Dai Atlas (in his five-Powered Master robot mode configuration) has struck down the Star Giant by completely bisecting it in half, killing both Dark Nova and G1 Megatron, as previously seen in Dai Atlas's pack-in comic. The survivors of the Legends World mourn the loss of G1 Megatron, as he had been a great and benevolent mayor to them. Optimus Prime appears to reassure them that Megatron's dying wish of having the Legends World restored will be fulfilled.
By the year 2039, Hot Rod does some stuff with Hooligan and Triggerhappy (whose Targetmaster partner Blowpipe is now drawn to match his Siege toy) and meets up with the Eldedroid-suited Daniel Witwicky, who informs Hot Rod about the discovery of a new energy source called Angolmois Energy. A grown up Atari Hitotonari works with who I presume to be an aged Chip Chase on the project working with this new "Gaia Energy" and the creation of a new line of Androids (including Artemis and Moon from Beast Wars Second). An aged Spike Witwicky is also present and, elsewhere, Soundwave and the Decepticons hold a press conference that mentions the Decepticons, the Autobots, Cybertron, the late Megatron, and the Legends World.
In space, Ultra Powered brings Perceptor and Windblade to the planet Zamojin to speak with Katsu Don about the possibility of recreating the Legends World. Katsu Don seems resistant to the idea at first, but seems to relent (need more clarification on this). Ultra Powered then heads to Planet Zone (but not before a brief flashback of Dai Atlas conversing with an injured Star Saber), where it is discovered that several beast-moded Microns (Mini-Cons) have been created from Protoforms that were exposed to Beast Power. These Mini-Cons are the ones from the Micron Booster 4 set that included ones with Maximal and Predacon insignia. Here, these Mini-Cons are used to explain the origins of the Maximal and Predacon insignia in the Japanese continuity.

What's more is that the Beast Power granted these Mini-Cons the ability to scan organic lifeforms, explaining that bit of Beast Wars technology as well.
All five Powered Masters then transform into their Zone Base Modes to prepare for the recreation of the Legends World. A ceremony is held involving the direct interaction of at least Zodiac, Energon Z, Zamojin telepathy power, Beast Power, and the little Legend World version of Botanica. As Leo Prime and Rattrap watch the spectacle unfold, G2 Smokescreen and Dreadwing (in their upgraded forms) watch from afar, too ashamed of their previous siding with Dark Nova to interact with anyone else. However, they are approached by the surprising appearance of Devcon, who offers to let them join up with him and his pals, Slizardo and the Skuxxoid. Smokescreen is convinced (having previously worked with Devcon back when he, Smokescreen, was an Autobot) while Dreadwing seems hesitant. Smokescreen seems to reassure him and bring him over as well.
At last, the universe of the Legends World is reborn and Broadside carries its survivors over to the newly restored world, bringing them all home. In this new world, the people of the Legends World get right to work building a brand new body for G1 Megatron, restoring him to life. This new body of his is based directly on his Masterpiece MP-36 body. From here, life goes on in the Legends World as many of its people goes to see the new Bumblebee movie and love it! But then, Legends World Megatron comes running with some shocking news: G1 Megatron is planning to leave the Legends World!
The people of the Legends World are immensely sad to see their mayor wanting to back home to the G1 World, but Megatron is sympathetic and a heartfelt farewell is held in his honor, with everyone seeing Megatron off. Legends World Megatron is the most sad out of everyone, even thinking back to four different moments of G1 Megatron's time in the Legends World. but life must continue forward.

And so it does! Presented in the style of end credits, Pages 13-15 of this story show us glimpses of many more epilogues to other series, including:

Kiss Players (sort of), with Marissa Faireborn, her daughter Sue, Atari, and Shaoshao, along with Hot Rod, Artemis, and Moon, in a sort of bridge to the Beast Era
Beast Machines, with Rattrap, Waspinator (happy at last), and the reborn Rhinox living peacefully on the Technorganic Cybertron and having a campfire celebration near Mount Megatron with Cheetor, Silverbolt, Nightscrean, Blackarachnia and Botanica, along with Obsidian and Strika looming in the sky above, making their way back to the planet
Prime Knock Out and Breakdown (still in his Unite Warriors toy body) working on new Decepticon armor from the Beast Hunters Cyberverse and Adventure toylines (making this the Japanese Prime/Go!/Adventure universe instead of the English one wherein Knock Out switched to the Autobot side)
Animated, taking place right after the BotCon 2011 and 2015 Season 3.5 fiction, with Slipstream (in her Legends body) teamed up with Swindle and a seemingly revived Starscream in what looks like a plot to spring Megatron's Decepticons out of prison
Car Robots, with Devil Gigatron combined with God Fire Convoy as the oxymoronically named Devil God Fire Convoy
Car Robots again, withe Black Convoy, Baldigus, and Dark Ai on some planet out in space
Armada, with Alexis at the beach reminiscing about Starscream Super Mode
Leo Prime's personal story, with him also departing the Legends World to continue his adventures, seen off by the Legends World versions of Lio Convoy and Lio Junior
William Martin
A Legends World homage to Beast Wars Neo, with Big Convoy's students all having their graduation ceremony, styled after the ceremony that was supposed to happen in the final episode of Beast Wars Neo
Another Legends epilogue, with Officer Ai trying to arrest Tarantulas, much to the confusion of the other employees at the Tera Kura Company (featuring the debut appearances of Rampage and Transmutate!)
And finally, a new beginning...
...in which a new employee comes to work at the Axalon Trading Company. He is the Legends World version of Depth Charge's shark drone (which was characterized as its own speaking character in the Japanese dub) and is a huge fan of Transformers: Armada. He is welcomed by the other employees, including a surprise appearance by Depth Charge himself!
In the year 2040 of the G1 World, Hawking (G2 Eagle Eye) and Magnificus bring the (still-living?) body of Skyquake to a secure area, where Assaultmaster (from the United EX line) is immobilized. A burst of energy shoots out from Assaultmaster's body and entering Skyquake. Magnificus places a cloak over the form of Skyquake, now inhabited by the Decepticon High Regent, Scrash.
But, the two leaders of the Cybertron Alliance, Optimus Prime and Megatron, arrive on the scene to engage these new enemies. Working together, they charge!
As the old saying goes, it never ends.

Basic premise goes that it's set post-Cybertronian war. The Decepticons disbanded as an army after Optimus Prime and Elita One chased a fleeing Megatron and Nightbird into unknown regions beyond the galaxy and in-fighting took hold after Soundwave was captured and executed. But another casualty of the Great War was Cybertron itself, the planet losing it's ability to support it's own lifeform and thus Cybertonians opted to begin searching the Milky Way for a new home. And in the year 1948, Cybertronian scouts arrived in Roswell, New Mexico as the Cold War began...
And history is changed forever.
The year is now 1984 and transformers and the technology they brought have become relatively common sights on earth and the planet has become a place cybertonians go to to be forgotten or remember. Ratchet, a battle medic of the Autobots, a religious militant order once led by the war hero Optimus Prime who broke the Decepticon forces so many years ago, and now, he just wants to enjoy his retirement on earth working in a car repair shop (and defacto cybertronian clinic) with a fellow war veteran Jack Darby who is still dealing with his memories of Vietnam almost ten years before.

They're soon joined by Arcee, a former member of the Colonial Scouts having recently lost her partner, claiming it was a run in with Decepticon forces led by Soundwave in a reactivated Decepticon secret bunker. She desperately seeks aid in the former autobot Rachet to help make sense of things, and to in hopes of him rallying any other Autobots left.
Rachet is perplexed, but dismisses Arcee for the most part claiming to have watched Soundwave's execution personally and even verified his death. But his instincts (and Jack) tell him Arcee's tone nor anything about her suggest a liar.
But things start to drive home when a young cybertronian name Bumblebee arrives wearing the crest of the autobot order, and proclaiming to Rachet his colony had been wiped out by Decepticon forces led by Megatron himself, and he was rescued by none other than Optimus Prime who instructed the repaired Bumblebee to report to Rachet.
The nail in the coffin comes from when the group realizes they're being watched and to Ratchets horror, he watches the familiar shape of Laserbeak flee into space, doubtlessly to report back to it's master.
And so, what we have is a story of an old cowboy shouldered with the responsibility to guide two young bloods on the path of becoming the first new autobots in centuries, as well as well as trying to rally old comrades to take up arms again and prevent a Decepticon resurgance as well as seek new allies both transformer and human alike. Through it all they will navigate a web of deceit and conspiracy both human and Cybertronian that will reveal the true scope of Megatron's grandest scheme yet.

