notify humanity about it because they didn't want panic and riots, Superman had reason to consider this a very real possibility, too.
The same comic ended with Superman simple deciding that they will find a better way together just because. So... it's less a condanation of his position, but rather a celebration. Like pretty much 90% of Superman stories.
Being deficient and politically wrong doesn't stop him from using such tactics to hinder Superman, so Lex still counts.
The original Ultra Humanite was designed to be a more mental threat to Superman, though, as another example.
Mr. Mxyzptlk makes for an interesting antagonist most of the time.
Not even him having to punch people, there are places in the world where human beings do not have access to clean water. Not even because they polluted it themselves, but just due to horrifically bad luck and lack of power in a world where they are incredibly disadvantaged.
He could spend years just setting up wells.
Does anyone else find it weird that ISIS came and went in the real world without a single hero punching Abu Bakr?
So Lex, who never really ever posed a psychologically or politically complex threat to Superman, a character that is rarely used, and Mr. Mxyzptlk that is also rarely used and main appeal is that he has bullshit hack powers that can override Superman's bullshit hack powers.
>deciding that they will find a better way together just because
no because they're a team and they're stronger together and that's gonna beat Lex's every man for himself shit
Yes, who cares about political maneuverings of the leader of the world's strongest nation, and also the specific country that Superman lives in and considers home? Definitely not Superman.
Those stories sound like they would get pretty boring pretty fast, especially without any morally complex ones to break them up.
Sure is FREEDOM in here. Nobody said the American military didn't also do good things, but if (for instance) Superman interfered in an ISraeli-Palestinian conflict in a way that wasn't 100% pro-Israeli, or violated the sovereignty of a US ally to bust a villainous force they were using as a political tool, or simply disarmed some less-than-sterling rebel forces America happened to back, do you think the US military would stand by? If Superman's activities got in the way of a US-owned oil or mineral interest, or Nestle's use of the free market to exploit a struggling nation, do you think American politicians would uniformly praise him?
If American political, industrial, or military interests (which aren't always evil, but are sometimes less than noble) told Superman to stand down and let a bad thing happen, when he could stop it, would he do so?
>Quick: do you think if Superman saw or heard a Central American family being torn apart at the border while he was in the area, he would just ignore it?
Well he did a good job ignoring Operation Wetback when Eisenhower used the military to round up more than a million illegal migrant workers and dropped em off across the border with little regard to their future well being
en.wikipedia.org
Like i said, a celebration of Superman's world-view and position.
>Am i really doing the right thing by always trying to be so damn righterous all the time? WHY YES, OF COURSE I AM!
Wolfenstein 2 had horrible writing
Darkseid in the DCAU
But Luthor was literally a supervillain, it was just shades of grey because even though Superman was still morally a good guy he was the champion of a system that essentially embraces authoritarianism for the greater good, leading to abuses of the average person. Also there was the inherent contradiction mentioned that the communist system was only perfect because an aryan ubermensch was there to manage things in such a way that they wouldn't fall apart the minute some moron fucked up like happened in real life. Central planning only managed to work well because Brainiac was there to make it work well and Luthor's inherent criticism of superman as robbing people of their potential became all the more pointed and real when Superman was champion of a system which encourages great people to settle for mediocrity in the name of equality.
>Those stories sound like they would get pretty boring pretty fast, especially without any morally complex ones to break them up.
Yet they're true things that are far more pressing and disturbing than some fucking political machinations of a country that despite all the evil it has done, has done inversely good.
Do you know how much "oh there is an obvious fucking problem here" issues would have to be dealt with before the Israeli-Palestinian conflict looks even remotely important.
Occasionally these two retarded nations bomb each other. There are children being sold into fucking sex slavery here.
Despite what American media tells you, there are more important matters than opinions of George W. Bush 2.0. Stop making it a big deal.
Families aren't being torn apart.
If you turn yourself into border patrol, the normal procedure is to be held in custody while awaiting a court date for your asylum hearing. This was considered inhumane to do to minors.
It was then considered inhumane to separate minors from their parents.
So now, if you turn yourself in, you are told you have a court date and then released. And it's very easy to just then disappear into the interior. There are even coyotes who are having minors going back and forth, posing as the children of new illegal immigrants to ferry them through. And then there are the human traffickers.
It's a huge mess and it's made worse because of congressional deadlock, with Democrats wanting to make the situation as awful as possible because that make's Trump look bad.
Superman wouldn't round up illegal immigrants, but he would be pissed at them playing politics with people's lives.
Trump has two main modes. Make America Great Again and Fuck You Buddy. MAGA is just "I'm #1, #1 country, we're awesome." and FYB is "Call me a racist? Fuck you, you have a tiny dick.", punching back at his critics. And since everyone is criticizing him, he does that a lot.
A lot of "stirring up" is generated by the media, such as the "immigrants are animals" hoopla.
money.cnn.com
Yeah, they're ultimately not going to portray the heroes of the comic as deeply and irreparably wrong. DC isn't going to just start publishing the adventures of Lex Luthor in an anarchist hellscape and declare this the new normal for the next several decades of comics. Superman will be right, for the most part. He will win,f or the most part.
That doesn't mean the story has to be uninteresting, or uncomplicated, or that there can't be messy loose ends and less-than-complete victories. It doesn't mean that there's no point telling the story.
Why would a protagonist's philosophy being superior to the antagonists' make a story not worth telling?
