When I was a kid I never realized she was soooo thirsty
When I was a kid I never realized she was soooo thirsty
Why aren't more shows allowed to feature guys stalking a girl as a joke?
Twilight
I think user meant that the intention was to be a joke, not that it came off like a joke
>I think user meant that the intention was to be a joke
That's what I meant it as. Panini stalking chowder and never getting the hint is a joke and her character is pretty common. But the last time I can really remember a character like panini was johnny bravo.
NOT YOUR BOYFRIEND
Because in the social media age that's what people might bitch about like crazy if some wacko sees it
Not worth the trouble of risking your entire production
Sheldon from teenage robot was
She wanted all this
I can't tell, I feel like everything is a political statement or an insult now
They do. Cut your victim complex incel
>Cut your victim complex incel
Go back to tumblr. No way could you gender reverse chowder in a #metoo era.
>2 horsepower
No wonder he needed that piston to get home
Yeah that's what I meant too when I clarified to him. Twilight's stalking was supposed to come off as romantic but comes off as a joke. I do agree that male stalkers is rarely treated as comedy because of various reasons.
And they don't do girls stalking Chowder nowadays either. Or maybe they do, I don't know. It's just a funny dynamic from an old show, and taking it as a chance to whine there aren't more male stalkers in cartoons is incel behavior. But yeah they did it in MLaaTR at least. Timmy Turner stalked that popular girl. They do it all the time with boys, it's way more common. Get over yourself.
Name a cartoon from this decade that has done it. I'll wait, tumblr.
Just realized she's a vampire...
Finn spent the first part of Adventure Time pining over Bubblegum Princess and sticking around trying to please her despite her lack of reaction
Any guy in Regular Show
Over the Garden Wall was about a guy wanting a girl
But you're a Yea Forums incel so I already know you're going to spin all this into an attack on your sexuality.
Also Chowder ended over ten years ago.
Guys thirsting after a girl is an extremely common cartoon trope, you idiot. Timmy and Trixie in FOP, Danny and Paulina, Jimmy Neutron and Betty Quinlan, Doug and Patti Mayonnaise, etc.
I'm talking a show where a guy actively stalks a girl as a joke despite her constantly rejecting him. It used to be more of a thing 10 years ago before twitter ruined everything.
>But you're a Yea Forums incel so I already know you're going to spin all this into an attack on your sexuality.
I never even said that you stupid tumblr ape, go back. The fact you think wanting a girl = stalker makes it clear you don't belong here either.
Elfo from Disenchantment
Some of you anons need to step back and realize that any time you see a girl doing something flirtatious or sexually free in a cartoon, you get triggered and feel persecuted, and lie to yourself about what's on television without even thinking.
You are literally allowed to have a sexuality. I know it doesn't always feel like that, but just keep good faith and you will find as an adult you are allowed to try and meet people.
Seeing a flirtatious brat from a cartoon, and instantly taking it as an opportunity to whine about sexual repression, is counter-intuitive and sexually paranoid.
Just a quick google
Harvey Beaks (though this one is gay)
Loud House (Clyde and Lori?)
Gravity Falls
Wander Over Yonder (skeleton dude and waifubait)
Teen Titans Go (Literally every episode)
So yeah, take this as a chance to avoid jumping to conclusions based on your own sexual insecurity. You might not be seeing things clearly at first.

So is there anyone left here who's over 25? It seems like the vast majority of Yea Forums and the Internet is zoomer-dominated now.
More younger people are on the internet of course, but Yea Forums is one of the most immature boards here, both in age in attitude.
Which is funny because Yea Forums back in 2012 was mostly skewered towards people born in the 80s-early 90s. It seems the 2016 election made zoomers come more on the internet in larger numbers for epic memes.
Sometimes it can be hard to tell when someone's 14 or just an emotionally stunted dobson tier 35 year old

At the top of my head:
Irwin and Mandy
Jamie and Garnet
Finn and Bubblegum
Tom and Star Butterfly (even though they do eventually get together again, it was treated like a joke the first two seasons)
I just realized people who were 10 years old when Chowder premiered are old enough to drink now.
Dade’s is funny because he doesn’t even know that he’s thirsty.
