The Sam Raimi Spider-Man movies aren't really that good. Like the first 2 X-men movies, they primarily benefited from the fandom's goodwill after finally getting SOMETHING from their favorite franchises. Logan IS better, but mostly because comic movies had something of a groove by that point and weren't figuring it out as they went along. It's still not that great on it's own.
