So

I dont normally post ob Yea Forums due to the surplus of capeshit. But anyone want to talk about this issue. If you havent read TWD issue 192 and still want to do not read this thread that is your only warning.

Looks like a time skip next issue. Question is how long this one will be. I think five or ten years at the most.

I dropped this series because it became boring and repetitive.

They should have saved Rick’s death for #200

#200 will be an anniversary memorial for Rick's death and The Commonwealth, Alexandria, Oceanside, Hilltop, and The Sanctuary becoming one big super community with Eugene finally having the trains up and running

Well rick just died.

Spbp.
It's ironic that the guy whose importance to the communities at large is nicknamed Jesus, when Rick is treated more like a messiah than the Savior himself.
It's a shame Kirkman didn't draw better parallels between that and how Negan was considered his group's mangod.

Absolute. Madman.

Next issue is going to follow Negan and he'll probably discover some sizable community that can probably take on The Commonwealth if needed but will he actually take revenge against them for Rick?

I hope he makes a gay joke if he takes revenge in Rick's name.
>This is for the man who earned my no-homo love!

Negan is either going to unwillingly take over another community that probably has just as many people as The Commonwealth or a still bigger but much smaller size, say around 10k or maybe 5k compared to The Commonwealth#s 50k. All of this will build up into Carl killing Negan as promised in #127.

You know what would really subvert expectations? If Negan killed Carl.
If the reverse happens, it's just another corpse for Carl to hang over his ego, but if Negan kills him that's gonna be some emotional pain for Negan because IIRC the two of them bonded a little back during All-Out War.
That and Negan's the only interesting character left. Everyone else is thinner than the paper Adlard uses to draw.

It would be nice if Kirkman used his original idea of Rick killing Glenn in some position for Negan killing Carl.

I honestly forgot this comic was still going, shame they dropped the ball on the show as well, though Negan in Tekken was pretty nice.

Thoughts on the Oblivion Song announcement? I can see the first trade making a good solid two and a half hour movie.

Oblivion Song follows the same formula as The Walking Dead:
>set-up an interesting premise
>drown it in relationship drama where the unusual element is barely on the outskirts of the story by the end of issue 5
Hold the hell up, when did Kirkman mention he wanted Rick to kill Glenn? Why did he think Rick would kill Glenn?

I remember reading somewhere Rick was meant to have killed Glenn I guess that was wrong information then excuse me.

I drunkenly downloaded the wwe game that came out recently and never played it. It keeps sending me ding-dong diddly notifications. Im down to 59 tabs

Id like to see Carl go over the edge and in the end Negan or Sophia having to put him down. Have carl turn Hollywood Carl Grimes and form his NWO brother

Negan putting down Carl would be a pretty neat scene, which is why we won't see it. Remember, when Rick said "We ARE the walking dead!" He didn't mean it in a poetic sense, he meant it in a meta-creative sense because I'm pretty sure The Walking Dead is obligated by law to be as dull as its grayscale colour scheme.

The first step towards a solution is admitting you have a problem.

I like watching wrestling though.

Can we talk about how based Carl looked in this issue

>tfw no conversation for one of walking deads most important issues

We had one during the storytime, what more do you want? It's not an interesting comic with interesting events or behind the scenes drama like the Big Two so nobody cares enough to talk about it 24/7.

Do you think we'll eventually see all of humanity die out in the series? Kind of hoping the last issue is just the entire world empty.