>since you can't portray Superman as being wrong or innefectual.
the old cartoon brought up scenarios and alt timelines where superman took his intentions too far and create fascist empires/dictatorships numerous times.
there always the possibility with supes. good superman stories have him acknowledge he's thought of it and is easily capable, but he instead he works hard to try and not give up on humanity.
The old cartoons is also constantly criticized by Superman fans. So go figure.
>good superman stories have him acknowledge he's thought of it and is easily capable, but he instead he works hard to try and not give up on humanity.
That's literally Superman that he could do bad stuffs, because he can dam well do anything he wants, but he won't because he's better than anyone as a person. Then the story goes on to fellate just how plain better Superman is not only phisycally, but also morally, which makes him ten times more awesome, because he could just as easyly be bad morally because he's that great physically, And that's just plain wholesome.
Believe it or not, I'd take TRump bashing over Obama Cocksucking anyday. At least with the former, they're not sweeping things under the rug like the latter.
>do you think if Superman saw or heard a Central American family being torn apart at the border while he was in the area, he would just ignore it?
Do you think America is supposed to be Superman and try to "save" everyone? Do you recognize how infeasible that actually is, even if you're bulletproof and can fly?
Violence and drugs in Central America is bad, but it's also the result of Central Americans creating (and continuing to endorse) that particular culture. Take a cursory glance at Mexico and realize a majority of their folk heroes or celebrities are blatant kingpins, pimps and drug barons. The common plebs love those people because they are "successful" and have machismo, even as they're actively being extorted, raped and killed by them. This is strictly a "they aren't very good people" problem, and Superman nor America are obliged to save foreign people from their own idiocy. In fact the only people offering do so purely because they vote for their party 93% of the time (illegally.)
I wouldn't be able to resist. If I was Superman, I'd take a more active role.
"Ladies and gentlemen of the world, I have just tossed Kim Jon Un into the sun. Next month, I'll toss in the new worst dictator on earth. I will keep doing this for the next fifty years. Have a nice day."
He's not wrong but he's also not really saying anything all that complex or insightful either.
>Take a cursory glance at Mexico and realize a majority of their folk heroes or celebrities are blatant kingpins, pimps and drug barons.
You described the United States there as well mate.
That just encourages competition to be the second worst dictator.
That sounds like someone on the path to tyranny.
I remember that comic.
He threw a fit and tried to out a Transexual for "BEING a NAZI" because said transexual did a "soft" parody of the comic appealing for understanding instead of outright violence.
During Pride Month too.
No, I described black and hispanic America.
>At least with the former, they're not sweeping things under the rug like the latter.
Jesus no fucking kidding. The fact that you have so many of his former supporters now trying to portray him as "the scandal-free president" is just disturbing.
>No, I described black and hispanic America.
No you described America.
America is not worth saving.
Okay, then get out.
Dobson truly is the worst human being
He's not real, user
>So Lex, who never really ever posed a psychologically or politically complex threat to Superman
So you don't read a lot of comics or even watch many cartoons, I see.
Superman never encountered that problem, because writers didn't want to write a comic about him encountering and having to contend with it. This is not unlike how he doesn't spend a lot of time helping or hindering current American immigration policies in present-day comics.
You're missing my point. I'm saying it's absurd to suggest that Superman would just se either of those things happening and fly on by because "well, those people are lawbreakers and deserve what they get, and I have some sex slavery to stop and some wells to build".
What weird Superman comics have you read that have led you to understand Clark Kent as a man who will ignore a problem immediately in front of him because it's not all that important when compared to child sex slavery? He's a pretty simple and straight-forward guy in his problem-solving and his priorities, right? I'm not saying that the American military-industrial complex is the worst single evil on Earth, but I sincerely do not understand what reading of the character you have that would lead you to believe that he would ignore it. I'm equally confused by why you think that group of interests would ignore Superman, the alien demigod who ignores borders, treaties, sovereignty, and political alliances to fix problems. They would necessarily be in conflict at times.
I tell myself that I would become a horrible person with Superman's powers but doing good feels good.
Exactly. Superman doesn't tell you his criteria for choosing, so all the worst dictators in the world have to be thinking?
"Well, I just need to be 2nd worst."
"What? Saudia Arabia stopped killing gays?! Fuck! We'll stop too. And uh...let's let women drive."
You create an arms race where those at the bottom are constantly trying to make their nations more livable, and as time goes on, the floor keeps getting raised higher and higher.
>look at me, the free-thinker that believes everything my side says and nothing to otehr side says
The media hates Trump and misrepresents some of the things he says, including the "animals" comment. The Democrats are indeed fucking with people's lives for political points, but so too is Trump and his party.
Trump does also say a lot of douchey, un-Supermanly bullshit. He did literally say that targeting terrorists' families was a good, useful military tactic, and that jumping into a civil war and demanding half the country's oil was a good idea.
As for the families being torn apart at the border, I'd post citations, but you'd just call them fake new. I know this because they're readily searchable, and you're clearly not ignorant of the subject under discussion, so I assume you've already read and dismissed the stories and accounts.
>who will ignore a problem immediately in front of him because it's not all that important when compared to child sex slavery?
Because it isn't as important as child sex slavery?
So the only stories you are interested in are ones where the protagonist fucks up beyond all repair or redemption?
>Ignore
It's not a matter of ignoring. It's that there is so much more important shit to care about.
