Considering powers of ten seems to be taking place in the future and involving a bunch of OCs with the powers of a bunch of different mutants rolled into one, I think Powers of 10 is less "here are the 10 important people" and more "mutants with the culmination of 10 different mutants' powers."

Then again "The Twelve" was literally about 12 mutants.

From what I recall, the ONLY people that Wanda indirectly killed were in this one post M-Day one-shot starring Sally Floyd. A mutant that fell to the ground while flying, a mutant that was chilling in a volcano when they lost their volcano-proof powers, and a woman with a long neck who for some reason lost the power to keep her neck upright but not the long neck itself (which makes no sense and contradicts how other mutants were depowered) and so her neck broke. That's not untold numbers, that's 3, not really a genocide, and I notice how the X-Men never brought those particular deaths up.
Also, she was possessed at the time, so that's like blaming Jean Grey for genociding the Broccoli People.
