Blade much like Underworld and The Resident Evil Franchise are actually fun with friends and siblings. They are cheesy fun and got their place.

The second too, in my opinion it was even better than the first.

If it managed to make enough noise for a sequal(even a third) that means it was good enough for the avarage joe.

Absolutely not. The first Blade movie is one of the few examples of when an adaptation is far better than the source material. It changed how the character was portrayed in all mediums since because of how well received it was.

I really don't like Blade but I like the really some cheesy moments and some select fight scenes. The first one is the best in the trilogy.