>As for the families being torn apart at the border, I'd post citations,
You probably could, but I have only this to say: they deserve to be torn apart for being morons and attempting to illegally come into the country. They should be thankful they aren't shot on sight.
>You could make a running list of things that need to be solved by somebody showing up with enough guns, that have the moral complexity of baby raping murderers that need to be put down, and you'd have enough stories for years of content.
Isn't that what Frank is for?
America has no equivalent to Santa Muerte, El Chapo, El Mochaorejas or Gilberto García Mena you disingenuous faggot. The worst you people come up with is an old orange man who is sometimes brusque.
>Do you think America is supposed to be Superman and try to "save" everyone?
No. I asked what you think Superman, teh fictional character, would do.
>a bunch of shit about whether the USA or non-USA countries are mroe to blame for the root causes of the crisis
Not really my point. I doubt Superman would see situation like that and say "well, you know, the people ULTIMATELY responsible for this are also brown and from the south, and helping them wouldn't really be super feasible economically," and then just carry on without doing or saying anything about it. Like, is the idea of a Clark Kent who just shouts down "Hey, try fixing your culture, foreigners! Neitehr I nor America owe you anything!" genuinely compatible with any mainstream version of the character in your mind?
Jesse James? Al Capone? Freeway Rick Ross? Lucky Luciano?
Does Dobson has never actually read a Superman comic? The guy acts like no one has written Superman as a symbol of hopes in years

>those children are criminals who deserve to be punished for their familial and national circumstances
You're entitled to your shitty and wrong opinions, but I sincerely doubt Superman would agree with them.
No defence for what Trump did, but I'm also numb at what the media has to say about it since Obama did similar things but not one peep from them..
leaving aside the fact that America has its own gangster and kingpins, how do you think these fellows you listed got so wealthy and powerful? Where are their products being primarily sold? The United States.
It's only /pol/ because Dobson made it /pol/.
The last time he did that was Superman IV: The quest for Peace. And we all know how THAT movie turned out.

>America is not worth saving.
True but you didn't have to post it...
>I asked what you think Superman, teh fictional character, would do
Probably not bring hordes of Central and South Americans into a nation where they universally commit crime, gobble up welfare, pay as little tax as possible (if any) and outbreed everybody. Then again Superman was made by Jewish men, so maybe he would.
he didn't say he himself reported it
saged
Hey, try telling that to the Israel border patrol, who actually does regularly murder anyone who tries getting over their border. I wonder where the UN outrage is over that. HMMMMM
Very few things are.
I have to say, though, I don't really see it as consistent with his characterization to ignore literally every other problem on earth until that's fixed, especially not problems that are closer to home or that he has to fly by to get there.
Superman isn't usually written as a utilitarian justice robot who compiles prioritized lists of global problems and then exclusively addresses the single worst problem on that list to the exclusion of all others. If you think that would make him a better superhero in a realistic setting, that's fine and good. But if he's still being written as fundamentally the same Clark Kent/Kal-El as always, just in a more politically-nuanced world, that isn't really how he has been depicted as behaving or thinking about things.
more dobson please
Folk HEROES
None of those men are deemed good people or heroes by the US public; compare to El Chapo worship in Mexico
>Superman would not see people as genuine human beings and kill brown people!
Yeah sure thing buddy.
I agree with you. Superman would also likely disapprove of that quite strongly, as he has traditionally been written.
I'm not sure what point you're making, or think you're making. I don't like the Israeli military's actions. I don't think most versions of Superman would, either.
You don't want to have a debate, you want to have a big sloppy cry about tired political platitudes. Superman was just a convenient way to do it.
What a cringy thread. Like yikes.
Jeez 4channel, you don't look so good.
Dobson has these mario lookin niggas out here nailing up big white titties with at LEAST 12 nails a piece. RIGHT fuckin nex to eachother nigga. goddamn lord above id tell ya
Why would Superman care about US racial demographics?
If you're one of the people who believes Superman would just ignore borders and go to any country on earth to kick dictator ass or annihilate child sex traffickers, why would that same guy who doesn't give a shit about national sovereignty suddenly care which welfare system gives benefits to who?
>Superman would be in Mexico dealing with the cartels
More like, he'd be back in Washington dealing with the root of this problem.
>I don't really see it as consistent with his characterization
It would be though, because again it is not ignoring but just realizing that there are far more important things to deal with. It's not just him being an utilitarian justice robot, but that you can see the modern slave markets. The areas of the world where people die because they can't get access to water. The actually just fucking evil dictatorships.
We demand changes within our own government, and the things we can to some degree control, because all we can do is look at places like North Korea, or the Asian slave markets, or the South American killing fields or just Africa in general and wish we lived in a world where we had the power to be able to cleanly get in there and change things.
The idea that Clark Kent would not make his priority is not consistent with his character.
Not really. You are foaming at the bit to use Superman as some /pol/ mouthpiece having clearly never read Superman or perhaps comics in general. You are generally just being a faggot, and I am glad that multiple people are BTFO your uninformed and grossly inaccurate opinion.
>dictators all unanimously retire to their riches
>leave their countries in ruin and escape to civilized nations
>said civilized nations install shadow republics to control the chaos yet maintain instability to make resources easily exploitable
>entire nation votes for it because cable news spins it to the positive
All you're doing is taking away the hopes of any oppressed nation from escaping their status as a puppet nation / bitch state to an established superpower. Dictators lead rebellions, and whether or not they eventually step down to install something resembling democracy or a functional republic, they'll be hated by *some*one. If they're the only one, that makes them the worst dictator in the world.