So, basically it sort of is a bit of a mystery/intrigue and almost action-spy thriller sort of series.
Arcee is generally like her prime self in my head, though also a bit more shaken because she's not a hardened veteran and is dealing with both her loss of faith in Cybertronian command along with the loss of her partner, and it would only get a bit worse as time goes on when they find out Decepticons just began infiltrating and subverting Cybertron's high command torwards the end of the War and are basically pulling a Hail Hydra. But part of her arc is learning to move forward from initial tragedies and not losing all faith in others. Her Alt Mode though would probably be a modified (gotta remember, humanity has gained a glimpse of cybertronian tech for over 36 years) 80's sports car.
Bumblebee in this series remains a newbie, but holds a lot of idealism, hope, and often a lot of naiviety. The grew up on grand tales of the knightly Autobot order and his meeting with Optimus Prime and Elita One, whatever the circumstances, had been a shining star in horrific day for him, moreso when Optimus allowed him (after a lot of pleading from bumblebee) to become an Autobot himself. Bumblebee would need to toughen up and learn the way of the world without his bright spirit disappearing, and thus why Optimus sent him to Rachet. Bumblebee would, as normal, be a Volkwagon Bug, however it should be noted in this series, he doesn't lose his ability to speak, but rather his T-cog was horrifically damaged, as before, he had been a flier, and now can only manage short bursts of airtime through a failing jump-jet like system.

Rachet, meanwhile, is a haunted veteran who came back home from war to find the Autobots having been turned into scapegoats for the anger of the Cybertronian people. Discredited and outcast, Earth having become something an oubliette has made it a good place to run away from his troubles. But soon, he'll find himself needing to confront the heartache of his past and do more than just follow others but rather step up and lead, teach, and remember the oaths he took as an autobot to protect the future and the freedom of all life everywhere.
Jack is just a human trying to get by after the war, and considers himself fortunate to have a partner like Rachet to work alongside, and an even better friend to share their mutual war wounds over a beer/hard energon. When Jack first sees the trouble Rachet is pulled into, his noble self seeks only to help people in need and redeem himself for those he failed to protect in the war. But a darker half relishes the idea of another war to vindicate himself in, and a bit of good old American Cold War Jingoisticism and Moral Myopia that makes him feel like he can vent his restrained fury and negative feelings on these 'cold, killing machines'. For Jack's part, he needs to learn to make peace with his darker half and accept these feelings have purpose in him too, but he has to balance it with his better traits than let the two slug it out. Indeed, throughout the series, the cast will find that since the war's end, some Decepticons have made a genuine effort to change themselves and put away the past, and others finding themselves pulled back in due to fear and old debts of honor.

I honestly am not sure about adding other human characters, both to avoid cast bloat and because, with all I've thought of, I just don't see a need for any additional ones, but potential ones include having Sari return, though as the cyborg daughter Issac Sumdac who survived an accident thanks to cybertronian technology (and her father's deep pockets) and thus visits rachet regularly. And possibly some inclusion of Charlie because I loved her in the Bumblebee movie.
Last to note is that big named Decepticons will appear both functioning as part of Megatron's greater plan, but also either retired or pursuing their own agendas as villains of the week (or at least their mooks), and with them being disbanded, the biggest names tend to start their own decepticon groups and end up themed after various criminal organizations.
Biggest example is that Starscream would be a recurring antagonist leading groups of young flier cybertronians as his own fleet of Decepticons. Wowing them with tales of his time in the war and giving them the thrill of living as Space/Air pirates as dashing rogues. But he neglects to mention he was NOT frontline fighter in the War and was Megatron's chief scientist, and thus, Starscream will get his shitpushed when not facing some greenhorn amateur.
Meanwhile, Barricade, in natural irony, has fallen in with basic Gangbangers, both human and cybertronian serve him as they work to carve out their own little empire on earth.
misc. notes are that I wanted to make the autobots not representative of all non-decepticon cybertronians, and thus I had them be just a faction (albeit once an important one) within cybertronian society.
Also I expressly wanted Optimus Prime to NOT be the focus of the story and stay that way. When he would appear it would be in brief bursts and Elita would honestly make more frequent appearances. This is meant to be a story focused on others.
