RT sounds worse than the anime industry, which is funny because Yea Forums has kept claiming that American studios have nothing but extremely well-compensated regular employees who work comfortable hours, and that it's actually the anime industry that outsources work.

Most of the Japanese animation studio are in korea, thailand and Philippines. And as a gook literally every once a week you can find an article about how companies abuse animators.

Most anime studios are in Japan, where most of the work is done. I have not yet heard of any Philippines studio except Toei's Philippines division (but Toei is usually the only studio anyone is familiar with), and I'm not sure I've ever heard of any work being done in Thailand.

The myth that anime is entirely or nearly entirely done outside Japan is perpetuated to disguise the fact that it's actually America that outsources almost everything to foreign countries.

Also even famous Japanese animation studio are abusing there employees. This is a receipt of an animators getting only about 650$ a month. He had worked for three year in the company but never got promoted and had to pay 60$ every month to the company because he was using the company chairs and desks.
This was a clear violation of the japaneae labor law and human right law.

And the company name was P. A. WORKS. Which was considered by many of the animation community to treat there employees the best. In the end this person was fired from the company and couldn't get to participate in the celebration of finishing the anime he had worked in.

Also lets not forget about the suicide of an animator that worked at A-1 picture studio. According to the hospital that he went for psychology there are records of him saying that he had to work 600 hours a month.! Hell even the Japanese knows that there animation companies are scums. Heres a video of the A-1 company recieving a reward for the worst company in 2014.

One story was that Monica & Vic at a con and there where Jellybeans on the table, Monica wrote her name on one then Vic ate and said "Now I can say I ate Monica"

Monica Rial and her fiancee Ron have been stalling in court for weeks trying to avoid deposition while saying they want everything public.
their lawyer tried to make Vic give deposition first without setting a date for them to give theirs, Ty Beard (Vic's lawyer) thought their plan was to have Vic give deposition then file a motion that would stall their own deposition for 90 days while they use it to slander him more.

Casey (Monica's and Ron's lawyer) tried to cite case law that had nothing to do with the situation and then kept saying well its this way because I said so.

It all culminated into going in front of a judge with Casey trying to explain why they should be allowed to force Vic to go 1st, the judge was annoyed that they hadn't worked it out and asked Ty what he was worried about, Ty told the judge he thinks they will use the opportunity to stall and slander vic by twisting his deposition, Casey denied that would happen so the judge asked him if Ron was still tweeting about Vic and his response was "I told him to stop".
Keep in mind Ty has printed out over 500 tweets Ron has made about Vic since the start of this thing.

In the end the judge made them promise to not file a motion to stall depositions and that everyone will be questioned fairly close to each other, Monica saw this as a win even though Ty proposed this deal weeks ago so Casey wasted thousands of dollars for no reason.

Tortious interference against Monica and Ron is an easy win for Vic.