>If you're one of the people who believes Superman would just ignore borders and go to any country on earth to kick dictator ass or annihilate child sex traffickers
Are you retarded?
>Why would Superman care about US crime rates?
>forgetting he looks at computers and sees food
Can't read comics if all you see is McDonald's.
Yeah okay faggot. You're the one insisting Superman would lift up all the people at the border and drop them well into US territory, as if the mortal equivalent isn't already driving the country into the ground. I'm waiting for you to start heaving and sobbing over posting infographs to demonstrate why having hordes of unregistered, low-IQ people who only take menial jobs, absorb welfare and pay virtually zero tax might be a fucking bad thing, especially when they outnumber the native tax-paying people supporting their existence. Even Superman would call you a fucking retard.
reaching into my Dobson folder to salvage this fucked thread
>We demand changes within our own government, and the things we can to some degree control, because all we can do is look at places like North Korea, or the Asian slave markets, or the South American killing fields or just Africa in general and wish we lived in a world where we had the power to be able to cleanly get in there and change things.
Why is everyone so obsessed with "fixing" the world?
How do you know your "solution" is the right one and that your perspective isn't incompatible with their culture?
>How do you know your "solution" is the right one and that your perspective isn't incompatible with their culture?
I don't think dying of dehydration is a cultural difference. Or dying of starvation and torture in a state mandated work camp where your children are born into the camp and will die there as well for any number of crimes.
>The idea that Clark Kent would not make his priority is not consistent with his character.
It depends on whether this is a Superman who respects national sovereignty and/or international law. It also depends on whether this Superman is a patriot who talks about "The American Way" a lot, and may therefore have a vested and personal interest in events on American soil and by American entities. A lot of Superman stories do write him that way. Those Clarks Kent would definitely not pass over or postpone dealing with American issues just because other places have worse things going on.
I'd contend most versions of Superman would do their best to bust up dictatorships and slave markets, but might find themselves in over their heads trying to create a permanent solution, and that any realistic and true-to-life world order would further complicate things by questioning his methods and motives and putting up all kinds of roadblocks to his success, especially if he butted heads with Saudi Arabia, Israel, or tried to wade into a warzone where America and China or Russia are fighting proxy wars.
I'd also argue that most versions of Superman would be inclined to say folksy things about putting one's own house in order whenever he stopped a crime or challenged an injustice on American soil and someone asked him why he wasn't in The Congos.
I am 300% in support of the idea of superman cleaning up third world nations on his own time. Thats absolutely what hes there for. Let him cleanse corrupt governments and cartel controlled nations. MANY may question if he has the authority to do so as an all mighty man of steel, but thats not my problem. These nations have horrible corruption problems and if they cant take care of it themselves, which they cant, then it would be a goddamn blessing that superman come down to do it for them. What government will he decide replaces the one he cleans out? how long will he ensure that it remains decent and in service to the people? No fucking clue. Again, definitely not my problem. But an EXCELLENT concept for a story about how Supes balances his power with the responsibility for reestablishing sections of the world.
As far as the individual cases of "families being torn apart", i also give Supes the benefit of the doubt in knowing that these people are not simply innocent actors objectively improving their own place in the world as well as the area they enter. He's much more world weary than that. He'd know those who dont feel like integrating (or cant) only ever result in parallel communities and worsen daily life for all involved. He'd know it was a very complicated matter at that even when everyone had the utmost best of intentions, one party is going to have to foot the majority of the bill unjustly.
I honestly see at the end of the day Supes looking on sadly as the sun sets over the Rio Grande. I see him only too understanding of people wanting and hoping that theres some grander life just around tomorrow's sunrise, but knowing that the situation cant be solved with emotional justification of irrational and unproductive mass-scale measures.
He'd apologize. Lord knows he would. But he'd send them all back.
No I'm not, I'm not the guy you were arguing with. I just dropped in to say you are being a cunt without any knowledge of Superman's character, What are you even doing on Yea Forums? You clearly do not read comics. Don't you have other shit-eaters to consort with somewhere else?
Don't @ me again because I don't care for your utter insult to intelligence you have for smarts nor your stormweenie infographics, the sole source of your entire world-view besides your bedroom window.
Because moral busybodies are dogmatic retards & they intentionally seek out things where "the right decision" appears to be obvious and unquestionable to their tiny minds. They care more about appear correct than fixing anything in a quantifiable way. They don't do research, they just watch television. Common interests of these worthless sacks of flesh include LGBT legislation, illegal immigration, climate and worshiping vague notions of "science."

Dobson inflates his own importance to distract us from (((their))) globalist agenda. They want to run a prison planet of border-less, race-less, culture-less, identity-less, dumbed-down, easily controlled subdued sheep. They make up 1.4% of the US population and .0025% of the world's population, yet look at all they control from the world's finances to the media that brainwashes us.
In short, they use the entertainment and news media to encourage globalism and to discourage nationalism and traditional western values. They distort and lie about the past and present in that effort.

He... he crashed into the fucking Heartland from space with zero documentation.
You don't think that would compel him towards leniency?
There are people in this thread arguing that's realistically what Clark Kent would do: go fly to otehr countries where the worst shit is happening, and destroy exclusively those problems.
