A new student suddenly transfers to Arthur's school. When Binky bullies the new kid, traumatic past memories comes up as he threatens to bring something from his dad's home

Worried about the new kid Arthur was asked to basically spy on him and visit his house. There he sees a family photo and he asks about where was his brother and the kid dodges the issue and sees a room being packed up.

Cue forward to the next day where Ratburn talking about a sensitive subjevt and allows the new kid to go to the library to study

Ratburn sacrifices himself to save innumerable student lives.

>Ar-Arthur...

>As he's bleeding out to death he announces to who's left which male students of his he wanted to fuck

That had more dead dogs than a chapter of JoJo

Ratburns explains how in certain situations there needs to be a lockdown procedure and they are going to do a drill in case something serious happens and they need to stay safe. Cue fantasy scene from Arthur as he thinks about the student and going home he asks his dad what happened as he was doing catering for an event and said it was for a funeral that his friend was attending. It turns out his brother was killed in a school shooting and the new student opens up about it.

We see it from his pov. Just being another 3rd grader when suddenly he hears loud thunderous sounds in the middle of a sunny day. Then another and another. The teacher tells them to prepare for lockdown and eventually a cop enters the room to give the all clear. However he learned his brother was among the dead.

Complete with ugly, stilted animation.

And the only student on the list is Arthur, which is why his husband looks like him. As he dies he just says Arthur's name over and over.

She goes to preschool.

Oh shit, I remember this.

Wally and the autistic fucker somehow join forces in the sight of a larger evil

Binky arrives at school dressed in all black, wearing a trenchcoat, combat boots, and eyeshadow. Francine mocks his goth taste.
As the lunch bell rings, Binky grabs his backpack and goes to a bathroom stall. He makes sure the place is empty and begins to load his weaponry. He grabs a sawed-off shotgun, a handgun, a few smoke bombs, an AR-15, and all the magazines and shells he needs from his backpack. He loads the AR-15. As soon as it’s ten minutes into lunch, which Binky figured out is when the cafeteria is at its most populated, he strikes.
Binky leaves the backpack under a sink and walks to the cafeteria, weapons hidden under his trenchcoat. He discretely kicks a smoke bomb along the floor and waits until it detonates.
As soon as the bang occurs, Binky grabs the AR-15 and unleashes hell. 15 confused students are slaughtered before anybody else figures out what’s happening. As pandemonium ensues, Binky throws smoke bombs towards the exits and quickly reloads. The smoke disorients his classmates and gives Binky time to boost his kill count. He kills another 30 and shoots the bodies twice in the head to make sure.
With bells ringing, Binky quickly reloads in the bathroom and prepares his shotgun. Out of the corner of his eye, he sees Mr. Ratburn. Angry that he let a total fag teach him, Binky blasts a hole in his chest and then blows his head to smithereens.
As it turns out, Mr Ratburn was telling a classroom of scared students to stay put. Binky enters and finds traumatised students praying for help. He executes them one by one until he finds Arthur.
“B-Bink-ky...w-why w-woul-“
That’s all he gets to say before Binky blows him away.
By now, the ECPD has the school surrounded. Binky decides to finish the job and starts looking for gas lines. He eventually severs one and sets it alight, causing a flamethrowing effect. He uses the flames to spread fire around the school, but the sprinklers activate and waste his efforts.

Binky realizes that he hasn’t written his motive yet and decides to get it done before the cops get him. He finds some paper and a pencil and writes about the harsh reality he endured, his insecurities, the fact that his idol Lance Armstrong was a lie, and the knowledge that he will never amount to anything and that life dealt him shit cards. He tucks the paper into his trenchcoat pocket and goes upstairs to shoot at the cops.
After using most of his ammo, Binky turns the shotgun on himself and blows his head away. The ECPD enters the building two hours later after confirming the suspect is down. Immediately, the bodies are removed and people are accounted for. In total, 61 people were killed, including Barnes, 3 staff (including Ratburn), and 57 students.
The school is closed for the year as it is now a crime scene. Families bury their lost children and a worldwide vigil is held to remember the slain. Barnes is painted as the face of bulldog supremacy and conspiracy theorists make up lies about him being a Nazi or being influenced by violent vidya. As Binky obtained the guns illegally, all Elwood City can do is advise legal gun owners to keep their weapons absolutely inaccessible to young children. However, later on, the city tightens restrictions and bans adults with mentally-unstable children from obtaining guns.
