Could The Loud House be Nickelodeon's next big show after Spongebob, like how Spongebob was after Rugrats?
Could The Loud House be Nickelodeon's next big show after Spongebob, like how Spongebob was after Rugrats?
Have you been living under a rock since 2015?
No, TLH will dissapate out its existence soon in 2020
I really hope not.
What the fuck is this?
I'm at a loss as well.
Like most modern cartoons, the first two seasons knock it out of the park. Then it turns to shambles. Now it's relationships and Mexicans.
No, creator got MeToo'd and he went full C.uc.K mode so his life its over
>next big show after Spongebob,
SpongeBob is still the ‘big show’. And The Loud House is still popular. I’m pretty sure at this point Loud House, SpongeBob and even Paw Patrol are the only thing keeping Nick alive.
OK, when Spongebob ends?
There was a game, I think, in nick webpage where you can create as your Loud House OC as a kind of comic (all with templates)...including some official characters...
Dunno if still exist...
>Could The Loud House be Nickelodeon's next big show
The Loud House got hurt by the #metoo shit and when the movie plans fell through.
It already peaked.
never and even if it ends nick will shit out tons of spinoffs
>Paw Patrol
How are kids this stupid to like this shit now?
Savino can still come back, its time someone vanquishes the metoo beast
Savino was the soul of the show, the writters just don' understand what's a big familly without him
They sure want it to be.
And that was in 2016, looking at 2019, where your show's ratings are going down the shitter because of a spinoff, your future ain't looking so bright.
It's the first Nicktoon after Spongebob and Fairly Odd Parents to get a second and third season
MLaaTR got four seasons
A) show was cancelled before it ever shows the last two. Those were buried for almost a decade before nick tossed them online
B) Show predates Fairly Odd Parents
you could have tried with Avatar or something.
Wait wait wait
>Two more seasons online
Why did I never hear of this?
>A) show was cancelled before it ever shows the last two. Those were buried for almost a decade before nick tossed them online
It was only the third, final season, and that was only in the US, they aired overseas and it was only a 3 year gap until they aired them. it still counts
>B) Show predates Fairly Odd Parents
MLaaTR didn't start until 2003, Fairly Odd Parent's series was 2001
The show had three seasons, the first two airing on Nick. For whatever reason in the US, they decided not to air the finished third season until about 3 years after production had wrapped up, having it all dumped on Nicktoons Network
The only thing SU deserves is a cancellation
this was 2016
"AND THIS IS NOW! CHECK IT OUT!"
come 2019 and SpongeBob, leader of the SpongeBob channel is getting a fucking spinoff against the creator's wishes just months after it's creator died
>spinoff
>one special aired on a federal Holiday
>2 weeks of episode bombs at 11 in the morning
They're probably trying to destroy the spinoff intentionally
>that was in 2016
So was when that image made. In other words you've been getting it wrong for over three years now. It was supposed to die because of le Spengbab, it was supposed to die because of Savino's #metoo framejob... instead, its still alive, been recently given yet another season, and is winning Emmy awards. Yea Forums was wrrrronnngg again.
It will never be the bolt of gold that SpongeBob was, but Nickelodeon is certainly hedging on TLH to be it's headliner. That, and The Casagrandes, which is just a browner version of TLH.
The new season fucking sucks, though.
Cable cartoons are a lost cause. Netflix is the future.
Fad will be over in 9 years.
And you can tell and bet you most of them haven't even started one.
Remember when Rugrats and Spongebob introduced gay characters in order to satiate the ever obtrusive social media conglomerate? Yeah me neither.
Seems like Nick is using it as a vehicle to push it's clone before tossing it to the wayside.
You can tell which writers grew up as only-children.
This show will never ever be on the same level as spongebob are you insane?
Guess what season 5 is going to have them aged up.
Fuck Netflix, what about Hulu.
Sounds like the network really is planning to bring the show to a conclusion some time in the future.
I'll have fun watching it on nicktoons after season 4 and the casagrandes continue to drive the ratings into the ground.
They've adjusted the ratings for The Casagrandes. They add the views from the episode premiere with all subsequent reruns to gauge popularity.