If he cares that much about people all over the globe, and that little about respecting national borders, why would he care about shit like US racial demographics, or welfare fraud?
Good point. Why WOULD US crime rates matter to him if he isn't concerned especially with the US? And if he IS especially concerned with the US... Why wouldn't he realistically prioritize US political problems and cultural issues over the worse shit happening in otehr countries, at least some of the time?
>Dobson
>Let him cleanse corrupt governments and cartel controlled nations
Most of Central and South America only avoid becoming Africa-tier poverty shitholes because of drug cartels. Their countries' #1 export is almost always illegal drugs or some other terrible criminal network. Governments and local neighborhoods often run in cooperation with cartels, if they aren't ran by them entirely. What happens when you end all these criminal enterprises and these countries have nothing to trade but avocados? Donate tons of money to keep them alive forever, just like Africa, right?
Thanks man. Hopefully you change a mind tonight
>It depends on whether this is a Superman who respects national sovereignty and/or international law.
Which wouldn't be an issue considering that a lot of the nations that are having these issues barely have any national sovereignty, could be greatly helped by someone who has superhuman abilities just to create infrastructure.
>but might find themselves in over their heads trying to create a permanent solution
A lot of the permanent solutions is that these people need to be liberated and protection guaranteed for them. We have living examples of this in actual useful organizations.
>Saudi Arabia, Israel, or tried to wade into a warzone where America and China or Russia are fighting proxy wars.
Why do you keep fucking bringing up those nations? A lot of these issues are occurring in places where those nations are not even a fucking entity?

How can one man be this much of a loser? Seriously, how does he manage to alienate every corner of the internet, everyone in his life, every gender and side of the political spectrum?
Didn't Superman only get to be Superman because, when his nation was dying and his people's toxic cultural norms were condemning them all to a terrible and inevitable fate, he got the opportunity to illegally immigrate to America?

Superman would understand the difference between the single entity and a fucking nation as a whole having access to the country. Hes not a fool, hes seen the world and beyond. Right, and by intervening and preventing deaths or famine, do you truly know what consequences there will be?
Will that starving, dehydrated child - now reliant on your support to continue existing - grow up happy and comfortable in a society that means nothing to him due to your interference?
Most runts die, user. Not every child is a hero who will make the world a better place, and not every environment is suitable for large numbers of people to exist, let alone live happily. In hostile environments, only the fittest can survive. By artificially enriching that environment to provide better support for weaker individuals without inciting a fundamental change in culture and education, you're shoveling your own resources down a slippery slope where they will become over-reliant on you to protect them from an environment that will destroy them.
Are they your keepsakes? Do you want to collect and keep them as pets or disabled family members?
That's a rich person's game, and they are all share the same modus operandi: it's not some altruistic "desire to change for the better" that drives them, it's some sadistic god complex. As you are, you're just a poor rich man.

I'm trying to think of how to describe this particular mindset. You really do seem to be obsessed with the idea that any massive wave of change facilitated by a Superman like figure would be immediately turned into an issue by those nations.
Okay, so he can't bring down North Korea. Just through his powers alone he could save millions in various countries by just making them habitable.
And also. Those fucking nations would not care if he fucking took down sex traffickers. The U.S Military actively does that.

Because it would become an issue. This isn't up for debate. An immortal, flying citizen of the USA abducting or killing off foreign leaders "for the greater good" would create a shitstorm comparable to the US military doing those exact things, but without heat vision or super strength. See Doctor Manhattan from Watchmen.
Thats been discussed. What do you want the man to do? Personally overthrow corrupt and violent governments and then fucking hover over them to make sure they dont abuse their populous? My mother keeps asking why the USA doesnt just go down and I shit you not "Fix up mexico so its better for the mexicans to live there". Superman is utterly broken in a world where his hard counters do not exist.
It's actually kind of impressive. He's wrong about everything, and insults tons of fandoms he doesn't get, he pretends to be a feminist and lectures others about "doing sexist crap" while he used to make rapey inflation art and likes Other M which turned a badass stoic female character into a wet blanket, and the godawful Zelda cartoon where Link is always one second away from a sexual harassment lawsuit, so anti-feminists hate his virtue signalling, and feminists hate him for being a fraud. He's physically repulsive to women, and doesn't make up for it at all with his immature, abrasive personality and childish tastes. His art isn't impressive, he literally admits to using MS paint and the bucket tool. Somebody once said that it's actually a blessing there's someone like Dobson out there that you can look at and feel better, because at least you're not that guy.

Sex trafficking is a direct result of lenient immigration policy. Clean drinking water would be addressed by any non corrupt government that was held to account by its citizens.
Thats the point. Certain governments dont go to the lengths to improve their nations. Ergo, to "SAVE" the nation, you'd need an almighty entity to force his hand. You cannot donate enough to mexico to make it habitable you absolute retard.
You are legitimately retarded, but this has to happen. Your posts will be deleted, and you'll get banned, but hopefully you'll realize that this behavior, if anything, will just make the thread last longer.

Hilariously, this is the same argument put forward by fucking Stonetoss, and what Chipman and Stonecuck both don't get is that there's more in the "working class" than just white Christians, it's also where a lot of immigrants and LGBT people end up, and not everybody sees the Hollywood liberals as the pinnacle of the left movement, they're focusing on the groundswell of disadvantaged people in ordinary communities. Both of them are falling into the same stupid dichotomy of "rich urban elites/uneducated rural yokels" which is far from true.
