He was Spider-man for a year then took a year off before going back to it where he was until the Ultimate universe died and Miles got transported to 616. He continues Spider-maning today.
If you're talking about comic issues, Not factoring in Events and Tie-ins where Miles features heavily 1610 Parker is barely just ahead of Morales and will be surpassed shortly. If you're talking about total comics Miles has appeared in more issues easily by this point.

All information gleamed from Spider-men 2 was never referenced again, Miles and Peter having a perfect recollection of earth 1610, the gang member Miles sub-plot etc. It was even ignored by Bendis for his 616 Miles run. Miles as of now is able recall certain things from 1610 but they're always hazy or he becomes confused as he's remembering thing wrong. The only thing that was taken from Spider-men 2 that's still around is Barbara, and she was a character introduced at the end of the 1610 run.
