episodic is the best imo, because having the whole "mexicans only eat texmex, listen to mariachi and watch luchador on TV while preparing to dias de la muerte" gets old really fast. Also never fucking mix foreign words with the base languages, nobody does that.

I fucked up my previous post but I meant that Mexicans in Mexico are pretty queer for Mexican stuff.

Depends on where your from. I grew up in Albuquerque and I knew a guy from one of the littler New Mexican towns. He spoke in this dialect called he “moche” where he was always mixing in a bunch of Mexican/Spanish slang into what he was saying in English. A lot of the time it was curses, slurs, and exaggerations.

You do it wrong by not being deeply invested in the culture you're trying to represent.
If you're not a part of it at least do a lot of research.

As a second generationer from Europe, let me say I hate mexicans and mexican culture in tv. I hate chicanos and I hate their pathetic excuse for what mexican culture is. They’re all so entitled and whiny. I hate how they don’t even care about other cultures while pretending mexican culture is something sacred and not to be disturbed. They are hypocrites who lie and steal and I hope for a time when the default brown/ethnic person in every cartoon is not mexican. Not a single one. Even black people are better than mexicans. Fuck mexicans
