I've seen hundreds of Bart x Lisa 34 pics and shrugged it off because what are you gonna do. but actual Nancy-Cartwright-voiced Bart saying "I thought you used birth control" actually made me cringe for real.
The actual canonical episodes never quite went that far. Some teenager showed Bart her boobs once, and I didn't really get worked up about that in either a good or bad way.
