We don't have these threads too often, so let me remind you guys that Jim and Barbara are the perfect couple.
They have amazing chemistry, and I've never seen such an intimate mother and son relationship in an animated series before.
They deserve to make sweet, passionate love to each other where Jim focuses entirely on pleasing Barbara because cares about her so much, and she has to actively pressure him into letting her please him too

I wish I could recommend it to more people but it requires you to be reeeeeally forgiving of a lot of cliches. Yeah there's some really nice subversions here and there but not a lot. Also the ending isn't really everyone's cup of tea (It wasn't mine.) I think the positives (Such as the voice acting and villains) still vastly outweigh the negatives though, and it's one of the comfiest shows I've ever watched. Still a hard sell though.