Jesus christ how horrifying.
Honestly, I have a pretty hateful boner for Islam.
>it's also where a lot of immigrants and LGBT people end up
Thats the "welfare class", not "working class".
Though were you expecting anything deeper from either of them?
I work in warehouses and restaurants. Given I see the same people in both, no. They are working their taught brown and yellow asses off.
Yeah, he was right at the time, now he's spouting the opposite to get "good guy" points because of the current SJW fad and even so, no one really likes the poor bastard. All this effort to trick himself has earned him nothing but stronger scorn from his peers.
He definitely had one at one point, and that's sort of a segue into an even more pathetic story. Apparently his Jewish girlfriend's family invited him over to spend the holidays with them, since he's alienated everbody else, he had nobody to spend Christmas with, I guess, and by all accounts, he alienated them as well by being a mopey self-pitying cunt about not getting to celebrate Christmas.

Here in Canada none of the "refugees" actually got jobs so some provinces have started axing their claims in order to kick them out, and among the working "immigrants" the Mexican farmworkers aren't part of the working class since it's all under the table.
>and LGBT people end up
And as a tiny fraction of a fraction of the population they don't count in the same way other outliers like polygamists don't
Oh ho? I might fancy trying some of your sauce.
The controversy around Wolfenstein had nothing to do with the game, but entirely to do with the marketing campaign before its release.
This was back when Spencer(some alt-right dude) was hit with a random limp sucker punch which triggered a online debate about political violence and created the "PunchNazis" hashtag which was then used in the game's marketing campaign.
It's one and the same, though /pol/ would have you believe otherwise. Many poor white families have to rely on welfare in addition to their jobs to support their families.
>Here in Canada none of the "refugees" actually got jobs so some provinces have started axing their claims in order to kick them out, and among the working "immigrants" the Mexican farmworkers aren't part of the working class since it's all under the table.
Sorry to hear that. I was hoping this comment would go in a different direction, with you talking about immigrants ending up in the middle class. Apparently, Syrian immigrants have high rates of entrepreneurship, starting small businesses when they reach America, and having better economic outcomes as a result.
Do you think he would have a problem with a president saying those things more than with a president doing those things while keeping a nice, friendly facade?
Do people just not remember Obama bombed countless innocents in drone strikes all over the world, including countries we were never at war with or were supposed to be at all? Do people just forget most of the fucked up things the US has done lately were done while "good" presidents were in office?
The game itself had unlikable characters and a crappier story, but the real issue is that it's much shorter and has less content than the first game. (As in there's more cutscenes than game)
When Lex Luthor became president of the USA, Superman did not overthrow him. He put his trust in the system that it would limit Luthor, and it worked to a degree.
Nothing President Trump said was wrong, just not formulated in a polite way. Mexico IS a shithole controled narco-gangs, the illegals have no right to be here, and they are an active drain on the resources of the USA.
Therefore, Dobson is an idiot, and Superman would fly the various narc-gang leaders to the orbit and let them fly for a bit.
Now imagine someone like Luthour as president. That's the nightmare scenario. He'd have similar charisma as Obama, while making Superman look like Alex Jones.
You are aware that Lex was president for a few years in the DC universe, right?
Yes, that's what I was referring to. The other user beat me to it.
>Mexico IS a shithole controled narco-gangs, the illegals have no right to be here, and they are an active drain on the resources of the USA.
step outside your info bubble sometime.
He actually is, but like with most of his comics the dialog is awkward as all hell, it relies on a strawman argument, and he's judging others for doing things incorrectly because of their personal preferences whenever he's constantly doing the same thing
And now it seems they're doubling down on that by calling their critics nazis, unless they are just doing marketing roleplaying.
Yeah it was weird how he forgot about the millions of americans who constantly stream south across the border for a better life
If the alt-right is going to hand them such a great marketing opportunity on a silver platter, they've be dumb not to lean into it.
Obligatory.
I'm sure that it happened up until the last panel. The sad reality of this comic is most likely just a really boring mundane experience, but Dobson is such a waste of space that "I walked into a store that said that it was closed and the people inside playing a game that is played by millions of people in the privacy of their own establishment weren't happy that I had barged in on them" is a memorable enough story that he would make a comic about it more than a decade after the fact, and distort the facts to make himself look like the victim.
Didn't the last game sold less? Also, the MTX thing worries me more.
Or Wakaliwood
>I was hoping this comment would go in a different direction, with you talking about immigrants ending up in the middle class.
Oh, there are. The Chinese are a force in Canada from owning so many small businesses like convenient stores and land properties, but Asians typically do well anywhere they go.
Of fresher arrivals we have a lot of working Moroccans in education and healthcare, mainly because our pay for teachers and doctors is so pisspoor the nativeborn citizens move to America we're forced to hunt immigrants for specific roles. The Saudis are still dick landowners though who buy rental properties in smaller cities hours away from where they live in metropolitans like Montreal which they then don't take care of. They actually manage to piss off Canadian Muslims in this regard because they build Mosques, promise to hand over the property to the local congregation and then never do. Saudi Arabia is really the only thing Trudeau is handling right.