ChalkZone existed for four seasons after Spongebob, you fucks.
Disney and Cartoon Network don that too but that doesn't stop their raring from being shit. Because they have too. Nickelodeon was the only network that didn't have to fall back on this ploy to inflate their numbers, especially for the Loud House. The fact that they're now resorting to that tactic just for this show when less than 4 months ago they didn't have to for Cooked shows is troubling in and of itself. The Loud House is pulling cartoon network numbers because of the casagrandes.
They lowered the bar for the mexican Loud House to save face.
My Life as a Teenage Robot has a few episodes copyrighted 2002
aren't those gay characters in SpongeBob SpongeBob and Patrick themselves?
Why is it so common that cartoons die after two seasons?
Anyone else feel like Spongebob is going down the same road as Rugrats; getting terrible spinofffs nobody wanted so Nickelodeon can continue to beat the dead horse?
> contract says if the show reaches season 3 the employees of that show get a pay increase
> "only 2 seasons, lol"
i wish i was joking.
2002 is still after 2001
>when Spongebob ends
Believe me, it's not Season 1-3 Spongebob by any stretch.
>No incest
No
Well now we know why WoY died early.
Loud House is more like The Fairly Oddparents more than anything. It's no where as popular as Spongebob and I don't think anything will reach it personally.
whatever happens to online games once they are removed? is there a way to preserve them?
Mainly because of writer fatigue, and that we're now all interconnected by the internet, so fans have an influence whether conscious or not. Not to mention the creators getting kicked out, kicking it into zombie mode in a heartbeat.
And yet the show fucking sucks and it's spin-off is even worse
>suggesting anyone though Savino's #metoo was gonna kill the show
Clarence had a #metoo before they were even a thing and that show had a solid conclusion years later
> It was supposed to die because of le Spengbab,
No one thought that either, everyone figured out pretty quickly it was gonna be pushed hard
Clarence was pure shit from day one.
Clarence also went to shit after "they," got to him.
Protip: Animators are fucking wierdos, and it's the easiest thing if the execs want to railroad them
The tripfag has shit taste. Shocker.
i think savino, who had previous mental health issues, skipped his medications, had a full on mental break down at the studio, ran out of the building into traffic, and someone had to literally go look for him. some asshole tried to metoo him to help her carreer, and nick went political and threw him under the bus.
No way that artist will be touching Casagrande stuff.
>history revisionism but subbing in the Clarence creator for Savino
Oh no you don't!
You mean Skyler. He was having a legitimate mental health episode, but that got glossed over during the scandal.
oh. my bad.
Literally only pedophiles care about this shitty show.
So is Glitch Techs still planned?
2016 was a great time to be a fan of this show. It's a shame things had to eventually go downhill the following year, but at least there's still the memories.
Here's a sign of hope: nicktoons.co.uk
Hulu’s so much worse than Netflix I mean commercials after commercials it’s a bitch.
Good times.
Fun times.
Kind of like [the show that shall not be named]. I just want some lighthearted programming to take my mind off the day, like seasons one and two.
>lamp memes
Those were wholesome. I hate to sound nostalgic, but man that was a fun summer.
Also Hulu is fully owned by Disney. Unless you like giving the Mouse more of your money, I’d pass.
I'm still trying to figure out why it seems like a majority of the autists at least the vocal ones on are spanish. Is the show really popular in those countries or something?
The show pretty much peaked in quality and in popularity in the summer of ‘16.
NOT GONNA SURVIVE AFTER SEASON 4.
It might end in 2021
The shows story and quality has dipped after season 2 to be honest
Season 5 has already been confirmed.
Disney just gonna shut Hulu down? Or use it for Teen/Adult type things.
Someone should tell Nick that people didn't start watching this show because it was full of spics.
Based and tripsconfirmpilled.
This board was utterly convinced from the moment it was announced TLH would flop because ORANGE SPLAT BAD and "Savino ruined [some past its prime gutted budget CN show]!!". When it didn't, this board doubled down HARD instead of just being humbled or at worse ignoring it like any remotely sane person would do, making almost daily hate threads and demonizing the shit out of its fans for drawing base level smut. Sad.
