Unpopular opinion, but if someone has wronged you in the past longer then you're unable to prove the crime. It is literally your own fault for not coming forward. Especially in an era where men are proven guilty before cleared as innocent when it comes to sex crimes. I have no qualms with what happened during the proceedings so long as it is done through FACTS and not assumptions. All it takes is one vindictive cunt to ruin a man's life before he is cleared innocent.
Even then the damage has already been done with their named dragged through the mud in the public eye. No matter what their family or friends may think of him. Their life is essentially tainted because of possible false accusations.