The problem with the Syrian refugees is that unless you were one of the sponsored families like those in the Syrian Orthodox Church where your sponsors are liable for you the government rubberstamped both housing and welfare for you. Trudeau spent millions renting hotels for them when we can't afford to fix our roads or pay our doctors and teachers under the promise they would work, but there's no incentive for ANYONE to work when your lodging is already paid for in addition to your welfare stipend which increases for every dependent and you can get free money to "establish" yourself in Canada by buying clothes and vehicles all while NGOs on the provincial and municipal level offer additional free monies, clothing and furniture. Add in rising grocery prices and failing infrastructure and the average Canadian is pissed off. It's no wonder that Crack Trump won Ontario and not even a surprise that French Trump sweeped Quebec in an undisputed majority landslide.

Why use loaded language and never address the argument?
If we dont punch you,you shoot mosque like the fascist channers you are
For once. A broken clock is right twice a day.
Why is everyone so obsessed with "fixing" the world?
Spoken like a true channer.Your kind crave stagnation because if things change, you'll fear people will realize how your shit Internet trolling culture is holding us back
>lex luthor in an anarchist hellscape
>wandering the wastelands reintroducing power and systematic checks and balances to the lawless towns of the post apocalyptic west. Helping them gain irrigation again and rebind the US into a country
>taking down brutal lords and ladies of the wastes
Hell, I'd read that.
>lapidot
Everything about Dobson is trash
Right-wing Gun LARPers aren't Right-wing Street LARPers, you dumb Left-wing Internet LARPer
BUllshit ,your kind worship Wild West cowboy shit. That's why your children still die in school shooting because you all want to feel like Clint Eastwood wannabe
I dont think i would ever write this, but Dobson is right.
Is this aging wiseness or did he had just luck?
Kinda correct, its lke Dobson wouldsay water is wet. But regarding his history, he normally says water is Jelly.
ATTENTION MODS!
DO YOUR FUCKING JOBS AND DELETE THIS SHITTY, RULE BREAKING THREAD!

ATTENTION MODS!
DO YOUR FUCKING JOBS AND DELETE THIS SHITTY, RULE BREAKING THREAD!
Is Dobson retarded?
Even my edgy rebel teenage years I had enough common sense not to spam Obama's twitter with "NIGGER NIGGER NIGGER KILL YOURSELF NIGGER" at least not with the main account at the risk of my Twitter account being deleted.
This guy is a "public figure".
ATTENTION MODS!
DO YOUR FUCKING JOBS AND DELETE THIS SHITTY, RULE BREAKING THREAD!
>I HAVE AUTISM PLEASE BE PATIENT
They literally don't care
Well, for one thing, he is at least clear about that he doesn't understand D&D
OK, that was a little bit funny at least.
>Spamming ponies is going to crash the thread
No newfag, all you'll get is a three day ban.
motherfucker...
The last game sold like shit
The elites gravitate to centrism, with rightist idea of what do with the economy, with maybe some leftist handouts + liberalism. Their wishes are centered around wanting to maintain their existing power, the power structure, while the lower classes are comfortable enough to avoid rebellion (or champion personal liberty causes).
The lower classes want either a radical change of economy (leftist), or a conservation of the foundations they consider "theirs". "Liberal elites + conservative working class" is how the western world survived the commie onslaught (because the working class was content with the economic situation and too preoccupied with championing religion to join revolutions), and it stuck. It worked well enough that the left-leaning liberals have to defend corporations (for the values they perceive as "theirs", much like the working class saved capitalism in the Cold War).
I wish Wolfenstein 2 marketing was more about saving America because it's your patriotic duty rather then doom but Nazis. How can the story in the first be good and the second just fall so hard
"The Anglo-Saxons may have made a home in America... but this isn't where they belong!"
The Swedes are more Chinese than the Chinese, more Jewish than the Jews and more Brazilian than the Brazilians.
That is one of the most bizzare sentiments to have.
> rather then doom but Nazis.
That's Wolfenstein though. Doom but Nazi.
Legally immigrating to the US is not cheap, so if any Syrian immigrates there, it's probably somebody with a capital running from war or the religious struggle.
>thread about a sweaty pedo, white knight and inflation fetishist allowed
>threads about wormwood, stonetoss and red flag banned
Fuck this board is shit
Dobson is mildly entertaining autist.
Rockthrow is blatant >you fishing.
Yes but because he's a lolcow, not because of the comics
damn, it is almost like he is retarded.
Not only the marketing but the game also had a lot wrong with it. they are doubling down with the new game as well but at least the newer one appears to be decent.
this is basically resetEra.
No, Superman would push for legalization of all drugs and treating addiction as the mental health issue it is.
If politicians failed to do so, I think Superman would fly massive amounts of clean drugs into the country so addicts had a pure supply, to reduce the risk of overdose.
>Dobson is mildly entertaining autist.
Dobson is bashed for being an SJW
>Rockthrow is blatant >you fishing.
Stonetoss is bashed for bashing SJWs, mainly by SJWs
If you don't like 'toss then you should be supporting Dobson, not bashing him
>much family separation
That shit was put in place before trump took to office to protect children from human smugglers
Tarant is a hero
Go back to /pol/ you disjointedly rambling Nazi fuckwit.
>Quick: do you think if Superman saw or heard a Central American family being torn apart at the border while he was in the area, he would just ignore it?
Wasn't there a lot of complaining a year ago because he stepped in when this actually happened in a comic?
>But then why make a Superman story about it, since you can't portray Superman as being wrong or innefectual.
I can think of at least one comic where they absolutely do this.
