I dunno about scariest, but in DCAU Flash would hurt the most. Superman wants to protect people, Green Arrow's out to stick up for the little guy, Batman wants to avenge his parents on crime, John's the dutiful soldier, J'onn is out to prevent the same tragedies that cost him his people, and Hawkgirl is trying to make up for her misdeeds.
But Wally is just a guy who's the happiest son of a bitch in the world when he gets to make some kids smile, or help an old lady feel a little less lonely. Everyone else feels like they have a duty to be a hero. Flash LOVES it, and just can't imagine doing anything else. Seeing that twisted into something genuinely evil would just be like a stab to the heart.
