Does anyone think Wonder Woman needs to get back to her roots ?
Wonder Woman thread
You mean a thinly veiled bondage comic?
No going back to being female centric.
..can we still have bondage?
She needs a sidekick that remains perpetually tied up. Either captured by villains, or tied at home as a form of escape training. Only one page of freedom allowed per book.
Sure but the bondage isn't actually about being sexual, it's about telling girls to not let men tie them down.
So bring Wonder Girl back her books.
That's Earth One and it's great
I don't care. At the end of the day it means there's going to be someone tied up at some point.
>Bring Stephanie from the Trailer Court Wonder Girl back
Imagine having this shit of taste.
Yes
So because Wonder Woman is female, you assume her sidekick can't be male? That's incredibly sexist of you. For shame.
Only if it's a boy sidekick
I wish Gal Gadot wasn't WW. Her accent is too stupid for a character who has done nothing but train and study for almost 50 years.
Should've been Antje
Wasn't there a thread a bit back where anons constructed an oddly well-crafted plot of a female hero with a male successor she has to get used to actually being genuinely more powerful and successful at heroics than she was? But with the plot twist the guy was 100% legit a good guy, huge-ass fanboy of her, and undeniably idolized her while being oblivious to his greater strengths.
It was funny yet oddly good-natured all at once.
Yeah that was a good thread
Something like this .
I think bronze age needs more love
This is why she shouldn't be with Superman.
Wonder Woman has never had a male sidekick.
Has Wonder Woman ever fought a giant monster? I think Batman and Superman fought giant monsters before.
All the more reason to give her a new one
Yet another thing we can blame on Snyder.
I’m pretty sure she has.
Part of me wants this but I can't help but feel a male sidekick would further shaft both Wonder Girls.
How would a male sidekick for Diana even work?
Yeah, I've long wanted to see Wonder Woman return to some ideas from her original concept, and even had an idea of what I'd do if I ever got to write Wonder Woman. Morrison's take is eerily close to what I had in my head.
That would be the best scenario, yes.
The annual that came out near the movie had a kaiju story. Not that much of a fight if I recall.
Which run?
Who are those girls?
>Which run?
2016
"new to man's world" Diana is certainly the most interesting/funny, so I'd love to see that
Oh man, imagine if something like that image were done today. Dudes’ll be complaining about it being a man hating sjw cuck comic
No but i think Geoff Johns needs to quit writing her series
She fought monsters from ancient mythology a lot.
What are her best omnis? I only have the first Perez.
This makes no sense, she's stronger than him both in the literal sense and as a person
GA Wonder Woman didn't care about things like power levels, and Kanigher didn't care about anything most of the time.
Her twin brother
Normal sidekick learning the ropes, but Wondy has to get accustom to a sidekick that doesn't spend hours working on makeup and hair in the morning and can actually feel the passing of time.
But he has some power thingy in his hand.
Jason would have been better as Cassie's father. I'm not sure what the writers were trying to do when they created him. What was the point of his storyline?
Ask Geoff Johns. He brought up the brother in Darkseid War. And unlike his Three Jokers plot point he had obviously no intention of wrapping up that plot and instead farmed that one out to someone else
I would use Hawk and Dove. Wonder Woman guiding the young avatars of War and Peace seems appropriate.
No one in the JLA has balls enough to ask her to be their secretary again.