Lmao, he is not only boring, he us like the most boring type of person, even for nerd standards
>Rey
Unfortunately, she IS a Mary Sue, and she IS a copy of Luke Skywalker most of the time. Finn should have been the protagonist
>She-Ra
Great example, but she does look kinda off
>Captain Marvel
No.
Finn is so irrelevant in The Force Awakens that you can remove him from the narrative entirely.
Godspeed user, redpill these fuckers one shitpost at a time
>He'd be a centrist who thinks both sides need to work together and do better.
The right has no interest in partisanship. They have no interest in passing legislation that helps the people. They just make up rules and then break them whenever it suits their agenda. Look at Mitch McConnell and his bullshit. He refuses to put numerous bills up to vote simply because he can, including the 9/11 first responders healthcare bill that should be a slam dunk bipartisan issue, yet he's all "oh gosh, I'd have to look at it herp derp we're so darn busy"
Chapo Traphouse are SJWs who openly shit on Moviebob.
You don't need to be alt right or SJWs to hate Dobson.
Chapo Traphouse are really only SJWs by the loosest definition, feminists hate that show
Yes, people were literally mad that Superman stopped a mind controlled white guy with a gun from shooting migrant workers.
Who is Andy?
You gringos make me sick. Always thinking that you're the ones in the right. Thinking you know what's best for the world. Always thinking that you're the heroes. Well, you're not. You never were. Everywhere you went, you've caused nothing but death and destruction. Killing and raping Innocent people. Corrupting other nations with your garbage American values. Erasing one's cultural identity. Other nations hate you for a reason. All this time you saw yourself as the heroes of the world when the world itself saw you as the villains you truly are.
That would be the British desu.
It's not even the first time he tried to dox a tranny. He also did it over a joke where the tranny said he smelled like "Hot dog water".
Fuck off Spic
Pro-tip: If you think your political opponent wants to hurt people, it means you don't understand the views of your political opponent. That goes for both the left and right wing.
(Note that I say "wants to hurt people". Dumbfuck ideas like communism and fascism *will* hurt people, history as demonstrated as much, but that isn't what communists or fascists want. They think they've somehow solved the problems with their arse-backward ideas and this time they'll solve all the world's problems.)
>channer
Leave.
He’s Dobson.
If he ever says something right, reality will configure itself to make him wrong again.
He's right
Go check out who the heroes usually are in Wild West cowboy shit. Typically they're either lawmen or honest workers trying to make a living out on the frontier.
I'm so tired of "Nazis are losing the war but suddenly manage to turn it around at the last second due to some ray guns or spider tanks and now rule the whole world" bullshit.
Dobson is a lazy man.
Why are artists too autistic to understand that Trump represents the modern American way of life?
you should probably read about the history of middle eastern politics because because the collapse of secular governments into regional religious terrorist organization is almost entirely the result of American proxy wars and interventionism. Every Islamic terrorist organization can be traced back to the result of American foreign policy.
Furthermore you can't pin the problems in Latin America or Korea on Islamic fundamentalism
>morbidly obese
>greedy
>single digit IQ
>always wrong yet never admits fault
>persecution complex
truly the image of the American man
Have Dobson and Moviebob ever been in the same room together? I swear to God they are long-lost brothers or some shit.
Yeah, if anything what's more likely to happen is that they get a big lead or advantage, but due to the Nazi's own lolcow tendencies, they end up infighting or do something so stupid that eventually, the Allies would catch up, tech wise.
Hilariously, it describes Trump AND his enemies. So yeah, he's right. It's America in a nutshell, and it's depressing.
Mexican here. Truly, Mexico is a shithole.
Odio este lugar, man
No he isn't
Jesus fucking Christ.
Now, I was waiting to see this one. This one does it for me. It's amazing. I can't tell if it's legit or if he's just pretending to be retarded.
>DC shoes logo
Does Dobson even read comics?
I'm 100% sure he just read what Movieblob posted on Twitter and/or a few of the click baits that ended with "And that is a good thing" and formed his narritive from there. He loves being a contrarian above everything else.
I'm not dismissing them. I just don't care and in fact support it.
>"This is what comes to my mind"
>not a single work of his own
>not even anything he has worked on
>he's been on this for 10+ years and he still doesn't have anything to show for it, even to himself
I couldn't imagine putting myself through such torture.
It kinda pisses me off that 20 something year old american man somehow had no idea what the world trade centers were. And on top of that even after seeing it live on television, he needed to see it on AOL to understand it. I cant tell if he was implying he was too tired or too stupid
No it's what fuckups like Dobson strawman to avoid the actual arguments
"Why doesn't Superman beat up the people I hate"
Wasn't Superman 4 the type of shit Dobson would be referring to? A hamfisted Superman political lecture?
Well congrats on being a deplorable human being with no sense of compassion or decency. Your parents must be so proud.
Everything in an Injustice that's not two random characters fighting is an excuse to have two random characters fight. Trying to make sense of its plot is useless.
Inustice is such a shitty series, both comics and videogames.
They are still dragging it out even now right?
Oh look it's another case of e-celeb trying to talk about Superman, except they have never read a single Superman book and what they're actually talking about is their vague idea of what Superman "generally" is, based on movies and cartoons they saw 20 years ago. I wish people would stop trying to make themselves look smart by talking about things they FACTUALLY have no knowledge of.
I don’t know, putting his own characters could have been worse in that case, in my opinion
>Here are some famous cartoon characters, and my own, which are just as good
