In the role of Robin specifically and not just as a person, Tim. Tim was such an effective partner that Bruce went slightly crazy and did a whole barrel of questionable things trying to force and manipulate him back into the suit after he tried to give it up, which he eventually succeeded in. Dick meanwhile he parted with willingly and amicably (or outright fired him, depending on where we're at in the retcon timeline), and Damian he seems to make an active effort to avoid half the time. I say all that as someone who really hates Tim.
